Love these guys! They take such good care of the dogs and my boys always come home tired as can be.

We've been customers of The Puppy Lounge for several years. They are definitely the best boarding service we've ever used. The staff is great and personable. They do an excellent job of communicating with you. Our dog loves his visit and we love the care he receives!

They have been boarding our dogs for years. Absolutely professional and extremely kind. The owners and staff clearly love and respect dogs. They remember our dogs even after not seeing them for 6 months. When we called to board 1 dog, they kindly asked about the other, which we had just put down. Meaning they _noticed_! Check-in and Check-out is always quick. They answer the phone quickly... I mean they're just great.

My dog always has so much energy when I get him home. They do a great job making sure they have all the details on his medications and food and emergency contacts. And then they call you to tell you how your pet is doing and who his friends are.

Love the puppy lounge, I feel confident that I can leave my dogs with them and that they will be well cared for. That means a lot since my pups are part of my family and we all love them soooo much!!

We love taking our 1 year old Pomeranian here. The staff are incredibly friendly and they keep the place very clean. They love playing with all the little dogs. We had some bad experiences taking our little guy to some other daycares with large dogs and are so happy to have found a place where we don’t have to worry about him getting picked on.

Best boarding and daycare I've experienced for my furbabies in 15 years of owning pets. The staff is so friendly and incredible, and my dogs get SO excited to go play and have sleepovers! Visiting the puppy lounge is just about the only thing that wears out my absurdly happy and energetic mini poodle.

Our little girl, Cricket loves this place. The staff is friendly and courteous. We love that Cricket has many friends when she goes, especially when we leave her for the weekend. We feel very comfortable there that we have gone out of state and left her with them.

I have to rave about The Puppy Lounge! My Sam loves going and always leaves happy. I love the spa day! He looked soooo good and has never felt softer! Seriously, he felt like I was holding a cloud. I can't say enough good things about them. I am grateful I found them.

Don't recommend the puppy lounge as website misleads users. Claims to be for small dogs under a certain weight/ height restrictions, my dog met both but they don't like the bread as they are considered 'too energetic' so after filling out forms and wasting time was then called by someone and told to find another kennel. 1 start due the fact this is a very simple fix by stating up front you're not interested in certain breads.

They are so great! I love that they have a webcam so I can see my pups in real time while I'm on vacation. They do a great job here!

We love The Puppy Lounge! They treat our little doggie like she is family. We rescued a shy, scared dog about a year ago. At her “interview,” she growled at the staff and didn’t want them to pick her up. But they conditionally accepted her saying that she was just scared, not aggressive, and they would work with her. A few weeks later, she was excitedly running in like it was her favorite place in the world. The staff at The Puppy Lounge have made her feel so comfortable. Fast forward a year later, we are especially grateful to them because over the past week when our puppy was there during the earthquake, they made sure she was safe and sound. I highly recommend puppy lounge to anyone looking for a high quality, kind and friendly boarding and daycare facility. They are absolutely top notch and I’m so appreciative of their caring services.

Everyone there is so kind and understanding, and you can tell they really love taking care of all the pups! Every time I pick up my dog after she’s been there she seems so happy and relaxed!

We could not recommend Puppy Lounge more highly. Our pup cries with excitement when we approach the lot, and storms the door to get in. Staff are warm & friendly, and not only know us by name, but know the personality of our pup. He returns from both day visits & overnight boarding happy, well-adjusted, clean & tired. We're grateful to PL for providing a safe, fun place for our pup - and for massively lessening our worry if we have to travel without him. We don't think twice about entrusting him to their (excellent) care.

First time here... The "tour" doesn't really show anything, web cam is a joke. You can't see how your dog is doing unless they're isolated in the front area or if you call to have them moved to the front. No one really paid attention to how my dog did. They said the first day was an audition and had no notes or familiarity with what happened with her. The staff was luke warm and not very communicative.

I trust leaving my fur babies here.. I've always had a positive experience.

Perfect for my small dog

Henry has been attending the Puppy Lounge for daycare and boarding since late 2013. At the time, he was a 7 month old puppy recovering from a broken jaw, the result of a bite from a large dog at another day care. As you can imagine, I was a little apprehensive about another day care but chose this one because it's limited to small dogs. Fast forward six years, and I could not be happier with TPL - the ladies there are some of the best people ever who obviously love every one of their clients, canine and human both. Do not hesitate to let them care for your fur kid <3

Both the facility and staff are excellent! My dog is 12.5 years old and has been attending the daycare for over 6 years and everyday as we pull into the parking lot my dog still gets excited. I tried many different daycares when I first adopted my dog and am grateful to have found The Puppy Lounge. The staff truly cares for and goes out of their way for their 4-legged clients. I greatly appreciate their daily reports, especially now that my dog has developed some age-related health issues. I know that my dog is safe, well-cared for, and happy at The Puppy Lounge. I wanted to update my initial review from 10 mos. ago and reiterate how The Puppy Lounge has exceeded every level of high quality service and care. My little dog recently passed away due to cancer. I am absolutely heartbroken, but The Puppy Lounge staff sent a beautiful framed collage of photos of my dog and a card signed by every member of the staff, sharing their favorite memories of my dog. I cannot express how much this gesture touched my heart and is so very greatly appreciated.

Only thing is I wish they were open later for pickup on Sunday.

Loving, dedicated and caring staff who are attentive to my four legged family member. She absolutely loves the place.
