Super nice! Had a great first appointment out pug loved meeting everyone!

This vet is amazing! They got me in the morning I called with a sick puppy even though they had a full schedule. The doctor and technician were sweet and playful with my dog while they gave him shots and diagnosed his upper respiratory infection very quickly. They gave me his meds at the office rather than needing to go to a pharmacy. Much more affordable than anticipated as well! Very pleased to have a trustworthy, personable vet in Utah County like Dr. B!

I was in need of vet very quickly and this office was the only one to help. I was so impressed from phone call to in office staff. I’m actually going to switch to this vet office. So impressed.

Our family has been going there consistently for 20+ years with multiple pets. I called and said my dog can’t even walk and is physically dragging herself across the floor and they said “we can get you in Thursday” today is Monday… sad to see that an emergency where my dog can’t even walk doesn’t warrant a visit right away. I’ll never go back and will let my whole family who also uses them know this is the type of care you get.

They were fantastic! Very professional and you could tell they were passionate about their jobs!

My cat has been sick lately, and they were the only ones who took us in after I called almost 20 vets. I am so thankful to them, and I appreciate them for being able to take care of us.

I have been overcharged here everytime I’ve come. It wouldn’t bug me a ton if they fixed the issues I have with my pets, but for example, my dog has had an ear infection and they’ll give her a “treatment” and it returns a month later after I’ve spent a pretty penny to resolve it. I’ve had ear infections myself, so I can imagine how uncomfortable it is for my dog. They don’t care for your pets. They care about how much money they can gain. She also has anxiety and they prescribed me a medication that’s literally cost me $90 a month and it only made her worse. Can’t stand this clinic along with animal medical services.

I've been taking my cat here since I got her as a rescue kitten 16 months ago. I've taken her in for routine visits and vaccinations, as well as for some illnesses and an emergency. This facility has been great to meet all my needs, bending over backwards to get you in as soon as possible, even when they are booked solid. They care about my cat, and not just for show, plus I think their prices are reasonable. I definitely prefer Pet Medical Services over the two other vet offices I have also tried. I will keep coming back to this practice for all my pet's needs, they are my number one choice.

Unbelievable staff here at Pet Medical Services! They went far beyond what I assumed would happen. We took our old dog in to get looked at. We weren't sure what was wrong with him... He's part of the family, and we needed professional help quick. I didn't have an appointment, but they somehow made time to look at Buddy. Dr Carl and the other nurses were very knowledgeable, and we explored every option. Long story short, we lost our baby, but it wasn't without going through every scenario first. My family and I are committed to this team. They genuinely love and care for these animals that come in to their place. They only knew our dog for an hour or two, but its like they were a part of his life somehow. Truly amazing. And they were very sensitive to our situation. We will definitely be back. You should go there if you need true professional help.

Pet Medical Services did a wonderful job with our fur baby Ki! We noticed a lump on his right fang and it was consuming the entire tooth by the time we noticed it which was a Saturday night and decided to wait until Monday because everything is closed on Sunday and it didn't seem to hurt him too much. He was just as playful and eating as usual. So on Monday we called around and compared prices to see if we could get him in but at all the other places we called around the area they either didn't answer, were rude, kept me on hold for 20 minutes just to tell me they were booked and couldn't get him in until next month, cost was over $150 for the visit itself and we knew we would have to pay for other costs so we kept calling to weigh out our options. We then saw Pet Medical Services next and gave them a call and a couple minutes later we were directed to a vet. tech who I then explained the situation to and they got him a drop off appointment on Wednesday, the same week we called them. They worked with us on our budget we were on at the time and offered alternatives before having our cat go through surgery. Which ended up being something we had to do, unfortunately. Even then when we called them and told them we needed to get surgery done they got him in the next day! They not also took care of the lump and tooth they also did a few extra things to our fur baby and kept us in our price range. Overall their staff and services were amazing!

This place is great! They are so kind! The vet always makes sure to stop and say hi and chat. I really have enjoyed my services here.

After recently moving back to my home town I started looking for a vet and I found pet medical services on the internet at frist I skipped over them a couple of different times and called outher vet offices and after talking to them on the phone they didn't seem very knowledgeable and I didn't feel they would be a good fit as I am extremely picky on who treats my fur babies so after seeing there listing I decided to give them a call and I was very impressed with the lady that answered the phone and my questions after my frist visit I was very impressed by Dr bockenstedt he was very friendly and has an excellent bedside manner i will definitely be taking my fur babies back

Needed care for dog’s toes and toenails. Had to drop him off and go to work. They took care of him quickly and kept me informed all along the way.

We were referred to Pet Medical for our new puppy. We love them! The staff was so kind and Aubrey answered all my questions. We will definitely be going there for our future vet needs.

I've been many places where you get to talk to a vet Tech You don't see a veterinarian But this place is wonderful that takes time to talk to you and explain what's going on going on and his rationale I highly recommend them and I'm a physician So I know What good patient care and family care looks ???? ????

I would not recommend coming here unless you want to spend a lot of money for nothing.

These guys are amazing! They got my dog in right away even though they were busy. I will be taking her there from now on. A bit of good customer service and caring goes a long way!

We tried almost a dozen veterinarians, always getting the same response that they couldn't see us for a few days or even weeks. Even though they were a little further away than is ideal, we called here and they were able to get us in without any delay. So kind and helpful throughout the visit, and even came in below the ballpark pricing they gave us initially. Amazing crew!

Dr B was so helpful and every person was friendly to me and my dog. We were able to get in quickly. I really appreciated how they will text with me about my dog when necessary.

This is the best clinic I have been to in Utah Couuty. Dr Beckenstedt actually took time to ask questions and explain what he was doing.

I was very impressed with Dr. B. And all of the staff at this facility. Most cheerful vet clinic I have ever been to.

Great service, very helpful, kind and caring staff

My husband and I took our new 8 week old puppy to get her first shots today. They were incredibly kind, informative and patient with all my questions as a new Mom. I really appreciated the time they spent with us. The way they handled our fur baby, you could tell they really love animals. We recently moved to Orem, and Pet Medical Services is our new Vet.

We took in our dog for a neutering and we had a great experience. Pet Medical Services made sure our dog was taken care of from start to finish. We will definitely be returning in the future.

I highly recommend this vet!

Took my cat in to get routine rabies vaccine and her nails trimmed. Two weeks later noticed a bump on her side. Called in to urgent care and they said she should be seen by the doctor that gave her the vaccine ASAP. Called back into pet medical services at opening and the receptionist told me they didn’t have any emergency appointments, or appointments till next Wednesday. Called around to a bunch of other facilities and everyone was booked up, so decided I should at least get the appointment booked for Wednesday and hope to get on the cancelation waitlist. When we called in (it hadn’t been 10 minutes yet) the receptionist told us she was booked till next weekend and even though she put us on the cancelation waitlist she basically told us it wasn’t going to happen. Very sad to be writing this review since we really have had good experiences with this place, but this time the receptionist was just rude and completely unhelpful in what was and is a very upsetting circumstance. Will be searching for a different primary care facility in the future.
