What an awesome establishment! When the owner takes time to help you find just the the right Salt water fish to add to your reef tank you feel special. Very knowledgeable and very courteous!

They really know their stuff, especially when it comes to Fish tanks. They also have some very pretty betta fish.

Ive bought so many heating lights from this place for my reptiles its not a good thing because they constantly blow out, im just waiting for that day where i wake up n my pet is dead, the lights legit last 3 days, n they re taped on the outside so it makes me feel they put all their finger prints on it soull keep coming back. Place is a scam. Im going elsewhere. Even bugs r expensive $1 a roach all the way up, on chewy they r $45 for 350.

Price's are a bit higher than other places I've been but the service an knowledge more than makes up for it !!!!

They have a wide selection of products and pets. Very helpful and friendly staff!

Decent, if small, space and always clean (you would expect all those birds to smell bad!). The folks who work their are really knowledgeable about bird and reptile needs. Only downside is the price, which is a lot higher than the alternatives. But thus is local and those are big box stores, so, if you can swing ot, it's worth it.

Appreciate most of the staff. The owner however cares more about sales than the animals.

Super knowledgeable and helpful owner and staff. They even carried the fish tank to my car! Didn't try to upsell, but gave me lots of options. We will be back!!

If you want a place that actually cares about the living things the take care of and go above and beyond for you & the things they take care of this is the place I have been going here for about a decade or so and it constantly a welcoming place you can clearly tell every employee loves what they are doing I wish I could give this place 10 stars ????

This store was reccomended to me, and I was not let down. Absolutely amazing friendly staff that are full of knowledge. Nick is helping me set up a fish tank with the right arrangements. He was extremely helpful, kind and full of knowledge and employees like this need to be appreciated for their work.

Great local shop for exotic reptiles, fish, birds, mammals, amphibians and arthropods. Staff can be rude sometimes that is my only complaint. Animals are well cared for and feeders and other products are premium quality.

Do not buy pets from here, their rabbits are sick and very dirty, they’re all clumped into one space and are infecting each other. They also use pine shavings and everyone knows that it is bad for all rodents. It is very sad to be in there, the birds are stressed and pecking their feathers out. The space is too small for so many animals

This is an awesome pet store. I was visiting from out of town and my sister took me here raving about how big a selection of bunny stuff they have and they really do. I am from an area with tons of pet stores and I've never been in one with so much bunny stuff. Also, they have lots of animals to look at which my kids loved and the workers were relaxed and helpful and not really high strung like some pet store people can be about kids being around. Not a huge fan of the cages of worms but I am sure the animals who get them as snacks will appreciate their freshness ????

One of my favorite places to stop and visit and stock up on pet supplies!!! They have such a big selection of Hamster products such as; Homes, chew toys, treats, foods and beddings. The store is full of many different kinds of fish which are all so beautiful! They even have these really cool looking blue grub worms at the front!???? it's always hard leaving, I love looking at all the animals there! They even have cute bunnies, birds, mice, hamsters, fish, reptiles, amphibians, spiders and Guinea pigs!

Will never go to Petco or Petsmart again. The owners and employees are friendly and knowledgeable

I like to support local businesses. I find the staff here knowledgeable and mostly helpful. The fish they sell are another story - they *ALWAYS* have ick. We've learned to always quarantine them, that way at least it's only the new fish who die... but they mostly do. Recently bought nine fish, 3 died in a couple of days, they were replaced, then they died and 3 more, 3/4 of fish are dead in less that two weeks and have never been in contact with anything from our main tank so whatever killed them came with them. Water test done by the shop was OK.

Nice staff. Answered all of my questions. There is a ton of pets and pet supplies there. Worth a stop in just to check it out.

Only place we can find a good selection of salt water items for fish tank. Great selection. They have everything you need to set up and maintain salt water marine life. Have things for just about any pet you might have. My dog loved walking around and he picked out a treat for himself. They have quite a few animals too - since I went at the end of my pregnancy, my sense of smell was very sensitive and there were a couple of places in the store that were difficult for me to be in, but my husband never had any issues so I do believe it was because I was very sensitive to smells.

Amazing store. Comprehensive help for Aquatic life and furry friends. They sell a range of products for domestic animals and their staff are knowledgable and helpful. I enjoy visiting this location whenever I can.

I’m getting a bunny soon and I wanna know how much it costs

Staff was very nice when I got my bunny and helped me out. About a week after I got her I noticed her shaking her head a lot and scratching one ear continuously. As someone who has been studying animal science for the past 4 years and going to vet school, my first thought was ear mites. Not a huge deal because they are actually pretty common for rabbits but I knew that if my bunny had them then so did the others at the store because they are contagious and there’s no way she got them from my house where there are no other animals. When I called to discuss my concerns and whether or not they would help pay for treatment the owner told me it was a fluke and was dismissive. Turns out she does have ear mites and had to be treated for them. I’m just glad I was able to pick up on the signs early enough to treat it before it got bad but others might mistake some of the symptoms for allergies or grooming. Doesn’t seem like they have intentions of honoring their pet warranty form so just be aware when you sign it. Money isn’t an issue for me either, if I had to be the one to pay for the treatment so be it but the condescending and dismissive tone that I was spoken to with is what really bothered me because my main concern was my bunny and the others animals well-being. Other than that I love my bunny and she is the sweetest little thing ever.

I got my bunny from here about 9 months ago. The owners were extremely rude to me and their staff. The owners consistently talked down to me, tried to convince me to buy a small rodent cage (not recommended for bunnies), and up-sell me on everything. I like that the company is local, but I hated the way I witness them speak to their employees and the way they spoke to me. Items there are a little pricier, but thats to be expected with a local/small business.

Place is just OK. As far as supplies Id hit up the internet, waay better pricing, even at a discount this place will cost you more then anywhere else. The care for their pets is questionable at best. I gravitate to the fish dept and usually tanks are in very poor condition as well as the stocking of their fish.
