Animal Care Center is AMAZING! We switched to them about 6 months ago and it was the best decision we ever made! We ended up having to put down one of our pups just after Christmas and it was the hardest thing we had to do. Dr. Lindsay was so comforting and helped us through that quick & tuff decision. Later that week we received a card from the all of the staff and it brought tears to our eyes that they would think to do that. Thank you ACC, you have made a difference in our puppy’s and our lives!

We love Animal Care Center. They're always so good with our little corgi. He can be anxious, but they're so patient with him and make sure he's taken care of. Dr. Lindsay is wonderful. She always calls to let us know what she's found and our dog's general health, plus her recommendations. She explains everything very clearly and lets us know what's normal and what she's concerned about. It's very comforting to have it clearly laid out like that. Definitely recommend!

Dr. Lindsay is awesome. She is so thorough and took very good care of my Borzoi. The entire team at ACC Bountiful is stellar!

The Animal Care Center is the only vet I've found that my dog actually enjoys visiting. The people there are amazing, and they always go the extra mile.

Dr. Lindsey is amazing! She is the best veterinarian we've ever been to. She knows what she's doing and explains everything. She is very intelligent, compassionate and empathetic. The entire staff takes such good care of us. They take the extra time to answer all of my questions with kindness and accuracy. The vet tech Shauna, physical therapist and all the receptionists were so helpful and showed true compassion. This is the place you want to take your fur baby to.

We have been taking all three of our dogs to the Animal Care Center. Everyone is always friendly and professional and REALLY care about each animal that enters the building.

Amazing heros for furry best friends. They removed the stick below from my best friend, curing his injury and months of anxiety and worry over his health. Super caring and understanding of overly doting animal people.

Spent roughly $2500 here and an animal hospital they recommended to find out my pup had a pancreatic tumor, and after we used laps of love to take care of her end of life/cremation services, Animal Care center refused to accept her urn as they had "no record of her". Made a terrible time even worse.

They used to be good. All the food vets left. Pressured me to give my dog her Rabies vax, during a visit when she was sick. Ended up with a vax injury. New vet said with her being sick, violates rabies approval to only give to well animals. Also her history of seizures, it is not advised. A year and a half later, she's still suffering. Changed me dog forever.

I am so glad I did my research ! This Care Center is Amazing , Fear free Visits , affordable ♥ compassionate. We have been having issues from a freak stick accident with our boy Remy , Thanks to Dr. WRIGHT and her team he is on the mend ! And now we have our forever trusted Vetrinarian and Crew to support us in our Vetrinarian needs for our furbabies ! Special shout out to Kailey at the front desk for coming in on her original day off to make sure Remy and I were confident and comfortable. All of the girls who watched Remy and took good care of him while he was there Thank You truly from the bottom of our hearts. You are all our Heros.

They were very sweet to our dog and treated him well. We are very particular about our vets and love this one. I recommend this to others.

Dr. Lindsey saved my dogs life. She is an amazing Dr. she takes the time to make sure you understand everything. We had a very complicated issue. Very grateful.

Conner AKA mitten had the best first vet visit here. Even after getting a few pokes, he was still all over the vets. This place is amazing!! We’ll definitely be enrolling in the kitty kindergarten soon!

This place always takes great care of my dog! Very respectful and professional with answering questions and concerns about my dog.

They’re great with the animals and you can tell the staff cares. I left my cat with them for the day for a drop-off appointment and they called me throughout the day with updates, made sure I understood everything, and double checked with me before doing anything. They let me know pricing for everything so that I wouldn’t be caught off guard and made recommendations of things they could do that day to help reduce costs while still taking care of my pet. Dr. Lindsay and Dr. Powell are both amazing! They also call to check in if you need a follow-up but your pet is too anxious to go in for a quick look and it’s not necessary for them to be there.

We couldn’t ask for a more caring and competent doctor. Dr. Lindsay is amazing!!

Dr. Lindsay has been great with my dog Maggie. She's very thorough and takes time to explain everything I need to know about the visit each time with a personal phone call. Appears to care greatly for the pets she cares for. Also she is very easy to get a hold of for any questions or concerns.

We lost our family pet suddenly and they made the process easy. Definitely made the grieving process easier.

Worst customer service - schedule an appointment thinking it is a certain price and then when we go to pick up our dogs, it is at least $100 - $200 more. Such a scam!

The staff is very supportive and helpful. Dr. Powell and Dr. Lindsey are wonderful! Both have been great with my kitties.

This was Snicker's first visit and they were so cute with her. I'm glad I found them!

I use to love this place very much. Until a couple years ago. I picked my dogs up from them, paid my bill, they started sending me letters in the mail saying I still owed them $60. I went in and called 6 times and every time they told me it was a mistake and I was all paid up. Well come to find out, they sent it to collections recently. HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!

I have moved to Ogden and will still take my dogs to them. That’s how good this place is. Thanks!

I can't say enough good things about the Animal Care Center and the amazing people who work there (no I am not a relative of anyone at ACC). They have been taking care of my Goldendoodle for nearly 8 years and he loves to go see his vet, first Dr Pam and Dr Kara and now Dr Lindsey. The love, attention, and professional care he receives is the best in the business. I give the Animal Care Clinic and their employees 11 out of 10 stars (sorry I could only choose 5/5 on this review)! Choose them, you'll be happy you did.

We have taken our pets here for years. When I asked about why my total is different than quoted I was treated poorly. Do not recommend.

The Animal Care Center in Bountiful is absolutely fantastic. I have a small dog who has always been anxious, yippy, and sometimes nippy at groomers and other clinics who try to work with her - but I have never had a complaint from this place, and it’s because they are SO amazing with animals and know exactly how to work with her. They have been attentive, asked me important questions, and patiently answered all of the millions of questions I always had. They really care about animals, and I recommend this place to everyone I meet.
