Dr. Rimmasch has been great! He listens to my concerns and thoughtfully answers questions. Doesn’t try to rush or pressure me. He is very sweet with my dog and pets to make her feel safe. Prices seem reasonable for everything.

Wow. I called and the secretary didn’t answer with the name of the business. When I asked if it was All About Pets the girl responded like I was an id***. Not professional at all.

Great place to get your dog groomed But after 14 years I do believe they're taking on too many customers. At first it only took two weeks. Now it takes about three months.

The receptionists at this place need to either be fired or need A LOT of training! My mind is blown and not in a good way about how they handled an emergency for my dog which almost cost him his life. It’s unfortunate because I think the doctor is good but unfortunately you have to deal with idiots in the office in order to get to the Dr and it’s not worth it!

I have taken all of our dogs to All About Pets since moving to Utah. They have treated each of our pets with gentle care. Our last dog used to whine when we would drive by and was always so anxious to go. People would often respond for his willingness and excited behavior to want to go IN to the Vet and/or groomer. Love the Groomers too.

I called six weeks ago to get on the list to get our two cats spayed. Was told that it would be a month or two wait. I called today and was told that we're still at the bottom of the list because we're not preferred clients and that we're still several months out. Had I known that we were going to remain at the bottom of their list indefinitely I would have gone someplace else. Now I have to start the process all over again with someone else's list. Guess we'll be dealing with kittens this spring!

Our dog was diagnosed with heart disease. We saw the vet for two weeks, he gave our dog (10-month old) some medicine and he said he hope it would help. The first day she took the pill, she was so tired, weak and no energy to even walk. The second day, she passed out twice and I thought was dying. The third day morning, she passed away. I know if a dog has a heart condition is probably not very good. However, the medicine the vet gave her definitely made it worse and send her to Heaven way earlier than we wanted. I am not a vet, so I can't say that my dog could live for more years, but she was definitely dying when we first took her there. Also the two vets there say things differently. One said our puppy was getting better, the other said she was getting worse which was very strange. I loved my puppy so much. The only reason that I am writing this is to warn people so they at least go to different places to double check the health condition of the dog if the dog has a more serious problem. I hope this helps some pet owners! *I also feel some workers there are more like business people than Pet cares... When we told them our puppy died and ask what we do with her body, they just said $80+ for group incineration, $130+ for individual incineration.... The vet sometimes gave us the feeling he just wants money too. Every time we went, it was over $100 for a little info.

I went here to get a rabies vaccine for my Buddy. They said it was only $18 and it came out to $17.90. Upon arrival I called the office and they sent out a beautiful assistant who listened patiently to my ramblings about just moving here and my dog's obscure breed. Despite not being able to find his harness before leaving, not a single negative tone or impatient squint indicated annoyance at my blunder. The deed was done quickly, and they brought my energized puppers out with paperwork and tag. The employee I spoke to was courteous, answered several questions I had about dog vaccines and pet licensing in UT county quickly and accurately, effortlessly demonstrating her knowledge and professionalism. The grounds and facility were clean and well kept. Signage easy to see, read and understand. In the words of California's aged Austrian Governator: "I'll be back"

I called to make an appointment for my dog. The lady on the phone was short with me that they aren't accepting new clients and was rude when I asked why. Don't bother going here. She basically told me they have enough clients and don't want to take on more clients so in her mind, it was okay to be rude to me.

We've been on the waitlist to get our dog spayed for over six months now. They were shut down for a few months due to COVID restrictions which is totally understandable, but I've called multiple times, and our information keeps getting lost. I was told after four months on the waitlist that we had been put on the longer new clients list instead of the existing clients list which is why it took so long, but that we were at the top of the new clients list and it should be another week or so before we get a phone call. TWO MONTHS later, I call again and find out that our information has been lost, so we'll have to wait at least another two months before we can get a surgery appointment. The care we received the first few times we visited was great, but they keep misplacing our information and we do not feel like our dog's health is a priority for them.

All About Pets has been a great office for both of our dogs. We got our newest puppy home and quickly found that he had Parvo. (Several of his siblings died from it.) Dr. Rimmasch and the staff saved his life. Dr. Rimmasch went in at least twice daily over his 4th of July weekend to nurse our pup to health instead of sending us to a more expensive emergency vet. He also updated us morning and night with progress. We are so grateful to have our puppy home and healthy. Thank you!

Our dog Doug got very sick and he had to have surgery. It we werent sure if he was going to make it, he ended up making it and all thanks to all about pets. Dr Ramesh would come in and check on him on his days off and would constantly be calling us with updates. They care and it felt good to leave our dog with someone who treated him great. Love all about pets.

My dog had a leg injury that turned out to be a terrible hip dislocation. Despite covid-19 requiring extra precaution and talking over the phone throughout the appointment, communication was excellent and I felt very attended to. Dr. Arnold talked me through the exact type of injury she had, what treatments were available, the cost and risk of each treatment, etc. The techs were very kind both to me and my poor dog. X-rays and sedation and pain medication will be expensive no matter where you go but I feel like for the timely service I received it was very fairly priced. thank you ❤

I'm so grateful to have a vet office that I can trust my furbabies at. All of the Staff and Vets are great. Every experience I've had has been positive. I'm one of those paranoid catastrophic people and my mind is much more at ease when I know I have All About Pets to rely on. Their Wellness plans are awesome and great value!.Thank you for being so kind and awesome!

Continually challenged by their customer service. Our cat diagnosed with as very common urinary crystals condition with suggested food as treatment. However if you decide to buy this very available food at chewy, needing a vet approval they will want an annual check up to fill. My cat is 3 months past due on this annual and they are UNWILLING to approve without a check up. Our time does not permit and we are all still managing Covid and this is their response. It is unfortunate, but we will manage our 2 kitties elsewhere!!

I have been taking my dogs to see Jenny for almost ten years. She is the BEST!!! When we got our second dog (a bichon frise ) I was told they had to be groomed a special way. I took him to a groomer that “specialized” in bichon cuts and it was really bad! ???? I took him to Jenny the next time and she’s been doing him ever since! She remembers the cuts I like for certain times of year and is always so sweet to my dogs. I can’t say enough and highly recommend!!!

Recently my dog became very ill, and the staff at All About Pets were wonderful throughout her treatment and recovery. They took my concerns seriously, genuinely cared for my dog, and went above and beyond in taking care of her. And my dog loves them! She’s always happy to visit now and reluctant to leave, which is a strong endorsement from a dog who used to hate the vet!

Have brought all my animals here for years. Dr Arnold’s bed side manner is the best. We have had to cremate 2 of our animals and the way they handle it is amazing. So caring and thoughtful. Arnold will also call you a day or 2 after any visit to check up on your pet. Will never change our vet!

Very caring and knowledgeable staff. They are very welcoming and are patient with my cat and her antics. She got a dental cleaning recently (which we were both worried about), but they did an amazing job, and even called right after to update me on her condition before I needed to pick her up. This is my go-to veterinary!

Great doctors; great staff. Easy to book appointments. No waiting time. Easy to drive to with adequate parking. Tiptop care of all our animals in our extended family. Best veterinary practice in Provo.

We took our puppy in for shots, and regardless of what is necessary for puppies, we were not consulted as to what was happening with our dog in the room. As a veteranarian he should have discussed what he was going to do before it happened in order to make sure we were all on the same page. Very unprofessional. We were not impressed and will be taking our puppy to someone who will be professional and who has our puppies best interest at heart.

I surely appreciated the loving care that was given over several months to my "older" Basset-Hound, Homer. Wally is the "new" Basset-Hound and he has been visiting Dr. Arnold just one time, but will be there again soon. Many "THANKS" for all of your kind help. Jane Dalley

The veterinarian was professional and nice, but the receptionist was one of the rudest people I have ever encountered who clearly did not care about her job. Will absolutely never do business here again.

I love this place! The vet is so kind to my dog and the groomers do a great job with her. You have to schedule a grooming appointment months in advance, but it is a fair price and excellent treatment.

This clinic has been great. I got my first cat recently, and they have been willing to take the time to explain things and address my concerns. It’s easy to see that they care about the animals and their wellbeing.
