I feel as though all the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. Wouldn't take my cat any place else.

I really like this place, I don't like it when staff uses the excuse that they are short staffed for a reason. I don't want to hear that. Are my dogs going to get short care? That is not a good thing to say to a customer

Dr. Pearson came to our home yesterday and helped our 14.5 year old yellow Lab leave this world. It was a peaceful passing, and we were next to our good boy, he was not anxious and was at peace, I am so glad we were able to do this for him. I can not imagine a kinder or more compassionate man than Dr. Pearson, It takes a special kind of person to do this type of work and he was the perfect person for a very difficult situation, my wife and I will always be grateful to Dr. Pearson for how he handled this. Rest in Peace Hubbard, you were and always will be a very good boy.

Since moving to Keene, over 3 years ago, I have found CAH to be very professional and thorough in caring for my cats. Only doing what is absolutely necessary to maintain their optimal health. They are treated just like the individuals they are not ailments to be treated. I would recommend them to any pet owner who wants the best.

Love them! The last visit was for my sick guinea pig after her cagr mate passed away. They were great, even did a follow up call to check on her ❤

Been a new customer here now for about 3 or 4 months and been here about four or five times already and let me tell you it is one of the best vets I have ever brought any of my animals to ever. They answer all your questions in there very very nice I would rate this place five star out of 5 star. And the doctors here absolutely fantastic

Cleanest and best-smelling pet hospital and I have been to a few:: in CT, MA, TN and Keene NH. I wouldn't trust my pets' care to any other practice in the area.

Cheshire Animal Hospital, my new vet, went way above and beyond when I brought my chocolate lab mix in for emergency removal of porcupine quills from an afternoon walk in the woods. They did an amazing job removing dozens from the pad of one of his feet, inside his mouth, and his snout. The next day he was a bit subdued but not even sore they did such a good job. Eternally grateful for this!

I've been taking my dog here for 10 years. The staff is fantastic and caring and very responsive. Anytime my dog has had an issue, they always do a follow up call to see how she's doing. I've had issues trying to give her medications and they got her right in and gave her an injection instead. They were also able to get her in sooner than expected (she's been having dental issues) and had an appointment a few weeks out but called me with a cancellation to get her in sooner. Everyone is so good with her, I love this place!

No over night help if animals need surgery. Shouldn't be considered a hospital when they refer to to Concord or Deerfield if over night watch is needed. I was so upset cause they turned us away and had money to pay for help.
