They’re the most kindest effective vet clinic.

It seems this clinic is riding off the coat-tails and good reviews of previous ownership. Proceed with extreme caution. Our experience was nothing like what the reviews make it sound. We absolutely regret going here. They gladly took $600 of our money for supposed tests, then proceeded to never give us the results. Our cat could be dying and we spent our resources here and got no answers. Try Oquirrh Hills if you want vets who actually care AND actually answer their phones. This office building is falling apart and their complete lack of technology would make you think you're back in the 80's. Forget any hint of "customer service" either. Their own CUSTOMERS were more friendly then the staff.

I scheduled a C-section appointment because my dog cannot give birth naturally. I showed up for appt and was told they were full and couldn't honor the appointment. My dog went into labor that evening, so I called back to see if they could get her in and was told by the office manager that "your dog is not in labor" and refused to check to see if my dog could be brought in, with additional explanation "You need to learn to be more prepared". I was told "You can sell the puppies for a lot, so this is the price you pay". I rushed my dog to another vet, who said she would have given birth within a couple hours and could not have given natural birth. The office manager had no empathy or care that an animal was in pain and needed help. Her arrogance and condescending manor of speaking was a total shock. Very disappointed at the lack of empathy, rudeness and unwillingness to help an animal in trouble. Especially after I planned the C-section and was turned away from the scheduled appointment due to "not enough space". Anyway, plenty of vets, easy to switch, after a well-deserved review. Mommy and babies got through surgery at the Layton Animal Hospital, safely, and are doing very well.

Took my cat in after a phone call and no appointment, these folks truly put animals first and are very professional. I will not go elsewhere and recommend you use them too.

Called about having my very sick cat seen ASAP. Receptionist was not helpful at all. Offered to see our cat in a month with a 2-3 hour wait time.

Every time I call for a sick doggie appointment the lady at the front desk is not helpful at all...I get next available appointment is in.....and then it's 2 to 3 weeks....my dog is actually sick and needs some help and there is just no empathy or feeling she even wants to help. Karma is GREAT and this is why I have continued to go there but the front staff is terrible and they need to figure out something for when you have a sick animal that isn't weeks out.....it's just not fair to the animal.

Brookside and the entire staff are incredibly kind. They truly love your pets and aren’t just punching a clock. We have never been so pleased with a veterinary clinic before. Dr. Taylor is the most patient and sweet doc. You should consider yourself lucky to bring your fur babies here!

They misdiagnosed my parents dog and charged them again when she went back for the correct diagnosis and even then they didn’t cure the problem and just made it worse, the dog got kennel cough from their office and gave it my dog, when I called they said to get a humidifier which didn’t help at all. Horrible service, they will leave u on the phone for hours and not help when they drop the ball. Will never go back there!

I cannot speak more highly of Brookside. The staff was incredibly helpful, and patient with me. I was nervous about having my cat, put under sedation, due to his breed. But, the reassured me they had worked with sphynx before, and they would take good care of my nakey-boy! He came home, healthy, and in good spirits. For us to have him seen, vaccinated, mircochipped, and neutered. It was wonderfully priced, and well worth it. We will definitely be going back!!

They did great with my little Zeke.He needed some stitches removed. The tech was great. They are very reasonable on prices. They have been our vet for over 20 plus years.

I love brookside! My grandma has known dr. Karma for a while and when I got my dogs my grandma referred me to brookside. I am so thankful she did. I have a reliable vet who cares for my dogs.

Great drs, great prices, was a little confused about how to pay and check out. Seemed kinda dis organized that way. They also didn't give me paperwork that I needed for wellness check required by animal cops. Other than that I really liked it

Really awesome place,better and cheaper than blue pearl animal emergency hospital,here they actually care for your animal and see them as family rather then price tags.
