Although their website said they carried the dog food we were looking for, we were told they didn't carry it in the stores.

The best store for my dog. They have everything I need.

The owner Kim is an amazing person, always willing to answer any detailed and sometimes crazy questions without hesitation. Her staff are just as wonderful and always say hello when you walk in the door.

I love this place. The owner helped me find a NATURAL diet that would help my Labrador who was suffering from allergies. Her hotspots are gone, and her fur is coming back! I am so grateful for this team and all that they offer. This is now our regular go to store for all our dog needs.

They have a great selection of healthy options for your pooch. They are always friendly and helpful and they are my go to dog store. Can't love em enough

I recently got a BichPoo puppy Ziggy and being a new pet owner I had no clue of what type of food to give. A friend suggested this store and I am so thankful for this suggestion. Not only is the store extremely neat, clean, and organized, the young lady working there is so helpful and knowledgeable(sorry but I can’t remember her name) The first time we went there, she gave me a few samples to try and our puppy loved all of them. I went back a couple of days ago to see if I can move him up from kibble to dry/canned food and again she was extremely helpful. Not only that, she came out to the entrance of the store to welcome Ziggy. I love this store. They go out of the way to help yoI also checked pricing on Chewy website of the same foods that Ziggy has been eating and this place has it cheaper by $5 at least. You won’t be disappointed with this store.. do try it!

I met the owners just after they open their first location and they were so kind and warm and knowledgeable. They always greet me by name, including my dog. Special orders, no problem. Love this place! Everyone is super nice ! He knows a lot about the products. The place is very clean. I was looking for something my Pit couldn't chew up so easily. I've tried a lot of things to no avail but he suggested an antler and it was great!

Staff always helpful in finding and providing information about the different options for a natural diet. Our rescue papillon was fed a raw diet and DogGone Natural stocks a variety of USDA inspected organic deep frozen product for dogs and cats. Highly recommend.

What a lovely place to go for your pet. We found new treats for our favorite little one. We also found a stocking as well as Christmas gifts for doggie. The staff was extremely helpful and went out of their way to help me shop.

This place is the best. Very knowledgeable. My pup had a bad skin issue. They took the time to discuss her symptoms and found an issue related to grains in the food. Before spending a ton of money at the vet, at least go see them and get some advice.. Been coming here now for over 7 years!!
