It’s been a few years since Forever friends helped us say goodbye to our boy Bruce. I may have already lef t a review but they deserve another! Having them come to our home was the best decision we ever could have made. They were kind, let us take our time, gave him treats and most of all, they were loving and gentle with Bruce. Great staff and always very nice

I’ve been taking my dog here since she was a puppy. They have done her spay, shots, teeth cleanings, nail trimming, and most recently two teeth extractions which healed nicely. They show great care and empathy for our furry family and I highly recommend them!

They were awesome! He was very detailed in telling me why the weight my dog needed to stay between to stay healthy was so important. And he made sure that my dog didn't feel overwhelmed because it was his very first appointment to his office. Would definitely recommend this office!

Very good vet at a great price

We were on the road with a diabetic cat that wasn’t acting normal. We called several vets in the Zion NP area hoping to get an appointment to check his blood glucose. The only office that was able to squeeze us in was this practice. Even though we hade a 90 min drive we had no options. We arrived late and our cat was seen within 10 minutes. His levels were way off and the vet spent a few minutes going over results and suggested how we could deal with the problem. The entire staff was friendly, understanding, professional and went out of their way to accommodate us and fit us into their already full schedule. We couldn’t have asked for better service. The cat seems to be fine. Thank you to the entire staff.

Everyone there is super friendly and made it easy for me to leave one of my fur babies in they're care. They called to give me details on the surgery they were preforming and keep me updated through the process. Within days my fur baby was running around and feeling one hundred times better! I cannot say enough about this place. 911 called ahead to tell them my Boston was coming in not breathing. I had never been here before but they were so accommodating. Sadly my JJ, my baby was already gone by the time I got there. I was so distraught coming in but they were so so helpful. I picked up his ashes a week later and thanked them so much for their help even though I could barely talk. I will never forget their compassion. Thank you again.

We were very pleased with our experience…. especially the fact that even though they were completely booked, they saw my little baby the same day. Good job and no cutting corners because we were more or less “walk-ins”. You guys have always been great to us…THANK YOU to the docs and their staff!

My experience was easy from the get-go. The Vet and staff were friendly, knowledgeable and kind. I felt at home and so did my dog, Jack.

Awesome clinic. Helped me with my little rat terrier who has a liver shunt causing seizures.

First and most importantly, this vet MISDIAGNOSED MY DOG WITH LEUKEMIA! The biggest thing associated with Leukemia is an extremely high white blood cell count. Our dog had low white and red blood cell counts. So, NOT LEUKEMIA. Not only did the vet not know this pretty basic thing, but he then tried to convince my girlfriend to have our dog put down. That, or go to Vegas and pay $2500 just to meet with a specialist. We had a feeling we needed a second opinion so we contacted 3 other vets and saw a much more reasonably priced specialist in Salt Lake. Each knew almost instantly that it could not possibly be leukemia. The dog ended up having a blood borne disease caused by ticks that was easily treatable. When my girlfriend later called Washington Family Vet to inform them of this mistake that almost caused us to have our dog put down, they essentially dismissed her. They caused my girlfriend to have one the worst days of her entire life and almost caused the unnecessary euthanasia of her service animal. Not a place we would trust again.

My dog went in for a neuter a week ago. Surgery went well, he healed nicely. Staff was friendly. He started showing symptoms of kennel cough three days after his surgery. Started with excessive sneezing constantly through the day. Then it turned to reverse sneezing and finally full blown cough. He hasn’t been anywhere because of reduced exercise due to surgery, I never board him & I can’t remember the last time he interacted with another dog. Safe to say, he contracted kennel cough during his brief time in the facility the day of his neuter. Drop off at 8, pick up at 3. I understand that this happens, yet it blows my mind that during a surgery or post-op he was in an area with infectious bacteria. I would assume that it should be kept as close to a sterile environment as possible, at least sanitizing the areas once one dog has used the space. Makes me question their cleaning procedures and how they house their dogs overall.
