If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Had an emergency later in the day on a Monday (unknown to us at the time), and brought our cat in based on symptoms. Doctor was in and diagnosed the cat with Urinary Blockage within 10 minutes of walking in the door. The procedure to remove the blockage happened immediately after the diagnosis, and procedure was another 45 minutes, along with a walkthrough of the xray. We will definitely be using them again.

I had been going here for 5 years and will no longer be going back. I asked if they could fax my dogs Bravecto prescription (which they have before to Costco) to a different pharmacy since I'm nowhere near that Costco. I was told via email he had a refill there and that they don't fax prescriptions. I proceeded to call and the woman with black hair at the front desk hung up on me. My dog has also gone blind out of his left eye in the past three weeks which has caused a lot of vet and opthomologist visits leading to a lot of stress. Zero empathy. Now my dog won't have his Bravecto, and he's had Lyme before but clearly they don't care about my dogs well-being. Awful customer service and sad to no longer see Dr. Singh.

Our Dog Koko needed surgery to remove a growth on his eye. Also his teeth cleaned. The Doctor and staff were wonderful. It was discovered Koko need a tooth removed (cracked) too. The surgery was completed quickly and professionally. The staff are so caring . They truly love your pet !

The staff is caring and educated. I brought my dog to them, he had been on a medication that was destroying his liver. The Dr. changed his meds and now his levels are in a good range. He saved my buddies life. They are always prompt, kind, and I couldn’t be happier with their service.

Dr. Singh is a wonderful veterinarian. He is kind and compassionate with each of our pets. Last year, he met us at the office on Christmas Eve to treat our golden retriever. He has helped guide us with treatment plans for our aging kitty as well. I can't praise him enough

Just moved to the area and this place luckily had a spot open for our sweet sick cat. I will definitely be bringing our other cats to this veterinarian. I am so pleased with their care and professional services. Thank you so much!!

Our cat was very sick and took him to our old vet and they recommended putting him down. We wanted a second opinion so took him to Loudoun Valley. Dr Singh thought it was an infection and could be treated with a high dose of anitbiotics. This was over 10 years ago and our cat is still alive and kicking. We take all 3 dogs and 3 cats there for all our vet needs. Great doctor.

Awesome Vet ! He is a straight forward No BS doctor. Answers all questions, very knowledgeable and simplifies it for first time pet owners. Also all reminders , bills and visit history are sent online and it’s very convenient.

Dr. Singh and his staff has been awesome taking in our Leo (125 pound Rottweiler). Leo use to go to a different vet(we will not name) and they were afraid of him, muzzled him, and gave him sedatives - which obviously would freak any dog out. Leo is the sweetest dog ever with no prior history so we were very concerned why the previous vet did that to him. Enough was enough so we started seeing Dr. Singh. Leo has not been muzzled once and he has not even been sedated while under care with Dr. Singh. Dr. Singh has done a wonderful job with Leo. He is ethical, reliable and his prices are very reasonable. He has always had a pleasant staff as well.

The Doctor and staff here are stellar. A good experience every time I am there. 02/17/21 Another great experience. I called and left a message about my dog. The staff responded before business hours started at 9 a.m. By 9:45 we were on our way home with our dog feeling better.

I have been taking my dog to this vet for a couple years now and they always treat her well and are kind. Grateful to have a vet I can trust!

Dr. Singh and his team were fantastic when my vet hating husky needed to get surgery. They made a usually difficult process much easier. They were extremely accommodating, genuinely cared, patient, and explained everything thoroughly. We didn’t feel pressured or like we were being upselled at all. The list could go on for how lovely they were, we had a great experience with them and our dog is doing well now. We will be back with them as our dog’s regular vet!

Dr. Singh is amazing!! He genuinely cares about animals and actually takes the time to explain information to you. He does not try to hustle you for your money and actually his prices are more than reasonable. I am always able to get in for an appointment usually the same day as I call. He is flexible and willing to do whatever he can to provide the most comprehensive and thorough care to our precious furry loved ones! I have never been so impressed with how well rounded the hospital operates. The girls at the front as welcoming and friendly. Overall, I would recommend Dr. Singh and his hospital to anyone who wants the most top notch and well rounded care from start to finish!! Thank you for all your hard work! I always feel confident and safe when brining my baby girl in to see you!!

Loudoun Valley Animal Hospital is a great value. They have walk in clinic hours too. This is a great place to bring your pets.

Called in to see about an annual visit for my dog and to get an estimate prior to making an appointment. Phone was answered by a woman that seemed very unprofessional and unhappy to be answering the phone. Instead of helping me with an estimate for cost and care she just gave me price ranges. Highly recommend calling around before going to a place that seems like they don't care for your business and can't be bothered to help you.
