Arlington Animal Hospital has been our place to go for our doggie needs. The staff is great and they really take great care of our furry family members. I couldn’t ask for more.

Always have a wonderful experience with the staff. They really care for my cat. They are quick to respond to questions and the vet talks to you personally. It is nice to have such great people to count on!

Exceptionally helpful with finding medications, giving some good and direct advice, and making sure pets are treated well. My dog does not lament visiting this vet.

They always give the best care to our dogs - especially Dr. London!

The vets are always very patient about explaining things and the rest of the staff is magically soothing to my very good boy.

I don’t know who the new receptionists but they are rude.. I’ve been going to 10+ years with no problems, Vets & Techs are great but the reception has gone down.. I have 3 dogs, I schedule my oldest two for 6th and the puppy for the 16th originally then called back in 15 min to change to 13th. We arrive on 6th to wait 1hr b/c there running late to find out they don’t have Java on the same day. They take not anyway... then on the 13th we show up with Freyja the puppy to have no appt. The receptionist talks to my wife and we discuss the mistake and they hang up on use, while we took of work early and sitting outside of the place... Pictures of the emails show how they messed up...

My dog has been a patient here for about five years and we've only had very good experiences. Easy to schedule, great staff, compassionate vets. The vets even call days after appointments or if they know the pet has had a surgery to see how they are doing. I can't imagine a better veterinarian hospital.

Very thorough in diagnosing my dog's issues. They identified two other issues that my prior vets had missed.

Really appreciate Dr. Thornton and her attention to individual animals. She explains everything g well to pet-parents.

I have 2 cats and a dog that go there. The vets always take the time to answer my questions and give me solid recommendations on food/medicine/etc. I know my fur kids are in good hands!

They will only take appointments, which are three weeks out. I have have had pets large and small all of my life and have never had a veterinarian office refuse to see any animal when the matter is pressing. Don't count on this office in an emergency!

There has not ever been a place with doctors and staff who care for your pets as you do.

Even with curbside drop off the staff were able to make us feel like it was a face to face appointment. We are new puppy parents so we had lots of questions that they were incredibly helpful with.

Dr. Jones is great with my elliptic dog. They always are able to squeeze us in or get us enough help until we're able to be seen. They're lifesavers!

Arlington Animal Hospital is wonderful. Our dog is difficult with vets and requires a plan of action and sedatives before even the simplest of appointments. Dr. Jones works with me personally every time to make sure a plan is in place, that we are comfortable with the plan, and he is happy to explain the reasoning behind each of his decisions. The administrative staff is also very kind and patient, and always professional. We're glad we found AAH and Dr Jones, and are grateful for the quality of care we receive each time we're there.

Dr. Jones cared for my dogs Kiwi and Scarlet for over 10 years. The only reason we stopped seeing him was because we moved to another state. He by far has been the most caring and thoughtful vets my family has met. He is a problem solver and took great care of our furry friends. The staff at Arlington Animal Hospital is just as nice. They have helped me to and from my car with my dogs if I had one of my small children with me. All of this with reasonable pricing for the area. Can’t say enough how happy we were.

They were very helpful and provided care for my cat as needed. They also kept following up for a few days.

I have been bringing my dog here for about 6 years. The staff here is amazing and they always treat him very well and they are very sweet with him.

My bulldog has been a patient at Arlington Animal Hospital for 7 years. I cannot say enough about the veterinarian care he has recieved. All of the vets are great, but we primarily see Dr. Young. Her kind demeanor and bedside manner always make me feel at ease. She is very thorough and knows the health characteristics of bulldogs and what breed specific ailments look out for. I highly recommend AAH to any dog owner looking for quality care and a family like team.

They're really great veterinarians, Dr Jones and the staff take excellent care of our puppy. They always call us back and are quick to respond to any questions or concerns, they've just been fantastic overall, we highly recommend them.

I should of known this Vet office was going south. First, they cancel my appointment and then reschedule a month later. Well.. things happen I suppose. Then when I arrive they demand you have a cell phone, the vet will NOT EVEN MEET YOU FROM THE OTHER SIDE OF THE GLASS DOOR. Then as I was talking the VET HANGS UP and does not even call back.. What a WASTE OF TIME.. DO NOT GO THERE!

Great staff and very efficient. They are an honest group that works with you and your pets best interest in mind and not just about profits. 10/10 would recommend.

I've been taking my dog here for years and love them. They're able to see your pet quickly and are very flexible. All of the staff are very personable and my dog has no fear when she is there (doesn't even notice when they give her a shot!)

It was my newly acquired puppy's first checkup, and I have to say it went smoothly. The staff was extremely professional and efficient. Especially when considering the obstacles presented in light of the Coronavirus pandemic. And the actual veterinarian was pleasantly informative. Helping us to understand the breed of the German Shepherd better. Which allowed us to tailor our training in areas unrealized.

I've been taking my chihuahua here for around five years and have only good things to say! We have had good experiences with every doctor and staff member we've interacted with. The doctors respond quickly to messages, questions, and med refills. Communication and appointments are always easy. My dog has behavioral issues and is always treated with patience and kindness ???? like I mentioned at the beginning, only good things to say!

I have brought my cats here over the past 40 or so years and have always received the best care for them. The staff is patient, kind, and always professional. I highly recommend them.

Always been happy with service here. Dog has seen Dr. London and Dr. F. Jones. Would recommend both.

Dr Jones is the best in the business. Hands down. Anything other than a five star is nonsense.
