Just horrible Don't even deserve one star this place should be shut down. We are starting a boycott of this business and a petition to try to have it shut down

We loved the caring staff and cleanliness of this animal hospital. Doctor and everyone were really sweet and helpful to us. They took really good care of our kitties. Thank you so much ????????????

First visit to have my dog, Oliver, get his annual shots. Promptly got us in to meet our time of appt; friendly staff; was gentle with Oliver; very professional; will definitely return and recommend them to friends and family.

While in front out of town for the holidays had to take our puppy for a emergency visit and this is quite possibly the worse people on the planet... This is by far one one of the most atrocious and horrible vets I've ever encountered. First , they are abusive toward animals behind your back. Secondly, they are unprofessional arrogant and rude toward customers. My wife was actually told some very offensive remarks by a vet here.. Word of advise to men, don't let your wife if your married or even your daughters if old enough go without you present. I went without my husband and was made to feel very uncomfortable while in there with one of the male vets.

We were able to get in quick and get my boy taken care of. Staff was friendly and we had a good experience.

They are a very helpful group of people, especially for someone that just moved to the area.

Jones animal hospital was the only place out of the 10 that I called that would see my dog same day. Unfortunately my pup got kicked in the face by a horse on my farm and every other vet wrote me off saying they didn’t have availability. Thank you all at Jones animal hospital that made the time to see my pup and get her into oral surgery same day! Y’all are all amazing and I am so thankful for every one of you. I highly recommend Jones animal hospital!

Fantastic people that love and care about the animals

This office was a life saver for my 16 week old kitty Resie. I have no idea how she did it, but she got a fish hook in her nose. I called them as soon as we noticed and they told me to bring her straight in. As soon as we got there they took her straight back. They had her good to go within an hour. She is now as happy and feisty as ever. Thank You Jones Animal Hospital!

I was very pleased with your doctors. They done a excellent job with our baby.

We needed a vet while traveling in our motorhome and was hard-pressed to find a vet in the Elizabethton area that could see us. Ended up at Jones Animal Hospital as a walk-in. We had to wait maybe five minutes and had a wonderful visit with Dr. Tracy Lilly. She was kind and professional and performed a thorough exam of our cat. Wonderful experience and would not hesitate to recommend this at all!

They were very caring and sympathetic of our needs.

Only place that could help me on a saturday with last minute emergency to get seizure meds for my dog. Wonderful place & staff

Jones Animal Hospital is the BEST!!! I'll never go anywhere else!! I had a dog that had been attacked that needed immediate emergency care. Call 9 other veterinarians whom didn't even ask how bad she was. Jones told me to bring her in and they would work her in. SO Very GRATEFUL for these fine people that really care about animals!!!!!

Taylor in the Grooming department was absolutely fantastic. She groomed my fur ball Elkhound and we are so very pleased with the job she did. I know he is very well taken care of at Jones.

Everyone here is really nice and they have a really good set up inside. My nervous dog did great and feels a lot better now.

This was the first time I've taken "the kids" to be groomed~the staff took the time to "introduce" themselves to both dogs; they definitely made me (& the dogs) feel VERY comfortable.. I would HIGHLY recommend them!!

We had to put our cat to sleep and they were very caring and compassionate.

They were super nice and friendly. So very good with my cat.

Very pleasant and professional staff, extremely clean waiting room and exam rooms, very organized, thorough and informative. Staff had no trouble handling Keekee and she never made a peep getting her shots! I was very impressed!

Love Jones, don't trust no one like them with my dogs, specially my pitbull. Doc defiantly knows how to make the pet and owner feel comfortable.

They are so friendly. I was so worried about my dog. He was having stomach pain and they done everything they could and told me he was just backed up with stool. So they helped him pass some and he's doing better already! We didn't have a appointment either we just walked in as soon as they opened and went back within 10 minutes. Thank u guys so much!!!
