The staff is always so nice and considerate. I was on a zoom staff meeting as they were in the exam room and they were trying to be quiet in order for me to hear my meeting. So very thoughtful of them and we were out well before the meeting truly started. I couldn't imagine taking Sugar anywhere else!

People at the desk are not very welcoming. I don't Need to feel any worse and they don't help matters. Maybe not all but there are some of the personnel not very pleasant.

Cannot express how much we appreciate Dr. Chenault. The entire staff is top notch. All of our visits and professional, helpful and we always enjoy the conversations. Most important we know that our pets have the best care possible. Have to mention that Buddy is quite large (155 lbs) somewhat stubborn and does not always listen when he should. However, the tech's always keep him under control (with much effort), they are awesome. Thanks!

I have been going to Chenault for at least 15 years now and always get the best of service from the front desk, always a kind smile (and a pat for my dog), as well as efficiency and a cheerfulness and willingness to answer any questions or fulfill any requests. The techs are capable, friendly, skilled and compassionate. They always seem to love their jobs and treat me and my dog like they are their only patient. Finally, Dr. Chenault is the BEST. I hope he never retires because I will have to find out where he lives and hunt him down. Seriously, he is the best vet ever. Kind, honest, knowledgeable, and my dogs love him (well mostly, maybe not after shots). The facility is always clean, neat, organized, cheerful and bright. I seriously would (and have) recommended your practice to others, and would never consider taking my furry children anywhere else. Thank you for being there for me. This is hands down the best veterinarian hospital around! They have treated our bulldogs like family for years, the staff and Doctors are so personable and really treat your pet like family. They are always helping our pup (who has lots of allergies) with the best treatment & their prices do not deter us from coming in, as they are so reasonable. Our newest pup loves their staff so much that it makes using their boarding service so much easier for us, because we know they treat him like family and give him lots of love! When our bulldog passed away last year, they were so nice to give us a little plaque as a memory to keep. They are so thoughtful and we can’t recommend a better place to go!

Changed vets in order to accompany my poodle in to office. Very nice, clean facility - even has pool & self-bathing station. All staff were polite & pleasant. Very timely & efficient. Overall, a non-stressful visit for my poodle & good experience.

l took my little dog in there and the waiting in the waiting room was 10-15 minutes before they took me back to the exam room & 15 more when I checked out. I spent another 35 minutes in the exam room with nobody ever checking up on me. Then when the doctor came in, she was in there for 5 minutes and then I saw nobody again for 15 more minutes. If you’re going to have a practice, you’ve got to respect people’s time. I especially feel this way b/c the time before this one, I was 5 minutes late for my appointment & was told by an assistant in the exam room that I could not see the doctor b/c I was late. He couldn’t answer most of my questions either. Just don’t schedule somebody if you can’t get them in and out in a reasonable amount of time. This practice needs to spend some time learning about the customer experience. Total time spent there that day was 1 hour, 30 minutes.

If you're looking for a great veterinarian clinic this is the one in my opinion! We recently moved to Ashland about 6 months ago and was searching for a new Veterinarian Clinic. We made the right choice! The technicians and the Vets are very thorough and proficient. They treat our fur babies with great care almost as if they were their own. They work diligently to diagnose any issues or problems and discuss a course of action. Again, the compassion and care they show for our fur babies is second to none. They truly care about our pets in it is greatly appreciated! Morgan done a great job as our technician and Dr. Kellar thoroughly examined our dog and discussed a course of action. Our dog suffers from skin allergies and Dr. Keller discussed and explained several courses of and let us decide the course of action that we thought was best. After three or four prescriptions they even cut the pills in half for us which meant so much as they are hard to split at home. That is great customer service. I highly recommend Chenaualt Veterinarian Hospital!!

There is no better veterinary hospital, with COMPLETE care options, than Chenault. Before I was smart enough to rely on Dr. Chenault and his wonderful team, I struggled with a few other options in my area, and was not impressed and many times frustrated with those practices. Chenault gets it right 100% of the time with care, warmth and trust. They are simply - the best!
