Mold mold and more mold. A good amount of the fish were also in terrible condition, even the plants that came in the new box were already wilted and had spots of mold. Not only that, some fish were about double the price of PetSmart's. So you pay double to get dead and moldy products? No thanks. Avoid!

Had everything we need. It's a typical Petco. Go there for selection, variety. Know that prices are higher than other places.

Dead fish stuck to filters in tanks. Fish that looked absolutely sick and panicked. And store clerks who although nice were too distracted to even notice I was documenting the death that this store had. I was tempted to buy from them until it became apparent from the actual smell in the store that obviously this has happened enough they ignore the aquatic area.

They seem to be out of large crickets often, but the staff is very friendly; love shopping their clearance section!

Normally a well organized place, but there was an abundant placement of shelves with items to stock and only one staff member stocking while another was checking out 5 customers. Hopefully once the holiday rush is over they will be their usual great place to shop for my pet needs.

I had a bad experience in this petco. I try to purchase some fishes which I had done my research on already, employee did not know what he was talking about and said he couldn’t sell any live animals at the moment due to understaffed(there was enough people for him to take 2 mins and get the fish), his excuse was that it was going to take him too long to catch a fish in a 10gal tank. really disappointed I’ve always shop at this petco and all the staff were really helpful, I hope that the employee gets the correct training.

It had a putrid odor, that was more than just dog or cat. There were boxes and carts to be unloaded in the aisles making it difficult to get around.

Rude staff, slow as well

Terrible customer service and dirty store. The entire store was cluttered with random opened boxes all over the place blocking most of the merchandise we were trying to reach. We were waiting in line on the sticker, following the 6 feet guidelines and she told us to stand even further behind the line because she needed room to walk through, when the aisle had plenty of space to do so.

So slow, zero sense of urgency, useless.

The employees weren't rude or anything but they didn't wish my dog a happy birthday!!! How can I ever forgive you Petco!?!? 10/10

Horrible service, I will never shop at pet co ever again!

I have got everything I needed. And the store it is close to my house.

Surprised by how unorganized the store was...cashier was on his phone...most employees were walking by me into the, what I'm guessing was manager's office while I was getting a dog tag engraved. Not clean.

Horrible customer service. They gave me an incomplete bag with my order. The puppy food i bought was missing. When i called the lady refused a refund and said she couldn't do anything because it wasn't her shift. She had clocked in 10 minutes ago. And then she hung up the phone. Teach your representatives how to be at least polite. Unhelpful? Fine, but at least polite.

Dog food is not on display.

Really cool place with tons of pet stuff AND tons of pets. They always have lots of new reptiles and little fuzzy things every week.

I used the grooming service and I was impressed by the professionalism and quality of service. My beagle was well taken care of. Going to be a regular now.

Poor customer service in the grooming department and management. I took my beagle in for full service grooming. I had a 12:30 apt. I got there on time checking in my dog when another customer came in. The lady made me wait outside for 20 minutes until the gentleman paid even though I was there first. I understand one person at a time but, be fair about it!

The place is fine but for some reason the people that work here is always mad . Last time I went the cashier Amanda was very nasty with me and my Dog. we all can tell She doesn’t like animals at all , I mean I know a lot of people out there that will love to have her job.

Great place to find your pet needs. The store is clean and well kept. Most owners who bring their animals into the store are respectful of others as well.

It was easy to get the dog food I needed and then just go in and get it while running errands. Thank you.
