Quick, easy, cheaper than elsewhere. Good at what they do. Very popular, so it can be hard to get an appointment.

It’s more than ridiculous that they have been closed down for over a year. Every other business in the country has found a way to operate throughout the pandemic. They really aren’t serving their purpose. Boo to them.

They helped me acquire what was needed to get my Dog's medical care. They were fast, helpful and professional.

Affordable, fast, and very efficient process! (They remembered my dog by name). Truly wonderful system! We've brought 2 dogs and 4 cats here over the years, and will continue to use Best Friends in Orem.

Despite how crazy covid times have made things they always greet my dog and I with big smiles and such sincerity.

This place has been my go to for years but they've been closed for over a year "due to covid". But they've also been saying they were going to begin a reopening phase for months now. No one does what they do in Utah County. THEY NEED TO REOPEN!!

I have needed to get my kitty soayed for a while but every time I call, the message says they are closed; indefinitely.

Very nice staff and Vet. Doctor!

We dropped off and got our pup fixed for $35 and they gave him pain meds so he doesn’t have to be in pain. They even worked with us to get us out early so we could start driving back. One tricky part is there are two entrances and Apple Maps sent me to the wrong one. Just be aware. Very gentle with our dog and friendly.

Because of covid, I'm sure that is affecting my ability to be able to talk with a live person, but I did get a quick email response.

Animal reproduction protection is still unfortunately on hold, you still have the option if you're willing to go to a private practice and "Pay to Spay". Hopefully BFs open up again soon.

IHOP was clean and the food was great, I had the gluten friendly pancakes and was impressed on how good they were.

Make sure you make a reservation, and this place is awesome! Very fast and cost effective. Would go back 10 times out of 10!

It was highly recommended by everyone I know that is a pet owner but they have still been closed since covid-19

Does anyone know how much it would be to get my 50 pound pit bull spayed?

I love how it’s priced pretty low so that more people are able to get their pets spayed and neutered,,, and it’s not about the money it’s about keeping the pet population down ect great place and friendly staff ????

I have taken all of my animals there, and have loved the service I've gotten!

So great with all my pets! I am a pet foster, this is where all our kitty's go, such great work they do!

They do a good job there! The staff is dedicated and caring!

They have great service and great prices. The only reason I didn't put 5 stars is because they don't welcome walk-ins anymore for vaccinations. That's a bummer because they're booked out a ways.

I had two animals fixed here. A female cat and a Male dog. Both got serious infections despite following the aftercare instructions closely. My cat needed to have another surgery to remove infection from her entire abdomen before she could even be put on antibiotics. I will not be going back. You definitely get what you pay for

So grateful for their low cost clinic. Should it really be as much to spay/neuter as it is at a vets?

Love the prices! Liked it better when it was first come and not making reservations. Doesn't matter how far you've driven to get there, they won't take you if they are full. Even if it's 2 hours to closing.

I love what they stand for but I cannot get an appointment or book one online. Book soonest available didn’t work either. I’ve called so many times and cannot get anyone to answer. I’m so disappointed.
