I called all the vets in the area to talk about euthanizing the family dog and was met with unsupportive responses, all saying, "We don't have time, sorry" As soon as Gateway heard my story they promptly with much empathy found the closest day available, and calmly answered all my questions. There was never any shame implied, just concern and genuine care. Muriel has AMAZING customer service and I let her know that, she deserves it! Thank you Gateway!

The vet tech is always aloof just not friendly. Dont get me started on Dr. Angell he's extremely rude, obnoxious and pompous. Every time I brought my pets there he has insulted me. I have high anxiety and I told him that. He still scared me and was rude. I say bring your pet to another clinic.

Wow just wow. My cat has an abcess in which I called about a week ago. I tried to schedule an appointment in to which they told me that they are scheduling weeks out and an abcess goes away on it's own so to wait a few weeks and in the event that it bursts to call and try to be seen for antibiotics. I called today to schedule and appointment stating that the abcess had not burst but was spreading to the gum area in to which she said she did not want to schedule an appointment yet again because she felt that I should take the cat to the ER. Explaining no transportation for the 2+ hour ride and not having this type of finances right now she continued to call me a liar and eventually told me she was cancelling my cats appointment to be fixed and removing my cats as clients and hung up. Worst practice ever. First experience they pricked my cat with a dirty needle I should have known.

They are great and fast. They are nice to the animals and care about their customers too. Had to put down our dog after Christmas and got a kitten and brought her there. They are great!

I had a great experience with this office recently. I called numerous times about my older dog just seeming unwell. I spoke with Brittney twice who was very helpful and kind. She answered all my questions and helped me gauge whether or not my pet needed to be seen urgently or if it could wait. I also spoke with Mariel once about my other pet. They both were very helpful And genuine. Brittney explained that the office did not have time to see my pet right away but referred me to another office that was able to help me right away. I will definitely be back in the future for less urgent needs

Myself and my local family (father, mother, uncle, grandmother) have been using this clinic since they opened in 2010. The prices are EXCELLENT and services are thorough. It is very clear the entire staff has a lot of love for the animals they care for. Two of my dogs are reactive rescues and Dr. Angel gives them all the love in the world and treats them in a way they are most comfortable. Receptionist is both knowledgable and helpful. I recommend this clinic to all who ask.

I recently went to this practice. I was reluctant about the curbside factor but Brittany and Muriel were great about explaining everything I needed to know. It was a quick, pleasant, and affordable visit. The only downside was it took several weeks to get an appointment.

They provide great care to our dogs.

I have heard so many heartbreaking stories about Dr. Angell that I just have to say: if you love your pets, take them anywhere else in the area.

The vet is good, he's crabby, but gives good deals.

It's hard for me to even give this man one star. He misdiagnosed my cat, and did not even take the time to properly check our concern in our cat. 2 weeks later we brought her to another vet. The problems he missed were very severe, and led to my cat having to be put down, because Angel did not properly do his job. He is not gentle or truly caring for his patients which I have noticed as my cats went to him for years. I do not recommend this veterinarian.

I have been taking my dog Veronica to Dr. Angell for several years now. Dr. Angell provides very good care for her and his prices are reasonable.. He is very kind and thorough and takes time to answer all of my questions. His staff is also very helpful and welcoming each time I have been in or called.
