I’ve been coming here several years but I’m done. One of the vets basically told me to just not treat my dog’s cancer since she’d die soon anyway and to just give her pain meds. Glad I didn’t listen because over a year later my dog is alive and well thanks to another vet who didn’t share the same opinion to just let her die. Another instance was my other dog. I was told he likely had cancer and they wouldn’t recommend more testing to see what it was. Glad I didn’t listen again and did the extra testing. It wasn’t cancer and I was able to get him fixed at another clinic. This vet also said my dog needed an allergy shot and I knew it wasn’t allergies causing an issue with his chin being itchy. After another month of him being itchy I was able to get a steroid cream which fixed him. Waste of $100 fully knowing this wasn’t what he needed but listened to their bad diagnosis, again. On top of the bad medical advice and treatment, this clinic is booked out several weeks and won’t help you even with pressing issues. I’ve finally had enough. I don’t like writing negative online reviews but they’ve earned it. If you need basic things done, this place is fine.

I've been taking my fur baby to Hunter Animal Hospital for years and they do not disappoint. They are always helpful and you can just tell they care about the animals they help. Their prices are fair and absolutely worth every single penny.

To start off, I had a good experience with them. I had to put down my baby boy from lymphoma cancer, and they were accommodating with the need for me to be with him before and during the procedure. I appreciate that because I did need to be there, for me and him both. However there was a 'miscommunication' when it came to getting my boys ashes. I had said twice that I want his ashes and a paw print plaque. We payed for it and everything, but apparently it was marked down for group cremation. Which wasn't specified or explained to me. So now I have his paw print but no ashes! I am very upset, losing my boy to cancer in itself is such a huge loss for me. Now I don't even have his ashes! I will be honest, I am also upset with myself, I was too clouded minded and distracted with this sudden loss - that I wasn't thinking clearly and able to notice that she put it down for group cremation. But I did say I WANT MY BOYS ASHES more than once!! So I am grateful to them ONLY for letting me be with my baby when it was time. Other than that I will never be returning to this place and I am very upset to have lost my boy even further, by some "miscommunication" as she put it.

Hunter animal hospital has been the vet office for my family for the last 20 years :) From puppy to putting your dog down they provide amazing care and service hunter animal hospital provided amazing care and services for us when my 12 year old lab Mya for very sick unexpectedly and passed away. She was a vibrant black lab mix ????. She was a sweet dog ???? . Mya tried really hard to stay alive.. when we sent her to the rainbow ???? bridge ….she was gone very fast. Hunter provided a portfolio full of options to bury her or cremate her and also little remembrance options as well. Amazing ????????????????????. They also have been there for my dad and his dog and provided a life saving surgery after my dad adopted him from a foster family , he was attacked by a mountain ⛰ lion ???? and somehow there was a stick stuck in his upper back thigh that they couldn’t find that was causing him to get really sick a septic and almost die….Fast forward ⏩ 6 years and Dr ????????‍⚕️ Mike has been a amazing vet for us and my new dog ???? Athena Luna she is a beautiful bloodhound :) and again, Dr. Mike is our vet. Thank you for providing amazing ???? care and bedside manor and explaining issues in a way that I understand. :)

Hunter Animal Hospital is the only place we will take our fur friends. The staff is very nice and helpful. Even if it's time to "let your fur friends go" they are kind and genuinely empathetic of your situation.

We traveled from Utah County to visit this clinic after a recommendation from a friend. Dr Mike was great very thorough with our dog. Dr and staff were very friendly and knowledgeable taking the extra time to answer all my questions. Clinic was clean and well maintained. I'm very happy that I was referred to this clinic.

I have been taking my pets here for over 10 years and I will not go anywhere else. The staff are always so kind and loving towards my pets. I took my Bonnie in to get spayed and she was treated so good, the vet tech even remembered Bonnie’s brother Clyde. Thank you Hunter animal for always caring about your customers and their fur babies.

My cat, Daisy, hadn't eaten in 4 days. I called first thing in the morning and got an urgent care appointment. Everyone was so helpful and caring. They had me leave Daisy there and a couple of hours later, the doctor called to let me know what she thought the issue was. The doctor was so kind and caring. She gave me options as to the best way to treat Daisy. I have total confidence with the entire staff.

Just love this animal hospital! They have been great dealing with clients thru COVID. I just don't understand why some people make a fuss over wearing a mask. If the staff gets sick, who will take care of a precious animals? They treat our animals just like they are their own. The techs are amazing, and doctors really do care! Katie is so sweet!

Both the Vet and Vet tech were very gentle with our old cat. They were upfront about the costs of various tests and what cheaper alternatives were possible. We were very pleased with their care and would recommend them highly to others.
