While yrs ago a vet there treated my Service Animal with great care and both of us with compassion and consideration In the dead of winter, performing surgery on him making the same type of arrangement I was attempting to make which included an office visit before surgery and tests, I don't remember the doctors name, a man...this time after sending an email with a picture of the dogs problem and request for the name of the previous doctor, I got a call from the rudest female vet refusing any information only telling me if I wanted any information I had to make an appointment and bring the dog in...which I would have gladly done to get the SAME Dr. as before. I tried to explain my situation. I am 80 with multiple disabilities. I don't drive or have any help and my Service Dog is 15. I didn't want to take him out in the cold on the Paratransit service without knowing the same caring doctor would attend him...certainly NOT the wicked witch from the West that was on the phone...it is my opinion that the previous veterinarian was no longer there and she didn't want to fess up. I would not recommend the current place to anyone for anything. My dog has been my faithful seizure alert dog for almost his entire life and he is living out his life still working and in leisure and only visiting caring and accommodating doctors. That doctor has no business treating animals...there are too many wonderful veterinarians in this valley to spend time there. After 15 years I don't turn him over to anyone!

I wish they would just let you go in now instead of making wait with all tje phone calling. Just have people wear masks

Best vet in the valley! Caring staff, great facility. I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else.

Might be a bit scary to get in and out off Redwood Rd., but great staff and they love your animals

Very long wait even with an appointment. They seem to be obsessed with COVID-19. For some reason you still have to wear a mask and they only let one or two people in the office. You have to wait in the parking lot and text them when you’re there. I’ll look for somewhere else thanks…

Great place, even though they were short handed they still got our dog her shots and was great with calming her down.

They are up front and honest! Most times can get animals in within a few days! Always been polite and courteous! There prices are about the same or a little more then other places! But quicker at scheduling and setting your animals then most places!

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this clinic! The Vets are great but the staff is a joke! They never know what’s going on, they don’t keep accurate notes in the system, they don’t communicate with each other and are always 30+ minutes late for every single appointment We’ve had for each pet over the last 2+ years. It is the most disorganized clinic I’ve ever seen. Not worth the money at all!

The nurse was kind of rude to us

Long wait in the parking lot because of the COVID rules. But we got what we needed done. I miss the 1 on 1 with the vets and nurses though. I think we felt more taken care of that way.

I have only had one experience so far, but it was leaps and bounds better than my other vet. I felt heard, and while I know that isnt everyone's experience, my car went from running around seeming afraid while pooping to going in his litter box for the first time in almost a month and I cannot tell you how much weight that take off my shoulders.

Our Chihuahua mix injured her leg. Even though their schedule was full they recognized she had to be seen quickly. Worked her into their schedule to treat a severely injured leg. Professional and caring staff, especially Dr. Haderlie.

I wish they would bring back the discounted spay and neuter program for stray cats. We get a lot of strays here and try to prevent more by bringing them in. Please bring this program back. It was a great experience.

Midvalley's services and staff has always been great for us. I especially appreciate the curbside service they implemented last year and that they have continued it even after covid restrictions have relaxed. The lobby of a vets office is stressful for one of my dogs and now he can comfortably wait in the car until it's his turn.

Probably the most unprofessional experience ever. We made an appointment for the same day, and after driving almost an hour and sitting in traffic, we were told that there was no appointment made and referred us to an emergency clinic. We had just spoken to someone, confirmed all the details just for us to be turned away as soon as we got there.

I love this a place. Dr. Flynt is amazing and makes me feel like my dogs are important to her personally. Their prices are always reasonable. We have taken several dogs here over the years from puppies to end of life services.

I brought my dog in when she was really sick. To the point she couldn’t even walk. They only gave her fluids and said she would feel much better, . The dr wouldn’t even take a minute to talk with me as I stand there holding my dog because she couldn’t walk herself. I voiced my concern but not one person working (6 people) took the time tonlisten.I took her home waiting for signs of improvement. She only got worse. About 2 hours after leaving midvalley I was in the ER animal clinic. Her heart rate was 40, low temperature, potassium levels off the chart, couldn’t walk or even lift her head. her body was shutting down. If only the vet at midvalley would have taken just 5 minutes to look at her he would have realized something wasn’t right. The clinic I took her to knew just by her symptoms she has Addison disease. Not one person at midvalley took the time to listen or help with my concern. Thank god my dog is still alive.

We have 3 dogs, and have been to several vets through out salt lake.. I feel they are the best quality, most trust worthy and knowledgeable! The staff is so caring, even with my scared chihuahua! They’re so gentle and nice and re-assured my worries ????

I live Dr Flynt! We have foster kittens and wanted a check up before we adopt them out and she was so loving and kind. Plus it was not a fortune to have 5 kittens checked and given the worm meds

My family has been taking our dogs to Midvalley Animal clinic for as long as I can remember. So when I got my own dogs I knew where I would be taking them. Our dogs have always been really well taken care of and the staff has always been so nice. But within the last year we have had the hardest time getting in contact with them. We have left multiple messages about our dogs asking for a call back to see about scheduling, and we never get any calls back. We have left messages in and out of business hours. We're really at a loss on how to move forward so we've sadly decided to move clinics.
