My little girl got sick in October and I had to let her cross the Rainbow Bridge. I was devastated! But All Paws took gentle care of her. I have her back in a beautiful box with her name sitting by the bed. It was a relief to know they took such good care and she's back with me! Thank you.

I’ve trusted All Paws with several of my pets’ aftercare and have never been disappointed. Their paw prints are beautifully done and they show care for what they do. Today was beyond the extra mile. 8 1/2 years ago I arranged for aftercare of my mom’s dog over the phone because I lived out of state. My family never picked up the paw print and I assumed it was long gone. I moved back and a week ago, while picking up another paw print, I asked anyway and today I picked up my dog’s paw print, 8 1/2 years after losing him. I’m beyond touched they cared enough to keep it and then make the effort to find it for me now. It felt right to bring that memory of him home to my family. ????

I took my guinea pig Coco to a nearby pet hospital to get cremated, the staff told me to give these guys 4-6 weeks, but I got a phone call less than a week later, very fast, the box is beautiful, they even gave me a complimentary candle. I feel more comfortable knowing my Coco was in good hands and could return safely to me. I’m forever grateful and touched. Thank you guys????????

My vet explained to me that cremations from All Paws were scattered "in a beautiful garden. It's a colorful, beautiful park you can go visit and have peace". After some time to grieve I called All Paws inquiring for the address of the garden: "Oh, it's private. It's someone's private land, they just let us scatter the ashes there." "I was told they were scattered at a public garden I could visit, is this not true?" "No, it's just someone's land. It's private land, but they let us scatter them there." I'm not sure who to shame, my vet or All Paws. RIP buddy, I sure hope you're enjoying being "on just someone's land" :(

I wish the option was given to pick up rather than have remains sent in the mail. If I hadn't insisted on picking her up our sweet pit bull would have been sent to us via USPS and she didn't deserve that. We didn't get a phone call or anything, just tracking information sent in an email that didn't even specify sender, I had to Google to figure out what the package even was. That being said, the box and paw print were beautiful.

All Paws has always gone above and beyond when I needed them most. Their cremation services are beautiful, personal, and compete. Chris is attentive, remembers his clients and our pets.

I am so grateful for the care shown in handling my dear Bella’s remains. I was so impressed with the urn selection and engraving options, as well as the home delivery of the remains; driving to pick her remains up, then attempting to drive her home was not something I felt I could safely do given the emotionally charged situation. She arrived today in a lovely engraved box, with a beautifully scented candle, card, and grief resources. Thank you, All Paws, for your blend of professionalism, tenderness, and care.

I can't even express how greatful I am to you guys for the care of my boy Drax. We had the hardest unexpected day, and had to put him down because my sweet boy couldn't walk anymore. It didn't take long at all for them to ship the ashes and paw print. Nothing was damaged, everything was placed so well and wrapped with dignity. Thank you so much for helping us through this grieving process (and the pamphlets and candle) (:

They returned our dog’s ashes in 1 week. The box and engraving is lovely. The velvet bag she is in is beautiful. They sent two scented candles, a certificate card, and 2 grief support pamphlets. Thank you for your work.

We had to unexpectedly put our 4 year old Golden Retriever Dash down. He was taken to All Paws by the hospital that we put him down at. We just received our loved Dashy back and I couldn’t be happier. The box is beautiful and the blue paw print is perfect. I was also very pleased that we got him back less than two weeks after putting him down. Even though we no longer have him with us to cuddle at night, we have him in a beautiful box overlooking our bed. Thank you guys.

My precious little Pippie was laid to rest due to an untreatable brain tumor. As painful as it was to make the difficult decision to put her down, I was comforted knowing she was well taken care of at All Paws until she was returned home. …

I wish I could give a good review because my dog, Zero, was my everything. Instead, I have become emotionally scarred by the outcome of cremating my fur baby. Upon receiving the package, her remains were not properly sealed or stored correctly, leading her ashes to filling up the shipping package and spilling out of the URN. She was my best friend, my snuggle bug, puppy-face, stinker pup, and the rock that held me together during all the difficult times in my life. She was my everything and I never imagined a life without her. Unfortunately, after 2 painful weeks with her in and out of intensive surgery, that led to septic pneumonia, I had no choice but to let her go. Putting her down, and holding her in my arms during this process was the most painful experience of my life. This dog was my world, so I hoped that her body would have been cared for with respect. But that was not the case. About 3 weeks after she passed away, her remains and paw print copies were delivered. I was hoping having these pieces of her back in my arms would help me through my grieving process. When I opened the package, I unwrapped the 3 paw prints memorials (frame, clay, photocopy) and I was grateful to see her paw again. I then opened the URN, dusted it off and set it on my dresser. At this point it occurred to me, “why would this URN be so dusty? It should have been dusted when her remains were added”. I then picked up the URN from the table where more “dust” was left on the table. It was at this point I realized it was her ashes falling out of the bottom. I quickly removed the rubber bottom from the URN and found a ziplock bag that was completely open! Resulting in more of her remains falling on the floor. I am truly mortified for how she was cared for. This “standard of quality” has only led me to more grief and heartache. Now the constant questions ringing in my head are; “Was her body respected or cared for at all?”, “How much of her body had been spilled out?”, “Are these even her remains?”, “Could this be someone else’s dog?”! It’s been 36 days since she passed away and I am still a complete mess. And the services provided by All Paws did not provide closure. I am only more grief stricken and filled with concern.

The ceramic is beautiful. they did a good job. but Chris told me MULTIPLE times that it would be ready "tomorrow" after telling me it would take a week. 20 days after.. it was finally ready. I'm just frustrated that they couldn't be honest with me. I would have understood.

Don't use! They gave my best friends dogs remains to her father in law against her wishes split the ashes into 2 boxes and canceled the paw prints we ordered. We called them and all they could say is we assumed he was the owner. The order …

My sweet Kitty was taken here by the vet who performed in home euthanasia. We got the call to come pick her up less than a week later. She was in a beautiful little cedar box and we got the sweetest little paw print. I’m so thankful to them for how quick they returned her to us. I feel like they really did treat her with respect and dignity.

Ever wonder what a burning dog or cat smells like? Neither have I. Unfortunately now I know, after moving to the area. Now I'm reminded of this indescribable smell most weekdays. I really love pets, so everytime I get a whiff I feel gross. Almost anything would be better to smell while relaxing in your backyard then melted fur.

Chris and his team were absolutely fantastic. They reserved some time for my husband and I along with my parents (whom live in Europe) to visit with our baby before the cremation. I was able to pick up my baby directly from them in a very fast time frame. The Urn and Urn Necklace we chose was a special order which took some time to make but we had his Urn and the Urn Necklace with in a week of picking up his ashes. Thank you Chris and Team for being so kind, understanding and passionate about what you do it is not an easy job but you guys are amazing and my family are so grateful for your service. - The Toiaivao Family and Riley Family

All Paws did a great job on our girl. They have a great attention to detail in all they do, and I’m really happy with the finished product. After euthanizing at Holladay vet, I called early on and talked to Chris (I think) about the process. He put my mind at ease and shared his own feelings of grief over his beloved golden retriever. I would recommend All Paws to anyone near SLC looking for pet cremation services. The cedar box and ceramic paw print turned out beautifully. Thanks for taking care of our old lady.
