I came to Holladay after my beloved former vet retired. I have been taking my cats to them for 4 years now and have been happy with the service. I love that they have extended hours, making it much easier to work around normal work schedules. I've seen two vets there, Drs Conway and Miyoshi, who are both great about listening and taking the time to make sure you get answers and resolve any concerns. It's a busy practice, so routine visits are sometimes a month out, but I've always been able to get in quickly when there was an immediate health issue. My cat has a chronic condition, which has been well managed under their care.

I am changing this review. After calling in twice begging to get my dog in to see his Dr. And the 2nd time getting a call back telling me that his Dr. Said it wasn't an emergency so either I had to wait 2 weeks or go to the emergency hospital. Now 3 days later, 3 emergency visits, and $1500 my baby was put to sleep this morn. I will never forgive them. The radiologist cared more than his Dr. did.

Dog has an ear infection. Couldn't get me an appointment for 2 weeks, wouldn't recommend any other medications I could use in the mean time or write a prescription over the phone, even though they've seen my dog on many occasions. All I was told was to try somewhere else or call back every day at 7am hoping for a cancellation. Guess my dog gets to suffer and maybe have permanent damage as the infection gets worse, while I just "hope" for an appointment. If you're dog gets sick, how are you supposed to wait 2 weeks just to have them seen? We're not fortune tellers. I can't predict when I need to schedule an appointment 2 weeks before my dog gets sick

We love Holliday Vet, Dr. O, and the techs. Our dog Pepper has some behavioral issues and they have been amazing with him. They take and refer to the notes of what works well for him.

Listened to me about staying in budget; friendly, kind, took time with pet and told me what to expect step by step. Cat was calm and liked the experience.

Their attention to detail is incredible and they take as much time as necessary with each client, which I have found to be challenging with other vets (especially since Covid). I always know my pets are in great hands and really appreciate the care they provide.

They took great care of our cat and were willing to answer all of our questions. We will definitely continue to use them.

I have a geriatric dog. The visit included all of the exam pieces that an older dog needs. Checked for joint motion, spine pain, collapsing trachea, and eye exam including glaucoma pressures as well as the routine heart exam. All questions were answered. Karen Jackson

I was so impressed with the cleanliness of the hospital and all of the covid protocols they had in place. Dr. Pratt was so kind and we never felt rushed even though they were so busy. We will definitely be back!

They friendly and good with my dog but way expensive.

I love the care and professionalism we get at Holladay Veterinary Hospital. When my newly adopted little poodle got an ear infection that was compounded by him scratching a hole in his cheek, they got me in on the same day I called. Dr O and the Tech were wonderful, taking the time and effort to find out exactly what the problem was, putting together a care plan, and treating my little buddy with gentle sweetness and respect the whole time. I am grateful to them both for all they are doing for us.

Everyone at Holladay Vet are so very kind and helpful. They always treat our fur babies as if they were their own. It’s always hard to leave one of my dogs there for surgery but knowing they will get the best possible treatment and care is very comforting. Thank you

What can I say? They are the BEST! I had my previous pup with this vet for 13 years and they treated us incredibly well, accommodating to schedules, kind to both myself and my pup, knowledgeable, educated so I could make decisions rather than throwing only expensive options at us for things that came up, sensitive with his end-of-life care… and just had our new pup in for his first visit. The vet tech Emma was knowledgeable and generous with her time, the vet Miyoki (she is new to me) was also kind and knowledgeable, just like the other vets I have seen in the past here. Their pricing is pretty standard, I’ve never felt like they were asking more than fair. I would choose them over and over again.

They are very good with our pup. The building is very clean. And when we have had to put a animal down they were very sensitive and great with everything.

You won’t find a better Vet in Utah. They know their stuff. My golden retriever has suffered from allergies and skin issues. My other vet didn’t even know he had an ear infection let alone allergies. We changed his food and have gotten everything under control. Dr Pratt Is one of a kind. If you’re questioning whether or not try take your loved one here. Look no further. I promise you won’t regret it.

Very pleasant staff! Clean, open space. They were able to fit us in due to a cancellation. Helped us diagnose our cats issue and get her the medicine she needs to feel better. We already feel relieved. Will be switching to this vet permanently. ????

We have two mixed breed doodles. One of them decided she wanted some chocolate chips left in our daughters room, but we didn’t know who. We called and they saw both of the dogs immediately. They helped us identify the guilty party, and helped us have a worry free Christmas. I will recommend them to anybody and will continue to bring our pets here. ????‍????????

Yesterday, my precious puppy was stung by a bee and started swelling up. I quickly called multiple vet offices and hospitals but no one had time to help her. I got a hold of Holliday Veterinary Hospital. The woman who answered the phone was exceptionally kind and found room for my pooch. They were wonderful and quick! I love this business!

A credit card machine in the exam room? We waited Four hours in an exam room for treatment for our poor, sick, stressed pet. The vets are caring. The front desk staff is exceptional. Cannot escape the overwhelming trend of running the meter for testing to pad bills. I had to literally demand treatment. It is excellent care but it will cost you. So far I'm $2000 in and my pet still has a serious infection.

Holladay Veterinary is by far the best vet experience I’ve had since moving to the Salt Lake Valley. They are kind, patient, caring, knowledgeable, and really make the extra effort with my pets. I’ve been to two other vets out here, and neither can compare. I feel safe and comfortable bringing my pets here!

My cats have always received the best care. It is a very caring place from the front desk to the techs and vets.
