Everyone here is so helpful and a delight to be around! Dr. Davis gives the best treatment to my cat and makes me feel like she's always in safe hands, even though I'm very much a worrywart. I've gotten great follow ups after appointments and communication is always clear and concise and knowledgeable. They are very thorough and welcoming as well. Thank you for all you guys do!

Dr. Davis and her team did a great job caring for our pup...routine care and urgent care. They take time to listen and love the patients they care for. Highly recommendation.

I do not know how to start in saying how much I appreciate White Pine Veterinary. My dog all of a sudden could not use her hind legs so I called my vet of the last seven years to get her in for an emergency appointment and they could not fit her in as they only had one vet on duty that day and were too busy, so I called White Pine Veterinary which my son goes to and they fit me right in and were great. Everyone on the staff from the front people to the vet were great and caring, not just for my dog but for me and my family. I will be going to them from not on for all of my veterinary needs. I am one week new to the area, and didn’t know where to take my Shepsky pup for a bad eye scratch post exploring the trails. White Pine got me in right away and the entire staff were so friendly to my pup and I. They made Coco comfortable despite her pain and nervousness. Thanks to White Pine she is on the mend.

White Pine is incredible in every way! When something urgent came up they were able to get my dog Duke in the very same day. The staff is so friendly and Dr. Deidre Davis was so knowledgeable and compassionate. I felt so taken care of. I can’t thank everyone there enough!

Our poor puppy had been sick for a couple days, we were not able to get him in to our local vet, we called white pines- and they were able to fit us right in. Very professional from the receptionist to the hand off of the vet tech and the vet! So very kind and gentle with our golden doodle- thank you white pines! You have a new customer!

We took our sick pup to white pines veterinary clinic on a Sunday afternoon and receive absolutely amazing service. This is the first time we have been to this clinic with our Pets and they treated them like they were old friends. Out pup, which doesn’t really love new people felt very comfortable despite being in a vet clinic. Our experience could not have been better and it looks like we have found our new veterinary home. The doctor and vet tech that helped us were absolutely increadible.

Idk if they take birds but they like my existing pets. I love birds though.

Top notch first-time visit with Dr. Pasquarello! We (my itty bitty pitty and I) needed a vet who listens, and got that and more from Dr P! Sometimes there is not an immediate answer or solution to a problem, and not even a clear pathway on how to proceed, and that is where visits with the previous vet met a roadblock, bypassing less invasive options (or even discussion of such options) and going straight to a major procedure. The visit with Dr P was definitely a step-up in professionalism and bedside manner, and I'm really grateful for her attention to detail, excellent communication skills, insights and advice on how best to proceed with a strategy and process of elimination. Dr P was also understanding as to cost sensitive pet ownership as that goes, and if that was not enough the cost for the visit and prescription was fair. Thanks Dr. Pasquarello!

I have called everyday for a week to find out my dogs urine analysis results and no one will call me back. My dog isn’t getting the care he deserves or what I’m paying for. I keep getting bounced around between doctors so no one is accountable or cares to figure out what’s wrong with my pet when we’ve been making trips in for the last 6 weeks. Also they charged my sister $140 for a prescription that Chewy offers for $36

Everyone was friendly and kind to my animals, but the hospital has really changed. Nine of the doctors that have been there for years are there anymore. This year, under new management I think, I was charged for clipping my cats’ claws (never was charged for that before) and the bill was $200 more than my usual annual visit with blood work. Granted times are changing, but not that much.

White Pine was so helpful! I had to visit from out of town and they fit me in the same day! The staff was so friendly and so patient with me (I’m a worrier).

The staff was kind and helpful from the first phone call. I brought my dog here for stomach/GI issues and every single person I worked with was wonderful - nurses, front desk staff, and doctors. Office is beautiful and well kept, and we were in an out within an hour or so. Thank you so much White Pine!

Dr Mauer is an excellent Veterinarian. Technically solid and very caring with our Labs.

My dog was having a really bad allergic reaction to something so I brought her in. I started to have my first panic attack and was having sensory overload. They were very kind to the situation and could there was something going on with me as well. My S. O. showed up shortly after and was able to better assist the situation. They were genuinely interested in another issue we brought up while there and they looked into that as well without charge and were incredibly gentle with my sweet girl. While in the waiting room for our second visit that day(I was on red alert when she threw up again) one of the nurses there came up to my pup and I and shielded us with their body because there was another aggressive dog leaving and they didn’t want the dog to see mine. They literally put themselves physically between us so the other dog wouldn’t notice mine. They were willing to get bit to protect my dog. I have had my dog four years, and have had visited a few other vets and there has been plenty of aggressive dogs at these places, no tech or nurse has ever done anything like this. The people that work there have hearts of gold and are extremely kind. I’m switching to this vet. Thank you so much guys, if only you knew how much you helped a fellow human that day, let alone my little girl.

Brand new to this facility- they were super thorough even though it seemed busy. Both the vet tech and lady vet were amazing. Answered every question and were supportive of me trying all my natural remedies first. Thank you!

We were new clients referred by our current vet because we were in an emergency situation. They were willing to see us right away, and were incredibly patient and gentle with my anxiety ridden (and injured) dog, Ruby. White Pine Will now be our go to vet for all four of our animals for all their needs.

I can’t say enough great things about White Pine! Every hospital had a wait of 4 hours, and luckily White Pine had an opening when we called. Damien was so accommodating and welcoming! The vets and staff took such great care of Zoey, and we were incredibly happy with the care she received. Very professional and caring staff!

My dog recently ate a bowl full of trail mix (with dried raisins!!), and even though I was not an established patient, they were able to see and treat my dog right away. Everyone was very friendly and attentive. And I'm happy to report that my dog made a full recovery!

My dog was not a patient of White Pine. We went for a specialized test my dog needed. Everyone, from the first phone call through paying out bill, was wonderful, polite, kind and listened to our questions and were more than happy to assist. We were quite impressed. Usually, there are fantastic doctors, or very nice front desk people but never have we had a good experience with both until we went to White PIne.
