Dr McQuire is fantastic! She truly does care about your pet and treats them as family. She listen to your concerns, and answers your questions. Your treated as if your family. I love Dr. Carolyn McQuire and highly recommend her.

This place texted me saying to leave as review and so I am. I am leaving only 1 star because I find that really, REALLY creepy and it honestly made me take a double take. I would leave a zero so I could review if I ever went here. But to send me a text when I never went and the 1 star saying "Hated it" just fits better. You're welcome.

I would give zero stars if I could but I can’t so I’m giving you a one. They still haven’t sent my records over to my new vet they also harassed my friend because she is connected to my account and I disputed the charges on my card from them because they did not provide adequate services for my kitten, they also charged me an arm and a leg for it when it really could’ve been a lot cheaper according to my new vet. Don’t go here, they are very unprofessional and they do not care about the animals as much as they try to act like they do.

After $200 and a month of treatment, my cat is still sick. Called to get his records sent to a REAL vet, and they can't be bothered. I can't believe they're still in business.

I waited 30 for them to get my dog for his appointment then they wouldn't let me come in. So I couldn't show them video of my dogs cough. They prescribed meds for kennel cough after2 weeks cough was worse, found out he got cough suppressant not an antibiotic. Had to pay another $80 for new meds. I have weakened immune system so I so contracted ke. Cough. .

I’ve been taking my cats here for a year. I like their friendly and quick service. I know I can entrust them to take care of my pets and they take note if I have any health concerns I want them to check.

My initial experience of them has been good so far. They took notes on my cat being a runner so they can contain her successfully, and they really seemed to care.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this clinic and their entire staff! They saved my dogs life with an emergency surgery (after we had been to the ER 3 times with no results) and have been such an amazing source of knowledge and assistance during the challenging healing process. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, welcoming, kind veterinarian clinic that genuinely cares about their patients and clients. ❤️❤️❤️

We've taken our dog here a few times and I can verify what some of the other reviewers have said. You can't go back with your animals, and I have never once seen the vet in the three or four times we've taken our dog there. So we're switching vets for a more professional and personal approach.

I have been taking all my pets here for 15 years. Even now that I've moved away from Orem I drive back because I can't find a comparable vet. Very personable, kind and knowledgeable. Truly one of a kind!

Love this vet. She is very knowledgeable and you can tell she cares a lot about animals. We’ve always gotten good care and medical service here. They stopped letting people go back to the exam rooms with their pets during Covid, and found that they were able to more effectively see/treat patients when the owners were not back there. Since this new policy, the vet always has come out and talked with us if we had questions or concerns that the technicians could not answer.

I've been here two times for emergency situations for both my cats, and my experience was wonderful both times, even though I wasn't able to go in with them because of COVID.

Unfortunately I am leaving a 1-star review because my cat almost died (and still might) a month after visiting this vet. I asked for a wellness check and vaccines. It was his first wellness visit since being neutered in 2017 because he was generally healthy. My cat was diagnosed with a UTI and I was given antibiotics and a prescription diet to feed him. I never spoke to the vet, only through her techs who only brought me the receipt for care. No information about how my cat was doing, any potential health issues that might contribute to the UTI, no prognosis. No follow up appointment after the UTI treatment. Literally zero communication. Two weeks after completing the round of antibiotics my cat had a blocked bladder that swelled and nearly killed him. The vet was out of town and I consider it a blessing as I found amazing care for him elsewhere and he is hospitalized and hopefully will recover. I wish this vet had been more involved with my cat’s care. I feel that his current health scare could have been avoided with proper bedside manner.

Best vet office in Utah Valley. I'm a local dog groomer and have been taking my own dogs plus referring all of my clients to a.m.s. for well over a decade now and have always been extremely happy with their service.

So I made an appointment to take in my dog. I heard that they would not let you go back to the exam room with your animal. I called and they told me that I could go back with my dog for an unknown extra fee and they said it was "because I would be taking up more of the Vet's time". Completely ridiculous. It's like sending your two year old child into the doctor by themselves. They can't tell the Dr what is wrong. Do not use this vet if you care about your animals.

I took my dog in for some slight hair loss. They wanted to do blood work so i said okay. $400 later they tell me he had hypothyroidism and needs meds for the rest of his life. All his blood work looked fine. Ingot a second, third and fourth opinion and all said he does NOT have hypothyroidism. So now im out $400 and still dont know whats wrong with him. They should have done skin scratches ect. They also told me that a very high researched food was poor quality. And recommended me a ton of low quality food that has been linked to DCM wich is a very serious heart condition. Their reasons for why purina is bad food is because its made in china.... made by a candy company. That shows how uneducated they are. I will never ever go back.

I can't say enough about how wonderful they are. Every time I take one of my babies there I see and feel that they are not just going thru the motions. They truly care about my babies. Every baby that comes thru their doors. I absolutely love them.????

The receptionist wasn't the most helpful but she was able to get my questions and concerns to the vet and ended up saving me money and time!
