The online process is intrusive and painful. You cannot just buy things, they require you to register your personal information first, and there is no option to "opt out" of useless email and mailings you are sure to get. Worth the pain of going to a physical store.

Absolutely a 5 star experience for fans of birding at any level of knowledge and experience. WBU offers a diverse array of products, all of which are very high quality, and most of which have lifetime warranties. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and eager to help with, or explain details of, anything in the store. Better yet, it is a 0 pressure shopping experience, so you don't have to fear being pressured into making a purchase when asking the staff for information. The store is kept very clean and organized as well, so finding things was very easy. If you're new to the hobby, come here instead of a hardware or pet store. You won't just find the kind of feeders and food you may be looking for, but you will leave with an understanding of what you're doing, what you can expect from the equipment you purchase, and how your interest can evolve into an actual hobby. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

We have been going here repeatedly for years. They have a huge assortment of bird-related merchandise, you can never run out of things to buy.
