Dr. Coleman and his staff are amazing! I have been taking my dogs there for over 10 years and they are the best around.

Receptionist is rude, the office is unprofessional, and the diagnosis/prognosis is inaccurate.

Dr Coleman is the best vet ever. We've taken our pets to him for years and you can see how much love he has for animals. He doesn't charge an arm and a leg either like other vet services.

Friendly staff, friendly prices, friendly advice! They are open only certain days of the week which can make scheduling tricky.

Have been going here forever, Dr. C is an animal whisperer. Very happy with services, extensive knowledge.

Really amazing vet but it’s practically impossible to get them to answer their phone so you can make an appointment. When we do actually get in to see him he’s amazing.

Dr. Coleman is a nice vet, affordable. My problem with his office are the front office workers. I've Never dealt with such rude, unkind, and uncaring people in my life. I found a new vet and no longer go here. It's just not worth it to me to have to deal with such a toxic environment.

These are very kind to animals and you can see the empathy they feel for animals. I have a new vet that I can trust.

Two years ago this month our dog passed away and was a patient of Dr Colemans. She had all her needs taken care of by this "Clinic" for over 14 years. Dr Coleman placed her on Carphrophen for her ongoing stiffness. It seared her digestive track and caused incredible pain and ultimately her death, which we learned when we took her to another vet. He said she should never have been on this med for the years she was. The staff or like I call them, the Stygian witches, would not let her get an appointment so that Dr. Coleman could help her. The vet we took her too let us know it was a dangerous and harmful drug to be on long term. Could he have saved her? I have no idea. I know he might have made her last months comfortable, not horrendously painful and watching her suffer when it was very unnecessary and unforgivable. I do not know why we put up with the front office witches is one of my deepest regrets. I can add that at this clinic I saw the groomer throw a cat over her shoulder, cause a thousand scabs on our dog to show me how wonderful her shedding tools are. *( our dog's shoulders were covered in scabs and wounds, which told her not to use, but she did anyway) And my favorite, walking in with bags of lunch and kicking the old Cairn out of her way with her foot. Don't deny it, I saw her do it. And it is one of my deepest regrets that I did not call Animal Control on her. Beware the groomer! I know Dr Coleman is a good vet, but his nasty teen gossips at the front desk have ruined his office and reputation. The buck stops with the vet.

Dr Coleman is the best vet I've ever taken my pets to. He is smart, professional and friendly. The staff that helps him are awesome too. I've always been treated courteously and they have been able to answer a lot of my concerns. The appointment schedules are on time. I never have to wait long. I would highly recommend Coleman Veterinary.

I’m not sure why anybody would recommend anyone else other than Dr. Coleman. When we just got our newborn pup, we visited multiple vets to try to find the right fit, until we found Dr. Coleman’s office. We’ve been going to him for more than 6 years. In every single visit, him and his staff have been nothing short of extraordinary. Doc cares about his patients and the receptionist remembers us and our pets by name. Him and his staff have always been helpful and informative. Every single visit thus far has been pleasant and remarkable. We had a scare a couple months back when we found a large lump in one of our chihuahuas, unfortunately it was 9:00 pm and we wanted help immediately. We went directly to an animal urgent hospital nearby and they told us that it was possible that she had cancer, she would need surgery and multiple blood tests to be sure. We decided not to proceed, and wait until Doc’s office was open to schedule an appointment, which they found space for her the next day. He diagnosed the lump as being an infection very quickly, and prescribed antibiotics. The next day the lump had shrunk down half the size of what it was the day before. She is currently healthy, and smiling every day. We are so grateful to find a vet that pinpoints the problem, and immediately takes action. The receptionist helped us relieve our anxiety during the exam, she takes much care of our dogs, and treats us with so much care and respect. This is THE best practice in the provo area and I will refer Doc to anybody and everybody that’s considering him.

Dr. Coleman is very caring and thorough. He has a great team too. We know our dog will be well taken care of when we go. Dr. Coleman looks for what an animal truly needs and not what extra services he can do and charge for. He is one of a kind.

I've taken all my animal's to Coleman veterinary. Dr Coleman is a great vet. He tells you like it is and he doesn't try to offer more services that are NOT needed.

I used to go there exclusively,I lived them. I called two weeks ago about my dying dog and they couldn't find my chart so they wouldn't see me. I'm still fighting to keep him alive but hes not seeing Dr Coleman. It broke my heart.

I love Dr Coleman, I've been going to him since 2008. His new secretaries will be his down fall. They are extremely rude, they walk all over him. He asks them not to bring their animals to work and they do it any way. They do not keep the office clean at all. Pretty disappointing.

I've been a loyal customer of Coleman's for over a decade. He's used his experience as a vet to figure out what is wrong and is honest about the problem and the treatment available. Now the reason I give his place a star instead of five: we got a puppy through a shelter and they administered the neutering process instead of Coleman. The receptionist, yes the same one everyone talks about, claims we missed two appointments and because of that we had to pay for half the surgery and she "had to ask the vet if we could still work with them". Let me tell you, this receptionist has suggested we give our dogs up when one had heart failure before Coleman said anything and has been very... selective of who she picks. There is no mention in Coleman's policy about being dropped after two missed appointments. This has happened before prior to this receptionist and we were fine. He's retiring, for that I am sad because he's one of the best. But try to find another place. This is no longer his business. The receptionist is running the show like it's her business and let me tell you, as someone who's in customer service she needs to relearn the basics.

My family has used Dr. Coleman for years. He is very experienced, and much much cheaper than most vets. We love him!
