Update have a schnauzer and they r great with him, when I call they always help out, CHEAPEST PLACE FOR RABIES. THEY R AWSOME Inquired about my bird that I'm going to be getting and they were very insightful about him I really appreciated it. The prices are pretty good also.

We absolutely love Redwood vet hospital !! I drive 40 minutes to go here and it’s WORTH IT. The staff is great, friendly, and always excited to see my furbabies ! Dr. Greer is an incredible vet. I trust her completely, and she really shows how much she cares for her patients. I couldn’t ask for a better place to take my beloved pets!

My Husky came down with Kennel cough, I took her to a different vet first who told me that because she wasn't coughing for a few days she was probably over it and didn't need any antibiotics. Then they charged me 149$ for the visit and a rabies shot. After about a week the cough came back and worse than before. I called Redwood Veterinary Hospital and they were booked about 2 weeks out, but put me on the cancelation list. the next day I got a call with 2 options to get her in sooner to get checked out. Dr. Greer was quick and to the point, got me the antibiotics and out the door in only a few minutes. and for 1/3 of what I was expecting to pay. Then she followed up a week later to see how my pup was doing. If you care about Price, Customer service, and efficiency this is the vet office for you. the only thing I can even think of to complain about is the limited and tight parking lot, but that might be my fault for having a big truck.

They were wonderful. First, I wasted too much time with just trying to get her an appointment with another vet. After that situation I found Redwood Veterinary Hospital online. Heather was great and answered all my questions. I even asked her to put me on cancelation list so I could get my poor rabbit in. I had rescued her end of September but notice blood in urine so thought I should get her check out. She got a cancelation and followed through on her promise. Most places say they will but then never do. Second, they were great at responding back to all my emails and questions. Gina the doctor was quick, to the point and knows her stuff. She was great at keeping me informed. Brook also was great at getting me an estimate. They were affordable and just wonderful with Bella my rabbit. Highly recommend them.

What a caring place this is. I had to call first thing in the morning to cancel my appointment because my family member passed the night before. The lady was very empathic to my situation and I thought she didn't think much more of it to cancel the appointment. But a few days later I get a hand written card signed by the staff. This really meant alot in a tough time. Thank you so much. ❤️????

This is a wonderful Veterinary Hospital. The staff are very friendly who care deeply about you and your pet. When you make an app you never have to wait, you walk in and they take you back. All the rooms are private and you can go in the room with your pet if you want to. They also have leashes hanging on the wall if you need one. They don't rush you, they listen to what you want and go over everything with you. They call you to remind you of your appointment and when they do they're so nice. I was surprised at how nice they are. Most places aren't like that. My cat had dental surgery with them and the after care was wonderful. They treated her pain well and called regularly to check on her. They're also treating her diabetes and food allergies. They carry a lot of different dry and canned foods made for different medical needs right up front. I absolutely love this place! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place to anyone looking for a loving, caring and safe place to take their pet. They're also: **AAHA ACCREDITED**. Excellent Veterinary Hospital!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Everybody is so caring and helpful, have been taking my dogs there since puppies and as they get old we go more often. They were recommended by a friend 15 years ago and never an issue. Dr. Gina has a great attitude and spot on with any health issues and needs. I truly recommend this place if you are looking for a vet or in need to change vets.

The staff here is so amazing. They always call afterwards to check on my fur baby. I have ferrets and they take such great care of them. I would highly recommend to anyone with ferrets.

Got right in very good experience

We had to have our dog Roku put to sleep yesterday. The staff at redwood veterinarian was very understanding We and took her to another veterinarian doctor somewhere else. They took x-rays and told us it was arthritis. She didn't get any better with the pills that they subscribed her to help. So we took her to redwood veterinarian hospital where she should have went in the first place the vet there knew exactly what it was without looking at her x-rays that the other veterinarian office took. She Told us it was cancer boxers are prone for cancer in there joints so I've been told. It just got bigger and worse and she couldn't walk she hopped on three legs. she hopped in there yesterday dragging her foot just like the champ that she was????. she knew it was time. Goodbye Ruka we love you and we'll miss you. Thank you to the staff at redwood veterinary.

Redwood Veterinary Hospital was a wonderful experience for me and my dog. The office staff was friendly and professional. Dr. Greer has the sweetest personality and an obvious love of people and their pets. She was very informative when helping me understand the information regarding my dogs leg fracture. The facility is very clean inside and my dog isn’t the least bit stressed when we go for a visit. I wouldn’t consider taking my dog anywhere else. I highly recommend!

My dog has been going to the Midvalley clinic for 12 years. I thought the way they were running things was normal for all vets. Long wait times, difficulty scheduling, and even unclear and vague info from the vets. Redwood really blew my mind. They are outstanding. I was able to get my dog in the very next morning, everyone was so sweet and professional. Dr Gina was phenomenal. We had no clue what was wrong with my dog and she tried every possible thing to figure out what might be bothering him and she was very clear about her information. Obviously very knowledgeable and caring about her patients. I paid about $65 for the visit and two medications. I think that's perfectly reasonable. The clinic even called to check in on my dog a couple days after and will be checking in again soon. Midvalley could never. I'm in love with this clinic and will be coming here from now on!
