We didn’t have a local vet yet and when our dog injured her paw Olympus cove got us in right away and treated the same day. Great customer service and care.

The fact you pressed us to start a series of treatments that would not improve the life of our pet but rather extend it past the natural cycle of her life, is sad. …

I took in my husky late at night to 2 different hospitals my dog was not an emergency so they couldn’t see him. My dog had an ear infection and the staff here were so professional and very nice they treated my dog like it was theirs I will 100% recommend them, I will bring my dog to his wellness check ups from now own. After I was rejected from 2 places I was so desperate to see my baby with a lot of pain I am so thankful for this place..

I have to wait almost 1 hour my first appointment and then I'll just left but on my second one they were pretty good but I think they're very expensive. They used to be reasonable and I think they should help people when they have emergency situation with other dogs they should call and cancel your appointment.

Please have a second thoughts before you go to this clinic . My dog was sick in Saturday June 22nd last year . Couldn’t make appointments, we gad to go and wait which was understandable. Medical assistant came got the temperature and asked me why we were there ? I explained his condition for his discomfort. Later doctor Tarassov came to check on him . Without even touching Max who was standing on the floor offered treats to him and said it’s a allergy. For his age we need to schedule for dental treatment and front desk will figure out the availability and the cost . Not even mentioned about max present discomfort and said to max You are a good Girl ???? And he was just about to leave the room I said Doctor this visit was not about you saying You are a good Girl !? We are here because he is very sick . How could you tell nothing is wrong without even examining him ??? He said I can tell just by looking at pets ?? May be a prescription to comfort him ? I asked He suggested to buy allergy pills from front desk and if he still not feeling well call back on Monday to give him allergy spray . Called on Monday and said I need to come and purchase the spray . Lisa said it’s been more than 24 hrs . We don’t have any openings but you can bring him in pay 48.00 to keep him in the clinic and doctor might see him between appointments. Plus a new visit ! I said we left on Saturday afternoon, you are closed on Sunday. I am calling you on Monday at 10:00 . How could I call you when you were close on Sunday . She put me on hold for ever . Finally she hung up on me . I kept calling couple of times they wouldn’t answer . I used another number and they answered right away . And again put me on hold . I quit and took max to Parkcity I thought how would I even trust them after what poor Max had gone through. By the way they were saying that the dental cost will be around 2500.00 I guess $50.00 was not enough . A tiny fish for the day. They were hoping that they will catch a giant fish ???? I thought if I didn’t write a review it would not do good to the people who are working honest and focused to serve their patients when they’ve received the payment. Please care for your pets . The sad thing is that you see them suffering but some doctors they receive the payment but they don’t see them as a patient???

I’ve gone to Olympus Cove twice. After the first visit I decided to switch vets to them. Both times they were able to get my pup in for a visit within 24 hours of calling. My vet explains things so well and they were upfront with the costs and any procedure they were about to preform. Their pricing is super reasonable and I can tell how hard the staff works to help our fur babies. I can’t recommend this place enough

Dr K was incredibly rude to my elderly mother because she's a pensioner and couldn't afford to do an annual exam at the same time as the shots... when she asked if she could come back for the exam in a month when she could afford it, he called her an irresponsible pet owner and kicked her out, she's almost 80! Totally uncalled for and inappropriate, no reason to be disrespectful and rude to a sweet little old lady trying to do her best with what she has. I'm highly offended, he should be ashamed, staff otherwise very nice.

Had a semi emergency situation with my dogs eye. Called around all of SLC valley to find anyone that would take him in that day. Olympus cove was wonderful. Took extra care with our pup, contacted our regular eye doctor for him to confirm medication protocol. Can't recommend enough. Wonderful staff and wonderful doctor!!

The staff and Dr. Love are wonderful. They are great listeners and so wonderful to work with. Dr. Kokotov is incredibly dismissive and does not listen. He does not have a very good bed side manner. For this reason I decided to change vets because I would ask questions and he would shut me down. I'm in the medical field so I'm not asking to waste their time, just trying to fully understand the situation by asking questions. He was so rude and made me feel like a nuisance. Everyone else was wonderful but Dr. Kokotov vet ruined it for us here. I think the response from the owner to this review speaks volumes for itself. "such a good medical professional I hope I never have to seek medical advice from you". That is in no way how a professional office should respond to constructive criticism and reviews!

I cannot tell you how much I love this place and the staff!! They are always so friendly and kind, even when they are super busy with lots of patients. I have always left my appointments with all the information I need and have felt like I have ultimately been taken care of to the best of their abilities. I will always come to Olympus Cove Vet and will always recommend them 100%. Thank you all for the amazing work you do and how much you care for our babies!!

We brought our puppy to Olympus Cove on a Saturday, because our normal vet was closed. Our puppy was sick and they got us in quickly and for a fair price! Puppy is feeling much better now and they even called to follow up on him a few days later. If we lived closer this would be our regular clinic!

My favorite vet! Reasonably priced, very accommodating and caring. We have been going here for a few years. Love it! There is no pressured sales to make expensive or unnecessary tests. And everyone here is so nice and easy to work with. Love it!!!

I love taking my nine year old lab to Olympus Cove. She’s an anxious soul and does so well with the vet techs and Dr. K. Always trust a vet who’s covered in dog hair The vets explain everything so thoroughly and give options. They are very matter of fact about what is going on, and so kind to my best friend, whose aging has brought on all sorts of challenges.

They were amazing. Their nursing staff talked me through everything and the vet was so gentle with my husky and took extra steps to make his healing so much easier on him and us.

I don't know if they're the worst vet I've ever been to, but they're in the running. They don't care about your animal, they just want your money. Don't trust a vet in a tiny strip mall. It's not like they're going to be financially well off with 2 exam rooms. They have to squeeze you for as much as they can. They played games with giving me an insulin prescription, because I didn't want to buy it from them. It took about a month and a half, because they kept changing what they needed from me. Then once they gave me the prescription they wouldn't verify it with Chewy for several days. They told me, "That's just how Chewy works." To which I thought, "Oh really? They've never taken multiple days when I get it verified through Banfield... which I've had them do several, several times." I received my cat's insulin on the very day he bottle ran out. Which was fortunate for me. But what kind of Vet plays games with insulin? When he finally wrote the prescription for me the vet said, "You don't even need a prescription for insulin." Which means 1 of 2 things. First, maybe he's incompetent and doesn't know Prozinc -does- require a prescription. Or two, he was just trying to make me upset. Either way, do you want to deal with people like this?

Urgent care with late hours was extremely helpful for my dog's stomach issues. They got us in quickly and were able to diagnose the problem with my dog. I was surprised that the cost was very reasonable also! I expected to be charged a lot since it was urgent care. I recommend this vet!

They are good and are in a convenient location. They did miss a large growth on our dog but got him in the next day. I called after he had been there for awhile and they said not to worry because they walk and let him out. I can’t say definitively that they didn’t but when we were able to pick him up later he immediately ran to pee and his bladder was very full.

My cat had a really bad mite problem and I went to blue pearl in SLC and they made me wait TWO hours in the lobby with no update because my fur baby wasn’t treated as an emergency case which is awful. I will never be going back that’s forsure! But I called up OLYMPUS COVE and they said they had a 1 1/2 hour wait so I was like well I already waited two might as well I drove over and walked in and they acknowledged me right away and checked me in someone came out to personally get more information on my fur baby and within 40 minutes tops they got to me. They let me come in the room and soothe my cat while they helped her. They cleaned her up, showed me the mites under a microscope and sent me home w/ medication for my cat and my OTHER cat at home and gave me all the advice I needed. I will definitely be coming back!!! ❤️❤️❤️
