Both of my dogs have started going here and I am very happy with Dr. Martin overseeing their health! One dog has had a dental which went very well. I also appreciate that they are Fear Free certified and can handle my reactive dog. Thanks so much for making me feel confident that my dogs are healthy!

I ABSOLUTELY ADORE Dr Dubil. She is the only vet I want to take my animals to. She explains every option, has a perfect mannerism with my frightened girl, and she knows everything about treatment and any possibility of treatment to help my babies. She is fairly priced, and got my in right away for my injured heeler. I highly recommend this clinic for your pets. Above and beyond care and professionalism.

Pinebrook Animal Hospital provides patient centered, professional care. My two dogs and I are always treated with respect and the care is excellent and efficient from both staff and the doctors. I highly recommend them for pet care.

I followed my vet from her previous clinic to Pinebrook and have not been disappointed. They are kind and professional and treat my problem child with respect.

New patients beware!!! I’m not one to leave reviews but felt a sincere moral obligation to help others avert the gross negligence we’ve experienced while under Dr. Dubil’s care. Our first red flag experience; an urgent test given to my pup by Dr. Dubil to rule out a potentially life threatening situation that would require emergency surgery. She never followed up, which landed us in the ER in the middle of the night to figure out what was wrong with my dog and to once again rule out the life threatening condition. Second red flag experience; brought my dog in for what I’ve now learned was an unnecessary teeth cleaning and asked the doc to snip off a skin tag near his eye while he was under sedation. I was given the impression when asked that this was a simple, superficial process with zero risk. When I picked him up after his procedure I learned that Dr. Swain had extracted a healthy tooth without my knowledge or authorization and in removing a nearly imperceptible skin tag injured my dogs eye socket while using a laser to cauterize the area. Also, and most alarming was that no mention was made about the gaping wound next to Charlie's eye or the infection that had already set in. No medication or interventions were provided, no explanation or instructions were offered and no next steps should the infection or his condition worsen. Literally nothing was said. We are currently seeking emergency interventions because Dr. Swain injured the area around his eye so badly that it is now dangerously infected, which brings with it significant risk. As of this review I have heard from Dr. Dubil once. She sent an email late one evening approx. 3 days after the procedure to explain in medical terms what took place then closed by suggesting that Charlie's wound looked "normal" then proceeded to call me "dramatic". Beyond the one antagonistic email that Dr. Dubil sent there has been no follow up from either doctor; no acknowledgment of the injury or the subsequent and ongoing infection; no continued care was provided or offered and no instructions, medications or proactive interventions. They never even extended a referral to a local hospital or alternative clinic. I genuinely urge anyone who loves their pet to consider an alternative care facility. These people should not be in a position to handle the welfare of any living creature under any circumstances, ever. ***Update 04/28/21. Charlie has been in and out of emergency care 4 times since his procedure at Pinebrook Animal Hospital. He is dealing with a significant infection due to an excessive burn caused by whatever instrument Dr. Swain used to cauterize the skin tag. Based on the professional opinions of two different veterinary practitioners a mistake absolutely occurred during the procedure and a large 2nd degree burn resulted. As of this update not a single person from the clinic has reached out to express concern for the welfare of little Charlie. Dr. Dubil has however found the time to respond to the various reviews that I have posted offering disingenuous apologies for "my experience". To be clear, this wasn't just a simple vet visit that didn't go the way I wanted or a conflict of personalities; my dog was literally injured while in her care and nothing was done about it. I will post some pictures now so the general public can judge for themselves whether I am just an overprotective drama queen or if maybe the situation calls for a little more concern and empathy from the doctor who caused the injury. Warning: these pics are graphic!

As always Dr. Dubil and staff are wonderful and caring with my 2 kitties. I miss being able to be there with them and seeing her love and compassion shown to Flower and Sunshine. Thank you for your skills and love for animals. Very highly recommended.

Dr. Kate Swain is both professional and warm. She is honest, intuitive and truly cares about animals. I never thought I would find a vet I trusted as much as my former vet who retired last year, but she is proving to be just as wonderful. I followed her here from a different clinic and Pinebrook is a great clinic too. They are kind, warm and very responsive. Top notch staff, ensuring a positive experience every time. Plus, Dr. Swain does acupuncture!!

Although it was only curbside service, the staff were very helpful and the doctors call you to discuss the exam as soon as it is complete with additional information and care that is recommended and completed during the visit.

I found the Pinebrook Animal Clinic seven years ago when I arrived in Park City. I have had animals my entire adult life and Dr. Dubill and team have exceeded all expectations. They are so friendly and curtious and my dogs love everyone on the team. They join the animals on the floor for their exams on beautiful Persian rugs while you sit back on a couch with your fur babies in the exam room. I can't thank the entire team enough for keeping my babies in tip top shape. My Mom even brings Sammy the cat up from Salt Lake. We wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Thank you for your kindness, courtesy and attention to detail. We all appreciate you very much! Connie, Saul and Garry Nancy and Sammy

I can't recommend Pinebrook Animal Hospital enough. Dr. Allie Martin and staff took great care of my little pup. They were so kind and thorough when my dog wasn't feeling well. They answered all of my questions and gave options. I am so happy to have found them.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. The fear free environment made a big difference for my fearful dog. She came out of the office calm not anxious and scared. My concerns were heard and we have a great plan of action for our dog. Dr Dubil is knowledgeable, compassionate and I feel like she truly cares about our dog. She wrote me a very kind follow up email which I really appreciated. I didn’t feel like we were being upsold on all kinds of testing and products which was refreshing! Thank you Pinebrook Vet and Dr Dubil! We are in great hands with you!

I am a veterinarian myself, but not one who does surgery anymore and I had a year old kitten that needed to be neutered; I had been waiting for him to mature a bit because as a 5-wk old orphan he had unfortunately, suffered some head trauma and had experienced a couple of seizures shortly after the initial injury (but nothing since). However, I was still concerned about any issues with the trauma and anesthesia. After expressing my concern, Amelia, the front desk person, was very attentive and made sure that the information was passed onto the veterinarians. Dr. Martin did the surgery and she called me as soon as it was done and reassured me that my boy was waking up ok and had no problems at all. He came home and here is a pic of him today - doing great! Not a single problem. Thanks so much to great vets, staff and healers! You know you have to be good when other colleagues select you to care for their own animals!

There are only a few times in life more difficult than when you must lose a four-legged family member. During that time, as you feel your heart melting away, you can only hope that you have a veterinarian that fully understands your pain and values your dog as much as you do. Dr. Dubil at Pinebrook Animal Hospital was just that person for us. She showed compassion, empathy, and complete sensitivity to what we were going through. You can only hope to never need a veterinarian for these situations, but if you do, she is who you want with you.

I have been taking my pup to Pinebrook Animal Hospital since she was a puppy... so 7 years now! I enjoy getting to come to visit Dr. Dubil and their staff because they are so personable and kind to my shy pup and do a thorough job when giving exams, plucking her hers (she is a doodle), and all the other things. HIGHLY recommend if you want a caring and compassionate vet.

Absolutely incredible staff who genuinely cares for all the fur babies that come in for care. Dr. Martin is absolutely wonderful and will only recommend the care that she truly feels is necessary and “would do if it were her dogs.” Honest pricing too! You won’t be taken advantage of when you decide to make this your pet’s Vet! :)
