We have been here 2 times with our puppy and every time we go here they give our puppy the wrong haircut and cut way to much or just in places we wanted to leave untouched but our most recent one made our puppy look like a possum so that's why I give 1 star

They get NO STARS FROM ME. NONE. My dog came home with a huge bald spot on his knee and his cut was super uneven. He has bald spots EVERYWHERE. Not satisfied at all. My dog is a service dog that costs around $20,000. This was the worst …

We dropped off our beloved lap dog Zoe for grooming. It was taking longer than usual. When picking up Zoe we found out that the owner (I think her name is Cheri) was by herself. She had 2 employees not show up. She worked all the shifts and more than 3 hours past closing hours to fulfill all the grooming appointments of the day. She apologized and was so nice. She could have easily told us to come back another day but she worked extra hard. Having to come back another day would have been even more of a hassle. I appreciate her hard work. It looked like it was a really hard day and Zoe looked great. Lucky paws is awesome. Our Zoe enjoys it. She doesn’t get scared or worried. She always looks and smells great. Props to Cheri and Lucky paws.

We took our corgi here to get a standard grooming. The owner was kind and knowledgeable about dogs and I felt that our dog was in good hands. I warned the owner that our dog didn’t like the dremel but she might be okay with someone else using it. When we picked her up, I immediately noticed FOUR nails were clipped too short, two of which had bled. When I communicated this to the owner, she casually commented that she thought they might be too short. Yet, she still clipped them. When I told her I saw multiple, she commented that it was one. When I asked when they’d heal, she said soon but dogs don’t feel the pain that we feel as humans. She continued to comment “with her not liking the dremel…” as if this is the reason she was clipped too short. The other minor complaint I have is our dog was still damp when we arrived and she was at the place for 4+ hours. Now, I understand cutting nails with making mistakes can happen. This is why I rated them 3 stars and not less. I understand they also didn’t have as many staff as usual that day. I understand rushing and burnout, and it was definitely apparent the owner seemed burnout. What I don’t understand is why there was no apology or empathy given for making these mistakes. What i don’t understand is why there was no responsibility taken. That’s where you lose business and you have lost mine. I’m glad others have had more positive experiences here but I was not one of those.

Employees have made rude comments several times now, so we're going elsewhere. The first time it happened, we figured they were having a bad day but it's a pattern. It's a shame because it seems like they do a good job, overall.

Over the past two years I have taken three different dogs to Lucky Paws. I have always been happy with the grooming that they received. The groomers are experienced and know how to make the dogs look their very best. I have been impressed with the attention to detail the groomers have. They have stopped me as I am leaving just to fix a spot on my dog that they just noticed. They want things to be perfect. The staff is friendly to me and kind to my dogs. They are also reasonably priced. I love this place!

We only take our dog to lucky paws pet spa! They cut her exactly how we want and are really good with our dog!! Our dog doesn't like her face cut but they always get it done and make her look beautiful!

We took Charlie (our cat) in to get shaved. They were able to handle him without anesthesia where so many other places would use it and charge more. Great place to take your animals.

Sherri (sp?) did an exceptional job! Just what I asked for from a picture. Also answered all my questions with a professional attitude. This will be my go to dog groomer in the future

Lucky Paws took great care of my dog, Rashka! He is a long haired German Shepherd and sheds like crazy. After his grooming appointment, he always came back silky smooth and shiny.

We have two heelers- a red one and a blue one. We noticed on the red one there was close to nothing trimmed off of her butt, which we had specifically asked to be scissor trimmed. Then today we took our blue heeler and we found not one but three separate claws that had been trimmed too short and had to have clotted. What disturbs me is when he was picked up, the groomer only mentioned one claw as having been trimmed too short. When we called to inquire about our blue heeler at about 2:00 (he had been dropped off at 10:00am) the receptionist laughed and went “Oh yeah I just told my coworker we should check on him”, and then the groomer said she still had to brush him out and trim his claws. He does have to air dry, but even at Petco he’s never taken that long to get done. We had also asked that his nails be ground down, and that wasn’t done. Overall, those two instances combined with other unprofessional behaviors have made us decide to take our heelers back to Petco for grooming. Each time I brough each individual dog in, they asked what we were doing when they should’ve had that information already when I booked the appointment. When I asked the receptionist if they needed a copy or photo of the vaccination records for rabies, she went “Uh....I don’t know I think you do that when you pay.” Not exactly reassuring as someone could easily come in and check the box for rabies being done without confirmation the vaccine was even given. They seem friendly enough as staff, but there are too many inconsistencies for us to have faith they treat the dogs okay, especially when our blue heeler cane back with so many claws that had to be clotted. I posted photos that are had to see so I marked each nail that we had to clean the blood off of when we got him home.

Lucky Paws Pet Spa is seriously amazing all around. They got me in last minute for a nail trim on a Saturday, which was fabulous in itself. The way the treated, and cared for my dog was comforting and trust worthy. I will only bring my dog(s) here for any future services.

We needed our dogs groomed asap and couldn't get them in with their regular groomer. They took them both next day ???? They did an awesome job on both dogs. I will definitely be going back. One of my dogs has high anxiety and she was so calm and smiling so much ???? thank you!!!

My rescue dog, a Miniature Australian Shepherd, is scared of just about everyone. She was terrified of her original groomer. I found Lucky Paws by accident and it has been a real blessing. It is clear that everyone there loves dogs. Sunny feels that and even seems to enjoy going there. They do a great job and Sunny even gets a cute bandanna when she’s finished.

They hurt my baby so bad! They kept him for 6 hrs and when I got him both of his ears were cut and one was cauterized! I can’t believe this place has good reviews I feel so bad for taking my dog here. They also charged $71 for my small non shedding bichon when the website says a full groom is $52.
