I was traveling through Salt Lake City and my dog got a bought of diarriah and vomiting. They were able to squeeze us in without an appointment. I was so grateful! They got my dog cleaned up and on the mend. Highly recommend.

East Valley Vet is the best! We have two pretty tricky dogs - one is dog reactive and freaks out when he sees other dogs, the other gets super aggressive in the vet’s office. The staff are always willing to accommodate, like taking us through the back door and letting us wait in our car instead of the lobby. They don’t make us feel weird or bad. The vets are down to earth and give us reliable and practical help to assure our puppies are the healthiest and best versions of themselves.

East Valley is always good about getting my dog in to see them. If it’s an emergency they’re able to accommodate. They’re also up front regarding their prices which makes the decision making a lot easier on my end.

This is a hard review to write. My poor Denali girl had been having some issues. I took her in and she merited blood work and an ultrasound. After finding a large tumor on her gi tract Dr. Michelle addressed me straightforward and let us know she would be best off if we help her go easy. A few days later we were back. They had a quiet and dark space prepared for our sweet girl to move on. They were compassionate and crying in the room with us. It's never easy to lose a best friend. I'll never forget my sweet girl and I'll always remember how safe it felt at East Valley for her last moment. Thank you to everyone here, I'm sorry to have had to share my hardship and sadness with you great people.

When I brought my cat in to get neutered a year ago, I got a little teary when I dropped him off because I knew it would be a scary experience for him. The techs were SO nice to me! In addition to assuring me that my cat would be well taken care of, one of them texted me pictures and updates throughout the day so I wouldn't worry. And when I brought him in for his booster shots this year and he showed a little aggression, they handled it extremely well. I felt like my animal was safe and that their staff was safe, too. If you're looking for a caring vet staff that will be extremely kind to you and your pet, this is a great place to go.

They were able to fit me in quickly as a new patient, for a second opinion on my dogs kidney status. The staff were all very kind and accommodating. The Vet Michelle was absolutely wonderful, she was honest and compassionate and stayed with me much longer than she needed while I ugly cried. I fully recommend and will be bringing all my fur babies here going foward!

Best experience I could have asked for. Things did not go as planned but Dr Michelle and the whole staff were super accommodating to the situation. If you are looking for a change in vet I highly recommend East Valley

Dr Lynette has been the vet for puppy (who’s isn’t a puppy any longer), my cat and my families’ pets for the past 4.5 years. She is amazing....caring, understanding, and patient and very loving to my furry family. I’m so so thankful for her and the ladies at the front desk who have all always been very helpful and understanding. Sometimes we are stressed when out pets are sick and they are amazing and accommodating. I highly East Valley Vet for your routine checkups and shots as well as when you have a sick doggie or kitty

Dr. Kelly was fantastic, clear, concise and personally attentive to our Yorkie!

We love everyone at east valley vet! They are always willing to help and try their best to fit our dog in when she’s unexpectedly sick! They even call and check in on her after hours when they’re unable to see her in person. They’re so caring and compassionate, one time my dog was vomiting and couldn’t get into the vet so they had me come pick up some nausea medicine to last her until they could see her the next day. They’re great and do their best to take care of our pup!

Super busy but was able to get my dog in and was so sweet and helpful. They truly care and will take care of your pet.

My cat needed some help immediately but I was able to be seen almost within 2 days thanks to cancellation. I am very impressed with the professionalism of all of their staff members.I've got the answers we need for our pet. The doctor followed up with the test results and explained everything in depth the day after the tests and explained all of our options with emails and direct communication. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who needs all of their pet care concerns to be diagnosed and treated. Thanks again

On multiple occasions my wife and I have been able to get short notice appointments for urgent medical concerns regarding our dogs. They've been nothing but great too us, would recommend for anyone in the area.

I have two 20 week old puppies and they've seen Dr. Sophie Charlton since 8 weeks. East Valley welcomes us warmly each and every visit and this last week I called them for help with two sick puppies. They were responsive, were able to get me in immediately (on what I know was an already very busy day for them) and Dr. Sophie stepped in so we didn't have to wait more than two minutes upon arrival. She then made sure to take care of them and me, the now worried sick dog mom. She spoke to all of my worries and was incredibly clear and efficient with next steps. Each visit, Dr. Sophie has spent quality time with us and for a busy office, that is not necessary but so very appreciated. What I was looking for from the beginning was a place that was warm and welcoming for my pups and a place that is dedicated to communication and care. And kindness. And East Valley has consistently been each of those things.

I came here with good hopes after reading the positive reviews, and they weren't wrong! Both the vet tech and the vet who helped me with a checkup on my 10 year old cat were very knowledgeable and helpful and cheerful too. I would definitely recommend this place for your cats and dogs.

I was very concerned for my dog and I frantically called Saturday morning and even though they were full they found a way to squeeze my dog in. I felt very grateful!

East valley will definitely be our permanent vet. we were extremely nervous to take our little guy to the vet, he has high functioning anxiety which leads to aggression to new people, we were worried any vet would make us feel horrible for it & not have the patience to deal with him, that wasn’t the case at all with east valley, they were amazing with him they had us be involved with his treatment, they answered the million questions we had, & they didn’t rush us out of there after the office closed & the staff was the best! My husband & I’s biggest thing was they treated our little guy like he was theirs & assured us having a aggressive dog is more common than people realize! I wish I could remember the names of our vet tech & vet to give them the credit they deserve!

went in for tooth cleaning and removal of a loose tooth for my 8 year old golden retrieve. The staff was incredibly sweet and kind to her and they answered all questions.

I have been going to them for years. I just called to get help with my dogs who have had diarrhea for a week. They told me I can call at noon and see if the doctor can balance her workload. ??? I wasn’t offered any help and they said sorry and that was it. I wasn’t expecting an appt today but I was expecting some sort of help. Time to move on
