Fancy Paws is fantastic! We appreciate the practice focuses on cats. Dr. Salber is the best & he & his entire staff are knowledgable, patient & very caring. A special shout out to Brittany for being exceptionally understanding, kind, caring & calming. Communication with Dr. Salber & the staff is great. Emails & texts are answered very quickly. It is evident the staff love their patients & they take wonderful care of the families as well. We are so appreciative of all they've done for our sweet boy who has had more than his share of medical issues.

I haven't been impressed with veterinary care in a long time. From the moment I reached out to Fancy Paws, however, they were friendly, professional and efficient. I've already shared my experience with other cat owners. The treatment facility is very clean, and the whole exam process was excellent! I'm a huge fan!

My primary Vet has a 90 day backup of dental surgeries; and on their suggestion, I looked for someone else in Ashburn willing to do an emergency dental extraction. Dr Salber was more than willing to take on her complicated medical history and provide the service/surgery which ended up being more complex than initially expected. I am so grateful he was willing to handle her case, regardless of her being a full time patient with another practice.

I have a friend that uses Fancy Paws and I have taken her there. They have been extremely helpful and willing to talk and discuss her cat as it was new to her. The building is accessible and they are watching covid routines

Absolutely fantastic experience here at Fancy Paws Cat Clinic, we recently moved to Ashburn and were having some issues with our elder cat, with the help of Dr. Salber, he's back to himself again. 100% recommend this office to any cat parent who appreciates a veterinary team who truly loves their patients, and will take the time to answer questions as well as go through all the options, giving their patients and parents a peace of mind.

Love the sole focus on felines. All the staff have been responsive and so gentle with my cat. Finally got to go inside and it’s wonderfully cat-centric. Excellent communication, too.

They did a great job with my cat's surgery but they also let me bring her in multiple different times for checkups and to ask questions about her recovery. They were incredibly kind, patient, and helpful and didn't even charge me for the additional visits. Unbelievably good service. I really appreciate them.

Like many people I adopted during quarantine. I am so glad I chose to take my cat here. Dr. Salber takes the time to really explain things and make sure all your questions are answered. And all the techs are so lovely as well. It's hard not being able to go in with my cat right now (they're doing curbside drop off during quarantine) but based on my interactions with the techs I am fully confident that he is getting all the comfort I would have given him from the staff. My cat ended up having to get some teeth pulled and Fancy Paws made a stressful process so easy. Will be a loyal customer from now on!

I have 2 cats, going to a vet that does both dogs and cats has been a problem. I can now have peace of mind knowing only cats are in the office. They are great with my pets who are like my extended family.

Loved Dr. Im and the entire Fancy Paws Team. They have very efficient and safe COVID precautions. Owners will stay in the vehicles while they examine your pet, and they'll call you before and after the exam! Highly recommend

I've been so happy with my experience at Fancy Paws Cat Clinic. I'm not sure how they do it, but the overall atmosphere of the clinic makes my cat, Spike almost more relaxed than he is at home. Dr. Salber is also great at explaining exactly what Spike needs and is a great help in working with me to find a plan to keep him happy and healthy. I would definitely recommend Fancy Paws to anyone in the Ashburn Area.

I’ve been using this veterinary practice for over a decade. I like that they have a separate office just for cats. Dr. Salber is fantastic! They always take great care of my cat and treat her like a member of their own family.

I moved to Virginia in 2014 and brought my cat to Fancy Paws on a friend's recommendation. My cat had been to several vets in our previous state, and she hated every single one of them; she would growl, hiss, bite, and claw until she drew blood from every person around. But everything changed at Fancy Paws! She still made plenty of noise, but between the pheromone diffusers and the incredible staff, she never once bit or clawed in the six years I took her there. I was always so impressed with the staff's professionalism, from the employees at the desk to the vet assistants to Dr. Salber himself. It's pretty incredible to find a vet that you trust and clearly cares about the animals they treat! A few months ago, my cat's health declined dramatically and rapidly. The team at Fancy Paws was the absolute best in running the necessary tests, explaining results and options (and being willing to re-explain with no hesitation or annoyance at times when my emotions didn't allow me to process what was being said), and guiding me to making the right choice for my sweet girl. And when the time came, their compassion was incomparable. I cannot recommend Fancy Paws highly enough. If I ever decide to welcome another cat into my heart and home, I will absolutely be returning. Thank you, Fancy Paws, for everything!

It might be a small out of the way facility but it's worth it. Our three kids have been coming here for years and have received such excellent, personalized care and attention. And now that they offer dental cleanings there is almost no reason to have to go anywhere else.

We've been bringing our cats here for years now. They are very well informed and keep the pet parents up to date with everything. They treat both our cats with love and care and explain everything in terms we can understand. They also handled the fact that I needed to put my childhood cat down extremely well. They walked me through the process, gave me time to say goodbye and a vet tech even sat with me and let me hysterically babble at him. They are just absolutely wonderful with the whole process with pet ownership, from kitten to end of life. Highly recommend going to a cat specific vet for your kitties. They make all the difference.

Awesome staff! Everyone from front desk specialist to nurses and doctors. When our primary vet said that my concerns about our newly adopted kitten are just concerns and there is no need to bring him in, I reached out to Fancy Paws and they took my kitten in on short notice. My kitten was diagnosed with toxoplasmosis, he had a fever 106° which is critical for cats. Dr. Salber gave him all needed shots and prescribed antibiotics. He took the time to explain everything to me and answer my questions. The staff even checked on us for the next few days. My kitten is healthy again and I couldn't thank these guys enough. Compassionate and professional people. Will bring my cat only to this clinic in the future!

I always get sticker shock from medical bills. Same here at fancy paws. That said, it appears to be a fair price for this area. The staff are obviously hired for their love of animals and empathy with the pets and owners. The doctor(s) seemed to do good work and everyone was sure to take the time to understand the symptoms before reccomending solutions.

Dr. Salber, and his whole team, are really wonderful! We started bringing Oliver to Fancy Paws earlier this year and we couldn’t be happier! You can truly see how much they love their patients. We feel like Oliver is getting the best care for his health needs. Dr. Salber is very thorough and takes the time to explain everything in great detail. Oliver is also very calm and at ease, and this speaks volumes to us! We highly recommend Fancy Paws For all your kitty’s needs!

This place is amazing - they are very responsive, thorough, and committed to making sure your kitty is happy and healthy. They have been keeping my kitty who has a congenital heart condition (HCM) going strong!

My kitty Goblin and I loved our first experience at Fancy Paws! Dr. Salber and the nurse were very knowledgeable, caring, and friendly and I appreciated that they took the time to patiently answer my questions and talk everything over with me. The curbside dropoff/pickup (during the pandemic) went very smoothly. It’s so comforting to know that the whole practice is centered around the specific needs of cats. Definitely recommend!

My first visit with my 3 year old cat, brought him here for a check up and rabies shot. The way the curbside pickup was handled (shoutout to Kayla!), to the vet calling me and discussing the visit while in my car, to recommending a pheromone diffuser for my cat’s stress level (it works!!!????????), was all everything I was hoping to find at this clinic. Very happy to find them!????????????????

Our three cats have received the best of care from Dr. Salber and the staff at Fancy Paws!. From the moment we check-in to the conclusion of each visit our cats and their humans are treated with care and respect. I recommend this all cat clinic to EVERY cat owner (staff :)

This was our first visit; Louie and me! The receptionist was very friendly, helpful and inviting. The waiting area is very comfortable. Doctor Salber and his nurse were extremely patient, friendly yet professional. They made Louie and I feel welcome. Their patience, working exclusively with cats, was very obvious. They did not rush to get Lou at of his carrier, rather waiting patiently for him to come out on his own. After having kitties in my home for some 30 years I have never experienced this before. It was both thoughtful and refreshing along with reassuring that Lou was in good hands. I have 2 others that I will be transitioning there in the future. I appreciated how well Lou, now at 14 years, was handled and the information provided by the entire staff. I look forward to a long relationship with the practice.

The doctor is attentive and knowledgeable and the whole staff obviously cares about your cat. Prices are reasonable, highly recommend, they take great care of our 18 year old cat and she looks great.
