Wppfie's provides many different services for many kinds of pets. I have "day care" for my Westie mix with special needs which equates to anywhere between 1-4 hours being at home with the dog. I'm very picky about who cares for my dog, as you are (if you're reading this) with your pet. Every sitter or walker provided has been of the highest quality in professionalism, trustworthiness, sincere love and care of my dog, friendliness and amiability. I have always had complete confidence in their abilities. My dog is always happy and well cared for when I return. I've used other dog services in the past but have never dealt with better, more reliable, more enjoyable people.

So accommodating and friendly. Their walkers are so nice and take good care of my pup.

My Maltese Dash got groomed there. David knew excactly what to do, they gave him a cute scarf too.

I have used Woofies for almost two years. They care for my two retired work dogs, one of which was a police K9. That is a lot of responsibility and Woofies has handled everything like the professionals they are. Jaime is our current Woofies professional and she is terrific. This pertains only to the grooming. We’ve had a rough start with them, but within 48 hours we had a personal phone call from the owner over the matter to make things right. Her very kind outreach goes a long way and was so appreciative. She’d like us to try again... for which we will.

When I first moved to the area, I needed care for my pets and Woofie's came highly recommended by neighbors and co-workers. I've now been a client for the past 8 years and they are the only service I trust to care for my babies! They are extremely reliable, professional, loving and go above and beyond to make sure my dog and cats are happy and comfortable when I'm away. The peace of mind allows me to focus on work or vacation, whatever I'm doing that takes me away from home, without worry. Woofie's also sends journal updates and photos through their app, which is always a treat!

We have been using Woofie’s Ashburn for years. Our ShihTsu is always groomed perfect. We love our groomer Robert and our dog comes in happy and smelling wonderful.

Lindsey was amazing at grooming our two Schnorkies! They are not easy to groom - they hate it to be honest! But Lindsey managed to complete the job and they looked like new pups after! We definitely hope to use her again in the future!

We just got our Cavalier King Charles Spaniel groomed for the first time ever this morning. Sarah L did a fantastic job! I was extremely specific with what I wanted done and she listened to every single one of my comments on each area of his body. He looks exactly how I wanted and I am so happy with his groom. I’ve been using Woofie’s grooming services since this past summer. Up until today(due to COVID-19) they would always come to us for her grooming needs. Her first visit started with being a bit scared because the grooming van was running which made noise and she’s a rescue and has been abused in her past so loud noises scare her. Within seconds after the groomer started reassuring her she headed inside. Today, I watched as she jumped in the van without hesitation. The groomers are awesome and have that special quality needed to calm and make your pet feel at ease. They have always done an exceptional job with her bath, her coat looks healthy, shiny and she smells wonderful! They also do her nail trim(her nails are black, making it difficult to see the quick) and they have always been successful with getting them cut back without incident. Hounds are known to have a lot of ear buildup and as a part of her bath they always get her ears cleaned which always makes her very happy. My interactions with the staff members have ALWAYS been great. They are professional, always upbeat and most importantly, they treat your pet as if they were their own. They have recently started doing bath and nail trims at their facility, but inside their Vans (due to COVID) and they followed all the required steps in order to keep everyone safe. It was a seamless experience. I would recommend Woofie’s to anyone, their services as well as their customer service is awesome! Rhonda B.

What Woofie’s does on a daily basis makes them more than a pet care and grooming company. What they do is love your pet. They are so accommodating, so understanding, and wonderful with your pet. The pictures they send, the notes they leave, and even the hand delivered birthday treats they give your dog is top notch. They love our dog Frank, and I’m certain that Frank loves them too. I don’t know what we would do without Woofie’s. They are a godsend and super friendly/easy to work with. Their app is easy to use and scheduling or canceling a visit it’s super easy. 5 stars!!

I have been using Woofies daily for over eight years. I should also mention, my dogs are my children. Woofies has done daily walks while I’m at work, and overnights when I travel. I had two special needs dogs, one of them was paralyzed and Woofies changed his diapers, got him outside, took him on stroller rides. Our walkers are part of our family. My dog Doug had double leg surgeries and needed help walking for months, and our walker never missed a beat. I have 100% faith in Woofies and coming from a crazy dog lady, that’s saying a lot!

We love Woofies! Our little chihuahua had problems getting accustomed to a new walker. It was getting to the point we were worried we would never find anyone. Caroline took the time to find multiple walkers for our dog and when nothing would work, she personally took it upon herself to become his walker. We love her and Woofies!!

I have utilized Woofie’s for 12 years with 3 different dogs and their life stages ranging from puppy to senior. The Woofie’s team has shown care and compassion for my fur kids and they are extremely professional in managing appointment scheduling and communications regarding the visit or bed and biscuit overnights.

I have been a customer of Woofie's petsitters since they started. They were so much better than the previous sitters had employed. Every one of their walkers and sitters has been exemplary...and got far beyond what the job called for.When we go on vacation I can rest assured that my boys are well taken care of and entertained! We also use their grooming service and there, too, we are more than happy with how the dogs are treated and look when they are finished. Woofie's is definitely THE BEST!

It’s so great that I can count on woofies to take care of my fur babies when I am away. I love getting notes and pictures several times a day, and all for a reasonable cost, less than it would cost to board my babies instead of letting them hang out at home. Thank you, Woofies!

Our fur babies love woofies! They are very professional and have great people who clearly loves animals to come and care for our dogs and buns. Casey and Dante love their walks. We have also hired them for overnight stays at our home to take care for them. We will forever use woofies to care for our pets!

Woofies is so reliable and our dog loves his walker, Caroline! She is great with him (and he is not the easiest). I would totally recommend Woofies for dog walking needs and beyond!

Sara from Woofie's groomed our standard poodle yesterday, and I'm delighted with their service! Our dog is not easy to groom -- his severe epilepsy causes frequent neurological activity as well as general unsteadiness. I'd developed a routine with our regular groomer whereby I would steady him on the table while she worked, because he really is prone to falling off! She told me that his anxiety and resulting neurological activity was much better with me there, so when she moved away I looked for a groomer that would allow me to stay with him. Sara wasn't the least bit put off by all of our unique requirements. She was pleasant, professional, patient, efficient, kind and capable. Sammy was much less wobbly than at his last appointment, and I'm very happy with the results. I highly recommend Woofie's, and particularly commend Sara!

After using another service with less than satisfactory service, I found Woofies, and they go well over and above my expectations every single time. Their response to requests for service is super quick, they are extremely flexible with last minute requests or cancellations, and their customer service is amazing. The care that is taken with my fur-babies is top notch, the feedback I receive after each visit puts me at ease, and I never have a worry about my dog and cat while I’m away. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

There isn't enough space for me to say how much i love the folks at Woofies! They have been taking care of my cats for many years. It lets me breathe a sigh of relief knowing my animals are well cared for any time i go away on vacation. I have the option of meeting with the person who will be taking care of the "kids" and i can show them around my place and let them know how I usually take care of things. In the past, i had a diabetic cat, but that was no problem for these wonderful people. Their latest FANTASTIC idea is their Pet Journal. This is an online update available to pet owners for each visit performed. It has pictures of all of the animals (that can be found...lol) and a list of everything done. Need your mail brought in? no problem. Need plants watered outside on a hot summer day? no problem. Many years ago, I almost came home early from a vacation because of a very sick cat. One truly wonderful person sat with our cat as she passed away. There are no words to describe, even today, how deeply i appreciate what she did. I can't imagine finding a better group of people to take care of your animal family!! adair
