This place does not care one bit about the well-being of your pets. They care about money. Two different vets dropped the vaccine needles while they were still in my cat. The first vet said all three could not be given together so I had to come in for two separate appointments. Then the next year they could all be given at the same time and Dr. H couldn’t explain to me why the first vet made me come in for two separate appointments. That first last vet had my cat running around with the needle still in him all because they refused let me hold him and he got scared and they didn’t hold him down properly. I asked several times about the acne on his chin and that I believed he needed surgery to have his teeth removed. My cat also has a history of utis which can be an indication of dental disease. Dr. H would barely even make eye contact while talking. I took my cat for a second opinion elsewhere and low and behold he has teeth reabsorption and needs extraction. I showed Dr. H my cats teeth and he was unconcerned and appeared annoyed rather than scheduling the necessary extractions which it definitely did not take a vet to see that they were needed if you don’t believe me look at the attached photo. Clear teeth reabsorption and periodontal disease. Also during our appointment Dr. H stepped out and we could hear him yelling at his Secretary/clerk (not sure) and she came into the room to check us out for our procedure in tears. Poor girl was trying to hide them as best she could. Awful place. Unprofessional and cruel ownership. I really hope that lovely lady gets a job elsewhere where she is treated with more respect and kindness. Do your pets a favor and go to a vet with a heart which is NOT this place

Myah young, a member of this team has threatened my dog. I don’t think she is fit to work there. I would never put my dog in her care. Ever! Proof is in the pictures!

Staff is very friendly and courteous, great prices, Dr Charlie is very kind and clearly enjoys his work. I am only in town for a few weeks but this would be my permanent vet if I lived here full time.

The poor old guy had a fatal heart attack while struggling against his exam. We still miss the old guy. The vet and technician were very sympathetic and supportive. We have been with this original group of care givers since the late 80's.
