Called to schedule an appointment for a first grooming for my 6 month old Goldendoodle. I was so surprised that they had an opening the same day, so I took it. The entire staff were so nice and our groomer was very patient with us showing her pictures and telling her what we wanted. Our puppy looks so cute. We will definitely go back for his next grooming ????

Zeus loves it here and I love it because he loves it. They always do a good job with him and I can tell they care about him as much as I do. Zeus comes out happy every time and best of their nail trimming is the best. He’s ears come out very clean his paws looks amazing and his fur looks so cute and fluffy. I’m glad I found them! ????

I dropped my cat off for grooming, although my cat gets anxious with new people the staff was unable to handle my cat and when I picked him up he had dry blood on him, he has been anxious all day and sullen. I am not sure what they did to him, they said he bit himself but that has never happened so I'm very concerned with how they may have treated and now injured my cat.

I came to Pawtiques on a referral from a friend after I had a bad experience at a salon in Arlington. Pawtiques is very quality and professional with a reasonable price. From start to finish I was impressed with the business. I called and got a same-day appointment. When I arrived, the man who greeted me was friendly and professional. He actually listened to what I wanted and asked follow-up questions to be sure we were on the same page. My miniature Australian shepherd was finished after 3 hours (typical time for grooming this dog). I was very pleased with the results. Paula groomed Theo exactly how I wanted/imagined. I asked for a bath, nail trim, sanitary trim, I wanted his paws, feathers (hair on back of legs), and ears trimmed, and teeth brushed. All of the above was done well and he smells amazing! Theo was in good spirits both upon drop off and pick up. I highly recommend and will definitely be coming back.

My dog was very skittish and nervous to go to the groomer. I took him to Pawtiques and was not sure how my dog would behave. The groomer did an excellent job and my dog handled it very well! He came back looking just the way I asked the groomer to cut his hair. They also took their time to listen to my concerns with how my dog typically did at the groomers and they said that they would go slow and take their time so as not to scare my dog. Excellent service and I highly recommend them!

I’ve been getting my dog groomed at Pawtiques for two years now, and they are absolutely fantastic. My dog is really scared of getting groomed and they are so patient and great with him. Mira is super personable every time I see her. Mira and Tiffany have both groomed him, and he comes out with a great cut each time. I moved from VA to MD a year ago and I still go out of my way to come here - seriously they are awesome!!

Mira and her staff are the best! I adopted a Great Pyrenees this summer and have been taking him to Pawtiques monthly to manage his massive white coat! Mira and her staff are great with my Pyr, who isn’t comfortable in new places or around new dogs. He has grown to trust her staff and you can tell they really care about my boy! Pawtiques has great prices, service and the staff really goes out of their way for my big boy! Love them!

Very professional and quality business. I have two dogs, one 11 year old Morkie who has hip pain and is all around anxious and fragile. I also have a 2 year old very timid cavalier mix pup. I am nervous about the quality of care and attention they receive during grooming. They just got groomed last week at this location. The store was extremely covid safe. Mask 100%, at door drop off, so no inside customers. I felt very safe health wise with their protocols. Additionally, the groomer Naomi I think is her name, was extremely gentle and caring for my pups. I could immediately tell by my dogs behavior at pick up that they felt comfortable and calm. The grooming was fantastic, with not a single issue. I am very happy with the service at Pawtiques. I’m very picky and love my dogs like family. I don’t give positive reviews unless they 100% deserve it. I feel this location does!

Nice grooming service. Most loose hairs we're removed and no shampoo residue. The expense was worth it. The pooch smells great.

Samantha was a wonderful groomer to both my pups (maltipoo and morkie)! All of the groomers there have been wonderful and super pleasant to talk to. Mira the owner is very sweet and Tiffany one of the other groomers is so nice and welcoming as well. My dog Teddy (morkie) is especially difficult to work with but they were all extremely patient with him and with my other dog Sugar. I love the nice little holiday themed bows/bandanas they provide after each session as well! The pictures were from their last grooming session (around Valentine's Day)!

Great staff, good vibes and the owner cares. My dog also seems to enjoy the staff and the experience. Normally she gets very nervous at other places but the welcome vibes here helps her feel safe. I will be coming back!

A lovely and clean place with an obviously dedicated staff. Took my 15 year old maltese here the other day for the first time and I know I'll be taking her again.

I will never forget the first time i dropped my little pup (she is 10 but she will always be a pup to me) off the first time. She was shaking since she was never comfortable being left in unknown places without someone she knows around. I felt terrible but i knew she needed to be cleaned so I come back and she's walking around like she owns the place, let me tell you I've never seen her so happy with strangers and that tells you a lot about how they operate. They did an amazing job trimming her nails and her coat looked phenomenal. I don't intend to go anywhere else. If my dog loves you i approve.

I love Mira and so does Moose! I’ve been taking him to Mira ever since he was 12 weeks old. I even ended up moving farther away but I still go to Pawtiques because it’s hard to trust anyone else with my buds hair!

Mira loves my pup Paddington, and Paddington loves her too! I go to Pawtiques from MD because I just couldn’t find anyone else I could trust to make Paddingtons experience as good as possible!

When I first walked in here, I had a very warm welcoming especially toward my dog, Pepper. The place is very clean and cozy. I dropped Pepper off and when I came back, her fur was beautiful! and she seemed to really like it. You can tell that this place really cares about your pets. We've been through a few groomers but never really wanted to go back. We think this is it! We will definitely be coming back.

I am beyond thrilled to have found Pawtiques! It was a serendipitous find. I looked across the street from Gom Ba Woo's parking lot and saw Pawtiques. After some social media searching, I found their website and Instagram and decided to book an appointment for our golden retriever puppy. Our appointment was for Saturday morning. Mira, the owner, welcomed us and Brinkley warmly. We filled out a new customer form and left. Mira told us that it would be about an hour to 2 hours and she would do a full grooming for Brinkley. Not even an hour later, Mira called me and said that she was done. We were at a nearby coffee shop and drove right over. When we arrived, Mira told us how well-behaved Brinkley was and brought him out. What a change! He looked clean and well-groomed. His coat was soft and shiny; the hair between his paws and nails were properly trimmed; and he was sporting a smart new bandanna around his neck. Brinkley's tail was wagging endlessly around Mira. He clearly loved her (and after we left, he even looked a little mopey that he had to leave her), which is a great sign from the actual client. I'm so happy that our furbaby was pleased with his experience. I was a bit nervous since this was his first grooming session, but he is definitely a fan. It is very apparent that Mira loves dogs, and she takes very good care of her fur clients. The price was very reasonable - $50 for a full grooming session. Of course since our golden retriever will be growing up a little more, the price will increase but $50 for a dog under 20 lbs is extremely well-priced for this area. I'm very, very pleased with the experience and glad to have found our groomer on the first try! We are looking forward to taking Brinkley back to Mira and Pawtiques.

I'm beyond happy with my dogs first haircut at Pawtiques. My little guy was in desperate need of a haircut, but I was hesitant to change his messy look. Mira listened carefully and gave him a haircut that suited my requests. He looks better than before. The Pawtiques space is clean and fresh looking. The space is open - you can watch dogs of all sizes getting groomed. It's a nice environment. I'm glad to have found an excellent groomer the first try. My dog and I will be back..

Mira has been grooming my pup for years! Shes been in the industry for 10+ years and I've never met someone that loves dogs more than this lady. She truly is the dog whisperer! I highly recommend Pawtiques to anyone searching for a locally owned groomer. They'll take great care of your little ones.

I walked in to get my dog’s nails clipped and it was a great experience. They made sure my nervous dog was comfortable. She even cut the hair in his paws and wiped his ears. The place is clean and bright. I will be returning.

Mira does amazing work! She's been grooming my dog for years and my pup has always looked great! She is always gentle and kind with the pups. She's done a great job with the renovation of the shop. Hands down the best groomer in the area!
