When you call, it tells you to "hang up and call the receptionist" and then gives no number for the "receptionist". Super confused. How do they function as a business? **If you liked this review or thought it was helpful, give it a thumbs up. ????thanks!

I sadly had to put my cat Scrappy to sleep on 2/5/22. He was very sick and hurting. Instead of giving him mercy they tortured him by bursting 4 veins trying to euthanize him. Telling me that he couldn't feel anything when I know he was because he was meowing. And after I got mad at the vet she said that she had it done but I am not sure if he was dead or not. I could still feel him purring lightly but when I tried to leave he gasped real deep and tried to get up but the assistant held him down and told me that he was gone. I don't think that he was. I think that he felt like I deserted him by leaving him there. He was supposed to die within minutes but it took them over 20 minutes and I am not sure if he was even dead. Worst experience of my life. I highly recommend that you find someone else.

They cared so much for our bird. They clearly care very much for our pets!

Dr Heller is knowledgeable and thorough. He is very professional and speaks to clients with respect, never ‘talks down’ or guilts clients. Staff are very pleasant and respectful. Wait time was <15 minutes. I’m definitely switching from Cottonwood!

We called to see if they have availability in the mornings for our hamster who has some small changes. We think it could be mites. I appreciate that the lady gave us an emergency vet clinic number for him. I really do. So thank you. But I dont understand how because we weren't clients they couldn't check him...how are we supposed to become clients without help. Im sure it was all in good intention based on their reviews. Its just confusing to me.

I wish I could give more stars. ALL the staff here were so incredibly nice, caring and empathetic towards my little fur baby. They truly treated her like family. Not to mention the facility was clean, they were organized and much more reasonable in pricing than other places. 10/10 would recommend.

Great experience from start to finish. The staff in the front, vet techs and vet were all super nice and helpful. Checking in was smooth and easy. We saw Dr. Kim and she was extremely knowledgeable about my guinea pig. She was thorough, fast and took care of her. Will definitely return. Thank you!!

This is by far the best place I've found for my little rat babies! Dr. Allen is awesome, so caring a gentle with them. And he's so confident and knowledgeable about their tiny little bodies! I am so grateful for the car he has given them and the peace of mind he has given me. He has our seal of approval!

Knowledgeable staff, genuine care for pets.

I just adopted a Community Cat and came in with many questions about how to take care of him. Dr. Allen took time with me to go through things with me. He was kind and patient and very helpful. A week later, my cat came back with a fever from a reaction to his vaccines a week earlier. Though it's a common reaction in cats, I didn't know what it was and was worried that my cat wasn't eating or drinking. Dr. Allen, and the very nice vet student with him, were wonderful once again. They helped my cat get rehydrated and treated his fever. He was his bright-eyed happy self as soon as we got home. Highly recommend Dr. Allen to new and first-time pet owners. ????

Great service for our Boo dog.

I live out of town, they took my dog Sadie in, she got her medication. Dr Heller notice some issues so he referred me to VetMed consultant. The staffs and Dr are amazing. I will definitely go back.

Helpful staff, knowledgeable and caring. Exactly what you want for your puppers, kitty, fur babies, scaley little friends.They were so patient with our excitable little goddess. Healthy pet=happy home.

They were very sensitive and understanding when we had to euthanize our dog due to cancer. They really care.

The people at Brickyard are some of the most caring individuals. They have been great with all my animals over the years.

I’m so happy I found Brickyard! We met under some sad circumstances but the team there made letting my old GSP go a little easier. I want to thank them for the beautiful paw print and hand written card. Now we have a young girl that thinks it’s the funnest to come visit! I recommend this place to all animal lovers.

They change prices for their services so you don't know how much it's going to cost til you leave.

Crumbiest customer service. I am not comfortable bringing my animals here. Had one interaction than cancelled everything I have scheduled cause they don't know how to be nice. Terrible absolutely terrible customer service

Wonderful staff. Extremely kind and informative with great communication. Even with covid, the staff couldn't be more professional and empathetic. I haven't found a better place to take my dog.
