I took 3 of my dogs there and they all came out with everything I wanted! I loved the way they looked and they didn't seem scared or nervous at all. I can also tell they feel much better. Great service will definitely be back again!!

My little Sophie is a shy and fearful pup, when I brought her in she was shaking and afraid, I was feeling guilty and nervous leaving her, but I returned when she was all done to find a happy and beautifully groomed girl! They did a wonderful job and made the whole experience stress free for my fur baby! We will definitely be returning!

I relocated here from Colorado and I had ( sadly he passed 6/2/2021) an Aberdeen Terrier that most groomers had to reject because of his temperament, BUT Linda at Mountain Mutts had no problem instilling confidence with my little terrier 'YODAH'. She is just wonderful with animals, thank you Linda for all you did with my beloved YODAH. I continue bringing my other pup a schnauzer to her. Love the new location on Volunteer Pkwy!

I give the ladies here 5stars for the job they do. Took our molly girl (shih tzu) in for bath and cut and she came out looking like a little cutie. We don’t live in the area unfortunately but without a doubt will use them whenever we’re in town again . ❤️ this place !!

Since my first review seems to have been taken down I will leave another one…. I wouldn’t let my enemies get their dogs groomed here!!!! The person doing the grooming was pleasant enough when I checked my dog in, how I wish I would have known what they would do to my Yorkie. My dog was groomed and I was not able to pick him up afterwards so I sent my mom in to pick him up. After paying the lady handed my dog to my mom, which caught mom off guard, why was she carrying him out?!? Mom let it go and just put the dog in the front seat of the car & brought the dog home. When he was getting out of the car he screamed and started limping around and crying. Mom rushed him inside and we checked his legs and feet. 3 of his pads on his left front foot were bleeding and he cried out when we touched his left front paw. I immediately called the groomer and asked what had happened to my dog. The response I received was that my dog was obsessed with scratching at the pen door and he did it to himself. This is totally unlike my dog, and had me questioning what the groomer was saying. This is a serious injury that required medical intervention. The Vet verified that the pads had indeed been cut off, most likely with sharp sheers(scissors). This place never took responsibility and just lied through their teeth about something I would have understood if I had been told the truth. I know accidents happen, but lying to customers and blaming the dog is just revolting behavior. Save your pets health and safety. Don’t ever use this sad excuse for a groomer.

My dog gets to go to doggy daycare, play all day, and then comes home smelling fresh! I appreciate how friendly the staff is and how much they seem to love their job!

Took my Pomeranian here to be groomed and he was acting funny after. He would not go outside, kept crying, wouldn’t walk and just sit. I went to investigate and noticed they groomed a rounded his testis and they were red and inflamed. Over the next few hour it was getting worse so I took him to the vet. The veterinarian said his testis were “scorched” . My Pomeranian had to get antibiotics, steroids, and pain medication. It took Mountain Mutts two days to respond to me and when they did it was obvious they did not care. The response I received was my Pomeranians veterinarian(20 yrs experience) was wrong. I was told that in no way were his testis burned as the groomer could let her clippers run all day and they will never get hot! She admitted he jumped when she clipped his testis but that was it. I was pretty much told I was a liar, it not their fault and received no more communication from them. It was obvious to me they don’t care about the pets they groom just the money they receive.

Was able to get my pet an appointment in a reasonable amount of time. Very happy with the job they did.

I took my little pup last year and his hair cut was absolutely terrible. I gave them the benefit of a doubt and tried a second time. My little guy is so traumatized that he threw up on the way home & shakes uncomfortably now. 2 days out and he is still shaking and flinches when I try to pet him. No pet should experience so much anxiety or trauma. My regular groomer was booked out 2 months so I was desperate but I would never recommend mountain mutts to anyone!!

These ladies here are great. They will work with you and they take great care of your dogs. Something I love is the dogs get a whole condo instead of a small kennel. The dogs are never stuck in a small cage and get a lot of freedom there. My pups seems very happy when they leave.

My dog has HATED getting groomed since he was a pup. I have tried to take him a few different places and he has never handled it well, so most of the time the groomers couldn’t finish him because when he gets anxious, he gets aggressive. Then someone told me to try Mountain Mutts. His appointment was today, and he did really well and he wasn’t aggressive at all towards her. Words can not describe how impressed I am!!

Absolutely love this place and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a groomer. Linda is so caring for all the fur babies that come through the door. Our doodle always looks amazing when we pick her up. Thanks for always caring for her as we do. 5☆

I have 2 ShihTzus an . German Yorkie that I have groomed quarterly. When I took them in she told me if they were bad or had a lot of fleas rhat it might be "a little more". $165.00 later I have 3 shaved dogs. I specifically told her to groom the Yorkie with "Yorkie Ears" and she voiced her understanding of what I meant. I also specified that I didnt want the other 2 to have shaved ears or tails. All 3 were shaved down in the same fashion. Never Again.

Linda kept a dog locked up in a kennel for 12 hours and cut his fur without permission while also cutting his nails too short and cause bleeding. She is extremely unprofessional and hostile. She has continuously fought with the owner over Facebook! And continues to course out the client and other members. I do not recommend this place. Do not waste your time or money for Linda. She does not deserve this business at all

Linda has been in the pet grooming business for as long as I can remember and my dad always trusted her with his schnauzers. She’s an amazing person who cares deeply about the animals that come through her door. I would trust her with my animals before ever thinking of going anywhere else.

I have two puppy's charli and Newton and they are always care free and happy. When we get them after grooming they are always very scared and seem like they hate us for taking them. One time after we brought them, Charli kept throwing up and was very scared and kept barking at every thing in his path. They charge 100 dollars for your dog to be terrified I do not recommend
