Best vet in town! Ezra loves it

I've been bringing my dogs here for over 25 years. Have always been happy with their service, warmth & understanding. They are always changing with the times. Was able to purchase products online, which is a huge service. ????????

They were awesome there when asked to give an estimate of how much the visit will be. Worth the visit to get my fur baby checked out and get his pawicure done.

i called to schedule appointment for my older dog to get update on his shots and exam visit they keep on rescheduling my dogs appointment i will never bring him here ever again and they charge high rates and throw in extra coast

My dog started sneezing blood today so I called the vca and they told me they aren't taking dogs because their short staffed and told me to call some place in mass. I'm a stones throw away from the vca in town and I don't have a way to bring her to mass. Absolutely Useless.

The staff is absolutely amazing. They explained everything in a way that I could understand. The CareClub they offered to save me money is a great investment too!

I called to attempt to get my dog in for a wellness visit and before even hearing any details or information from me the receptionist told me “In all honesty, I’m not going to be able to give you the answer you’re looking for because I’m down to 1 doctor when I should have 3.” So I asked, “are you taking any new clients?” She replied “I’m booking out into mid-July. You should call some vets in Keene.” I felt very brushed off and there was a complete lack of care from this person that answered the phone. I considered switching vets to VCA and after this encounter I certainly will not be doing that.

If there was a way to do it I'd give 6 stars. I don't post online very often but I felt compelled to in this case. I'd like to thank Dr. Rosenberg and the rest of the team for saving my dogs life.

Wonderful kind and caring staff. We have had many appointments with them and will continue to use their service for our future pet needs.

They don’t dispense pharmaceuticals, so you’ll have to go to a regular human pharmacy for any of your pet’s prescriptions.

They care about your PET!

I've had to come here twice in the last week and a half. The first time just for a routine visit for my dog to get vaccines, and then today for an unexpected appointment for my cat. The vet techs and vet were incredibly patient with my very people-shy and anxious dog. They had him taken care of quickly and with minimal distress on his part. And today, even without me being able to come in with my cat, they were very communicative and kept me updated on everything they were doing. I was especially appreciative that they didn't give me a hard time about having him on a harness instead of trying to get him in a carrier with an injured paw (thank you guys!!). As far as the cost, I don't really have anything else to compare it to. Either way, I would rather pay a bit more and know that my pets are in very good hands because to me that is priceless. I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else!

I took my puppy there for an exam, after wards I see online first exams are free and they never mentioned that. Then They send me home with the wrong medicine. They also didn’t have a full script of the correct medicine on hand. I asked for a written script for the remaining prescription they couldn’t fill, because I could buy it cheaper online.. they gave me a little hassle but eventually gave it to me. I just tried to place the order and the online vet called for approval and they denied the company to fill my remaining script for absolutely no reason. Now I have to call them and fight on the phone again! They seem unorganized and unprofessional . Extremely unhelpful and I will definitely be going else where .

These folks work tirelessly to help our furry family members! So glad this place exists.

They absolutely came through in a pinch, even though I was a completely new client. I can't say enough good things. Pup tangled with a porcupine and they took immediate Care of us. Great people.

VCA Windham is a great place. The staff work so compassionately with my animals and with me too. The work they do here is life changing, and even on a fixed income, I have never felt like I couldn't afford to do the right thing for my animals.

They were very good to us when we had to put our dog down. Went out of the way to get us right in.

Service isn't so great depending on the day you go in. They have good hours though.

Great staff and Doctors who handled our Aussie with care. Thought he had an abscess but they were able to shave his cheek w/o tranks, cleaned it up, and sent him on his way. Thanks Ladies!

Super wonderful with our anxiety prone pups!

They are always friendly and helpful. We have a high anxiety dog who doesn't do well with other dogs and they help me schedule appointments so that we can avoid other animals if possible. The vets are nice and knowledgeable. I wish it was a little more budget friendly, although they do have care plans where you can pay monthly for routine care instead of all at once. It includes things like vaccines and check ups.
