!!!!!!!!Don’t buy Pet authority dog food!!!!!!!!! Just yesterday I went to buy 2 bags of the lamb and rice for my 3 large dogs and when I got home and went to grab the bags from my trunk I noticed worms also known as maggots crawling out from the bag. I was so grossed out and angry I had to drive back to the store and was able to get a full refund thankfully. I have never had that happen to me and I hope it doesn’t happen to anyone else. Just don’t buy this brand, don’t take a risk with your pups. It such a weird situation, I’m not confrontational but idk who to be mad at? The store? The dog food brand? So this is why I’m posting on here so that others know to avoid this brand and check the bag for any holes

They will most likely have what you need. But almost all the workers are rude and the store isn't very clean. The worst part is is that it doesn't seem like they take good care of the animals that do stay there.

Do not buy Tetras from here. They all have Neon Tetra Disease. Bought all my tetra from here and by 2 months 3/4 are gone. All turned white

Great customer service, but definitely understaffed.

I usually buy stuff at this place because there’s not much options but seriously? Every night there’s got to be 5 dead betta fish, a pile of dead fishes in every over stocked tank. You all say you need 3 gallons minimum for a betta but sell “betta bowls” smaller than a gallon. you can’t buy one betta fish without it being sick. Also their information is usually false. Neglecting animals you’re supposed to sell and selling them diseased or horribly sick to the point they’d die. If you bought a fish here don’t put it with a healthy fish.

Melissa is fantastic! She does such an amazing job with Bruno. She’s sweet and gentle with him. I noticed he’s not as nervous when l drop him off! It was a different story with our last groomer. Thank you Melissa! ????

They arecthe worst ever, I had an appointment and they called me saying that they can't do it for stupid reasons . Never come back again .

Pet Smart did a great job with Christmas photos this year! My puppy wasn’t a fan of Santa but every one was so nice and patient with him.

Great place for pet lovers

Staff was helpful and friendly. I easily found what I needed.

First time using this location, booked my dog two weeks ago for a bath, brush, teeth, nails, and additional season package with spray and cookie. Sad to say this was the worst groom I’ve ever received back from a PetSmart. He wasn’t brushed, his nails were splitting as if they cut them at an angle, no grinding done, doesn’t smell good, and shedding everywhere. I guess the groomers need more than 80 hours training before being in stores. Sad I wasted 70 bucks on something I should have done myself. Aside from the grooming salon, the store section seemed well stocked and only one older pee spot on the floor.

The line is always sooo long and the employees barely know anything about the reptiles they're selling you they're just trying to sell you stuff and we learned that the hard way with our bearded dragon

Petsmart should be ashamed to let so many fish of this magnitude die like this. As a fish keeper I get it happens but this is crazy to me. I will no longer be going here when you can’t even take care of your own.

Ladies in the grooming salon were super sweet and helpful. I brought in two medium sized dogs who were booked back to back - was super convenient to be able to drop them off together. My dogs didn't require a cut, but you could tell they were brushed thoroughly and they smelled amazing. I will definitely be back!

Poor grooming service. I took my dog there to get his bath and his nailed clipped and buffed along with the fur vaccum. But I came to find him almost the same while he did get a bath, his dead hair wasn't vaccumed, nor were his name's trimmed or even dulled. I had to pop at before I could even see him and now I'm out 77 bucks and disappointed in the service I was given. I'm never taking him there again.
