The best and most professionally organized day spa any dog owner could ask for. So good. Our four legged friend is a much more well adjusted, happy and loving after just a single visit. A Dog's Day Out is a dog owners dream.

We liked this place, but after a few visits, our vaccinated 1yr old lab got a terrible case of kennel cough and brought it home to our elderly dog. I understand this is difficult to know if a dog is carrying it since it’s a virus like the flu, but it does make it hard to return as the sound of that hacking cough is something that sticks with you! Our dog did not show symptoms until a few days after we picked him up from a week stay there. I did call after we got his diagnosis, to just let them know, and the front desk acknowledged that other dogs from that week in July also had reported to them that they had gotten kennel cough as well. Hundreds of dollars to stay there plus hundreds in vet bills so we are nervous to return, but acknowledge this is a possibility with any facility where dogs are allowed to play together.

This is a review for the self-service dog wash! Unfortunately I can't speak to their boarding and professional grooming services (for reasons described below) but the staff was extremely friendly and helped me with everything I needed. I have a difficult dog who can be reactive towards other dogs and people, so using a self-service dog wash is the only way to keep dog hair out of our drains at home if I want him clean. This place was great! Cherry on top for making me feel at home BECAUSE I have a crazy little dude! They set me up so I could carry him in and out without him interacting with anyone, and the tubs are in a little corner area by the door without much traffic, so my dog couldn't see other dogs and people. The gal at the front desk told me they have a similar customer who comes in regularly with a German Shepherd, so those of you with bigger dogs can feel at home, too. :)

My dogs love it here, and the staff routinely go above and beyond. One day my pup was sick the night before I (mistakenly) took her to daycare. I let them know that she had been vomiting, and 30 minutes after getting to work they notified me that she was still ill and exhibiting symptoms. I was having trouble finding an emergency vet that would take her on such short notice (for whatever reason, all the "emergency" appointments were booked in the area?) but then the staff called their own vet for me and got me an appointment that day! Pup ended up being fine, but the fact that they took the trouble to call their vet and make my appointment made it SO much easier to just focus on my girl and make sure she got better. The quality and the price are great, but the staff are really what makes this place work so well!! They really do care for each and every pup, and I know my pups are in good hands whenever we go!

I have been a customer for almost 7 years. ADDO Ashburn is awesome. My dog is a lazy beagle now days and just likes to find the best spot to nap but still wags her tail like crazy when we pull up to ADDO. Katie, the location manager is the best. She is respectful, attentive and loves Trudy to pieces. Please support this amazing business!

If you want your dogs to stay inside an uncomfortable building with pee filled floors and No proper beds or comfort, take them here! This is no place for a dog to be happy and comfortable

I truly wanted to like this place. After overhearing a conversation with another pet parent today about how a specific dog breed was typically causing uproar at their facility due to aggression and behavior issues, I decided it would be the very last time I ever trust them to handle my goldendoodle. Since when are wheaten terriers and goldendoodles aggressive? This place is lacking professionalism, proper training of handling pets and simple knowledge. I’ve waited in the lobby for my dog several times and seen how rough they can be with pets. I should have trusted my gut and not returned after first time. Dogtopia of Chantilly and Herndon I highly recommend! I appreciate that I have access to the cameras and can ensure that my dog is treated with respect and fairly. My advice is hire new staff that knows how to communicate better with customers and handle pets of all breeds. Never have I gotten complaints about my dog, but to hear another customer being told that my specific breed as well as hers is an issue only leaves me concerned to continue my business here.

Fantastic place the people are wonderful and really care about your dog. Love taking out pooch to drop her off here. She always seems happy when we pick her up.

Words can’t express how much our little Oliver LOVES his groomer Shawnna. We weren’t sure how our little boy would react to being dropped off, now after his second visit we’re not sure he wants to come back home!! Everyone is friendly, they provide customer service at a level not frequently found. Excellent doesn’t fully describe it. My wife and I HIGHLY recommend bringing your little family member here.

Such a great place! My pup Dexter loves this place. He wasn't a huge fan of car rides before but now he looks forward to it especially when we're off to daycare!

Friendly staff of dog lovers.

Ashburn location. Staff lack professionalism; just want to argue with customers and need to have the last word. Breed racist! Like to pit dogs against one another. Place makes me sick!!

I have a high energy dog and I can count on the team to wear down his energy level while keeping him safe.

Staff does not handle altercations between the dogs well. My dog ended up biting a staff member who was breaking up a dog fight. Now I'm liable for the staff member's urgent care bill because they had to get stitches. I'm not sure they know how to deal with this sort of thing.

We take our husky puppy there 2 - 3 times a week. It is his home away from home and he always comes back tired and happy. We never worry about him when we drop him off and are always greeted with a smile and a “have a great day” from the staff. We highly recommend this place. Winston says “HI”!

My dogs have been boarded here multiple times over the last two years. Best boarding experience ever.

My dog Harley has been coming here at least once a week while I’m at work for the past few years. She gets so excited every time we get close. The staff is amazing with the dogs and you can tell they really enjoy being around them. They also have a groomer there who does a wonderful job. It was great to pick Harley up after work and she was already cut.

This is the camp you want to send your dogs; friendly staff and happy looking tail-wagging! My Collie (Darling) love this place so much that she follows me around in the morning to remind me she wants to go.

Puppies love when they get to visit.

When it's rainy or we are busy running errands that we can't take our dog with this place for him has been great, he always gets excited when pulling up and seems content when I've picked him up. Best part is he's always tired after half a day!

The staff here is very friendly and efficient. They take great care of our pups including baths and nail trims.
