I have used many boarders around the country. None have required a fecal test every six months like Utah Dog Park. I see this as a money-grab, plain and simple. Over $50 and "conveniently" the on-site vet clinic will take care of it which …

This place is awful! I brought my dog here over Thanksgiving week. She was on new medication for her liver being inflamed and wasn't supposed to have anything outside of the prescription dog food I brought for her. Her veterinarian was Animal Care Center which is the veterinarian that shares the building and owner with this boarding facility. All of this was listed on the paperwork they have you fill out when you drop off. The day before I'm supposed to pick her up (day 5 of her being there) I called because I hadn't gotten any updates and she looked off on the camera. The woman that answered told me my dog hasn't eaten in three days!!! No one called, emailed, or texted me even though they had all of my information. No one took my dog to the veterinarian that has a connecting hallway as the boarding facility she was in and is her actual doctor! What did they do? They gave her leftover turkey from Thanksgiving and called it good. Nevermind the plethora of ingredients that are toxic to dogs typically found in poultry seasoning, but you were giving her medication for her inflamed liver, and still decided this was a good idea. If I hadn't called they had no intention of telling me anything! I was fortunate enough to have a friend that was able to go pick her up. He reported to me that he had to stop the staff leading her out because of how he was pulling on her. There is no excuse. This is completely unacceptable. Do not board here. They are dangerous!

Staff is super friendly, the premises are very cool, the doggies just have a great time mingling with others from the same kind

Was bought out and has been steadily declining in staff and quality of care over the last year. It is not the place it used to be. Prices have gone up though...for what? No one is sure.

I give this place 5 stars, because they have been so patient with my little Finn! When she was little she was shy and did not have a ton of socialization, and she has gained so much confidence playing with other dogs throughout the past few months coming here. I am pretty bummed the woods cross location is closed though!! It was in such a convenient spot, and I loved how it was not as big so there were not as many dogs there but she still got the socialization and play time she needed. They do wellness checks with the dogs as well which I highly appreciate, because i know my dog is in a healthy environment. They noticed her rubbing at her ear one time, and they called me and said she might have an ear infection, and their in house vet was able to see her while she was at the daycare and give her an oti-pack before I even came to get her which is SOOOO convenient! I've only had a few issues with this place, mainly because it's just me being a paranoid dog mom, but they were very responsive and resolved any issues or questions quickly! I highly recommend them! Also the staff is great. I love how when I come get my dog this one girl gives me updates on how she was that day every single time! I wish all the employees did that, because it makes me feel like they we're really watching her and that they truly care about her!!! <3

Amber is the best. She helped me and my threes fur babies get approved, so I know they will be in a safe place for the holidays.

My large dog went to this daycare for several years and they still have good people that work there... About a year ago, this place really went down hill. Now, they have a couple of assistant managers who are not good at supervising large dogs, so there are issues. The old saying buyer beware is very appropriate for this place.

I used to take my two dogs there. Then I saw a Presaros Canaros going in when I dropped them off one day. I didn't think much about it because they had a separate area where they handled professional type dogs and others that couldn't go in general population. I was initially surprised that it only took them 5 minutes to determine that my dogs were okay but they had gone to other places and I thought maybe it was easy to tell. The Presaros lounged at me when I was going in but I thought that he would be in another area. I received a call just before time to pick them up and was told one of them was attacked by another dog. I was told my dog was just chilling and not doing anything when she was attacked. It was obviously a very large dog that attacked her and she had deep puncture wounds on both sides of her neck. I suspect it was the Presaros that attacked her and if so, it had no business being in with other dogs (it was muzzled coming into the facility). They wouldn't tell me anything but that it wasn't my dog's fault, she wasn't doing anything when she was attacked. They said they would clean out the wounds and stitch them up but for puncture wounds they need to be left open so I took her to my vet. $350 later, she had a drain in her neck because one wound was very deep . She finely healed, but it took her over a year to be comfortable with going to visit with other dogs. She couldn't go to daycare because she was afraid when dogs got closer se to her and would growl or snap to warn them off. I do not recommend this place!

This place is the best! They show true love and affection for our dogs. Our dog has gone there for nearly 4 years. Now our puppy goes there too. We have never had anything but the best experience. It is so nice to know my pups are having a good time and are in good hands. With the full veterinary clinic on site, if any injuries occurred, there's someone there to address it immediately. I could not recommend it more.

Glad that my punch pass is done here! Last time they overcharged us and the time before that we had to take our dog to the vet after his stay here because he got sick! Staff is very slow too!!

Not a compasionate place any more since they changed ownership. Don't answer their phones, have to leave voicemail and wait for them to call you back. Use to have two or more people behind the desk, now there's one person to do everything! No more dogs behind the desk, just totally the opposite than the previous owner Pam.

I actually worked here in 2017 (has it been that long+) I highly recommend this place to anyone that wants to give their dog some play time and run their energy down. It'd not only daycare tho'! They also offer boarding and there are groomers on site AND there is a Veterinarian office too. This place is awesome. They take your dogs very seriously. There is a twice daily health check, a cleaning schedule to make sure everything is sanatized enough staff to monitor play time and break up possible fights. You fill out a sheet about your animal (I haven't seen this form in a very long time) but it covers everything from current on vaccines to food and treats if you're boarding to how active is your dog. It's well worth the money. A+++

Our favorite dog boarding place in the valley. Near the airport so it is convenient for travelers. Dog always comes home happy and tired from playing with the other dogs.

Everyone here is so great with our pups! We have 2 rescues, Parker and Jordan, that can be very timid and difficult at times and the staff is so patient and loving with them. We would definitely recommend Utah Dog Park to anyone looking for a good daycare or boarding place for their fur babies!

Only appointments right now. The receptionist was nice and explained what I needed to do to make an appointment. Because of Covid, I was to fill out everything online and set up the appointment on the website. But after I filled out the forms on the website, it told me to call or visit to make an appointment.

This is NOT a dog park. It’s a vet clinic. People like myself go here thinking it’s a dog park because it’s called dog park. Stupid name.

Speedy, even when There are a number of cars in the line. It’s really handy to order on the app and sit in the parking place and have them bring it to your car. And you get a lot of extra discounts that way.
