If you’re looking for a groomer that cares about the experience you and your pets have, this is the place. Nicole and Jennifer run a great shop, they’re professional, but don’t let that get in the way of enjoying their jobs.

They have multiple groomers but we use Laura. She has been great with our golden doodle pup. When we asked her to do a "lamb" cut, she know how and our puppy looked great. People have asked where we take him and we've been happy to pass on K9 Design's info.

Called and they were able to get us in next day. Tried them out due to our regular groomer being booked out. My poor dog came home with an open cut and with kennel cough. He’s regularly seen a groomer every 6 weeks of his life, and nothing has ever happened like this before. Disappointed and would recommend going elsewhere.

The staff members are friendly. They do great with my dogs. They do occasionally cut my dogs but nothing deep. I do LOVE when they get bows or scarves!

My dogs seem to do well here. All the employees have been very gracious and seem to truly enjoy their adorable clients. One of my dogs is super finicky and I appreciate that they are patient and kind with her. I feel like I am leaving Rocket and Macy in good hands and that matters quite a bit to me.

Raven does a great job with Sherbert. She's a Border/Aussie/Grand Pyrenees and we like her trimmed short with a fluffy tail. She's a nervous dog but doesn't get scared going into K9. I tell her we're having a spa day and she's happy. They do really great work.

We love this place! Raegan is so nice and sweet with our Leah. All the ladies are so nice and kind. They always have cute bandana's for the dogs, they got good prices, and the service is excellent!

Our Aussie always comes out looking spiffy and Jennifer does a great job. Highly recommend!

Pricing changes … just because?? Originally charged 85 next time same dog was 107. Doesn’t make sense. Wouldn’t have been a surprise had I been quoted correctly on the phone.

I found Nicole several years ago as a recommendation from my daughter who has had the opportunity to see Nicole's work each day. I'm very particular on who grooms my Roxy as she is nearing 14 years. I want Roxy to always have a great experience and look :o) Nicole has been a blessing for me and Roxy with her kindness, care, and quality of her work. Thank you Nicole!

We love K-9 Design. I have been taking my dogs here for years! They are great! Jen and Laura are my favorites. They do the best teddy bear cuts. I highly recommend them.

I have had the opportunity to work with the wonderful groomers at K9design for about 10 years. My dogs are seniors now and always the groomer listens to any changes or new issues they may have. I have always been completely satisfied. I was very grateful for the assistance with my special need dog Leo, they always treated him wonderful and did everything he needed to make it a good situation. it is stressful to trust your kids to a groomer, I highly recommend them all at K9 design We have had only good experiences, Thankyou!

I am so glad I finally found K-9 Design! I have a 5 yr old maltipoo, this is the 4th grooming place I’ve tried and hands down the best by far!! I like my pup’s hair long, so by the time I finally take her to get groomed they always say she has to be shaved because she gets matted (I take the blame because she hates me brushing her and I like her long anyway). So I usually think she looks bad for a good 6 weeks after grooming. Well this is the first time that didn’t happen! I walked into K-9 and immediately liked all of the friendly groomers and that I could see where they do the grooming, and when Reagan asked me what I wanted done I felt like she really paid attention, understood and cared- and this turned out to be the best grooming we’ve ever had! Reagan did everything I asked and my pup looks so fluffy and cute! She still has hair instead of her skin showing through :) IDK if she wasn’t as matted as usual this time, but I will be sticking with Reagan and this place! Prices were comparable to the other places I’ve gone, but I think they are just better here and so is the environment in the shop!

I've been through 4 grooming salons and this is my new go-to! My dog has been 4 times now and she always looks good. I love the add-on options they offer (nail dremmel, pad moisturizer, facial, teeth brushing, etc.) only $10 for two add-ons I think. I have her shaved and the transition from the fur on her head to her body is always seamless which has not been the case when taken to other groomers.

Nothing but awesome things to say here. I recently moved to bountiful and I still make the drive to Riverton to get my dogs groomed here. Raven has been grooming my malamute mix for the better part of a year now and every time he comes back looking fantastic, she is so patient. River is definitely not the easiest dog, he is loud and has some reactive tendencies towards strangers and all of the staff have been rockstars handling him. Everyone says “Hey River!” when I walk him in once a month to get groomed which I think is sweet. All of the staff is welcoming and friendly, These people really care for our dogs. It’s so important to stick with the same groomer so that you and your dog can build a relationship with them, I am so happy to have found that at K9 Design! River and Forrest say thank you to their friends! <3

I took my two Aussies (mini and standard) puppies to see Jenn at K9 pet grooming and it was wonderful! THE SHOP - The facility was very clean with an open plan, the grooming stations were visible from the foyer area. There is a large foyer to drop off your pet, which was nice to provide space between people and pets. All of the staff were chatting happily with each other while trimming up a variety of dogs. THE STAFF - I was greeted by an outgoing receptionist, whom contacted my groomer and Jenn came out to talk about the services I wanted, areas to concentrate on and the type of cut I wanted for my pets. I felt very comfortable leaving my two puppies there for their first grooming services, because I knew they would be treated kindly and I would be happy with their cuts… THE RESULT - After receiving a text and phone call that my pups were ready (a few hours later), I picked up my two dogs. The groomer gave me a progress report on the services provided and how my pups reacted during their grooming. And most importantly, their HAIR TRIMS WERE BEAUTIFUL! THE CONCLUSION - I will definitely return to K9 Pet Design and Jenn with my pups. The family friendly atmosphere, clean facility, professional groomer/client communication, and quality grooming services made this a 5/5 star place (wish I could give more)! I highly recommend!!

Took both of my babies in today for a full Deluxe groom with the nail and teeth brushing package! Both dogs came home happy, clean and their cuts are beautiful! One of the dogs I took in was a 4 month old Scottish Terrier, he looks amazing. You have to have some amazing skills to cut a 4 month old “monster baby” and have him looking good….WITH a traditional Scottie cut. They were all friendly and you could tell they all have a true love for animals! I will be taking both of my boys back for their next cuts and pampering sessions! Thanks K9! ????????????????

Always been pretty happy.... recently found one that really seems to care about the animal. Sarah knew my dog was anxious and needed time so she did really well with her. Regular appointment times is definitely a must because the appointments are farther out.
