Heidi is an experienced and excellent groomer. She is very calm and she is successful in relaxing my very anxious dog. I highly recommend her services.

We had a special needs senior Yorkie that Heidi took special care of. She is very attentive to our needs. She cares for every dog as if they were her own. She's kind and lovely with a good sense of humor. A great person! A fantastic & talented groomer!

First time for my standard poodle at Heidi's Groom Room. My dog felt very comfortable with Heidi. She did an excellent job on his grooming including his teeth brushing. My dog was happy and calm when I picked him up. Important to me as some Grooming experiences have made him anxious. He looked great, cut was just as I had asked. Thank you Heidi!

Great groomer! Have tried many groomers in SLC and Heidi is the best by far. Loved the haircut and she treated my dog like her own. Called me 15 min before he was ready so I could pick him up as soon as he was ready. Also very reasonable prices, highly recommend.
