Not impressed! When the customer service rep tries to charge you $40.00 to exchange an item that is clearly under warranty, it puts you off a bit.

My new pup Zoey loved being in this store, seeing and smelling all the new wonderful things they has to offer.

I prefer to shop in store, using the petsmart app to price match and save $$

Huge and well stocked store. Aisles are neat and organized with a wide variety of items to choose from. They also offer grooming services. Didn’t see a lot of employees around and only one register open. They still manage to keep the store in great shape ????????

We mainly go here to buy fish. service getting fish has been pretty good.

I went here for my boyfriend's pupper. It was pretty nice and fun. She got two little sweatshirts she looks absolutely adorable!

The manager was not very friendly and did not greet customers when he unlocked doors. He didn’t even acknowledge us! The floors were gross, very filthy and the cages from animals smelled terribly! The cashier was very nice!

A solid big-box pet store with good selection and prices. I think we will be back when we are in the area.

Poor in-stock in dog toy section. Items priced a bit high. The building has space to do some awesome merchandising but it isn't being utilized to its fullest potential.

Employees are friendly and super helpful. We got an Albino Cory Catfish tank buddy.

My dog was refused grooming by Matias due to vaccination records not meeting requirements. The requirement not met was that the records be signed by the vet that did them. The only problem with getting that is that he was recently rescued in late March, and his paperwork from the rescue was ALREADY ACCEPTED for him to do his beginners training course which was just completed (two months worth of weekly visits). Getting the signature from an unknown vet when the dog is a rescue is almost impossible! It is ridiculous that we drove 80 miles round trip to get told no by Matias over something that was already approved by the same store! Terrible customer service. I will not take my dog or any pet there again.

We were able to bring our puppy in, and had good service.

Fairly tidy, and easy to find most things. The register process was pushier than it should be for a retail store.

I was in there the other day at the Williston Vermont location and was honestly upset because I had just dropped off my old cat at the vet and wasn't sure if she was going to make it through the day. That cashier was very kind to me and reassured me that she knew my cat would be just fine. She was right!

Always enjoy bringing my son here to look at all the fish and hamsters. They also have spiders, snakes, turtles, lizards, geckos.. They have a great selection of hamster stuff such as treats and cages. I always get my Hammys treats and bedding here. Very nice store, very clean and very stocked. If you cant find it there, they're good at making suggestions and guiding you the right way. Thank you!

Went in to get our dog's food. Not a great inventory.

Was not happy with the sales person. Went to pick up the betta and two females and the lady at the register felt like she had to educate me on bettas a was very rude and really did not want to sell me the fish I did not ask to be educated when I knew about the fish and the care of them.
