I wish there was an option for negative stars. I have never been treated so poorly in my life! There was a miscommunication from their poorly trained CSC, and the practice manager Katrina met us with such an attitude. Instead of listening to our frustrations, she kept telling us that we were too emotional. Yeah we were emotional! We wanted a member of our family to be taken care of! In summary, the management there is TERRIBLE, and the front office staff is terrible! I highly recommend finding a vet office with staff that have compassion.

I really like Banfield! Everybody is very friendly and personable, and I have no complaints about my dog's care. That being said, it's always very busy, so scheduling appointments can be tricky.

The staff was very helpful the veterinarian was very thorough and took good care of my dog. The nurse was very friendly too. The receptionist was not friendly at all and acted like she was put out when I tried to make my appointment.

I've always had a good experience here & my pets have had great care. Dr. Nelson has helped with several of my pets now & I really appreciate him. The only reason why it's not 5 stars is because they are sooo busy almost every time I call in. They do their best to juggle things & get you taken care of, but they are very busy.

Such great staff, they kept up with me before, during and after. Great location, reasonable pricing, nice and clean. Some locations almost feel fake with animals. They really made the experience feel comfortable

We were prescribed 500mg twice a day of antibiotics for our Welsh Corgi. This is way too high, more than what most humans are prescribed. Other vets won't prescribe more than 200mg twice a day for Great Danes. Prescribing too much can greatly hurt a dog. The doctors complain to you about what the front desk staff has done to them, which is completely unprofessional. The staff won't listen to you when you try to tell them about what breed your dog is. They insist that they know more about your dog and breed than you do. I'm a breeder. I think I know what breed I have. They try to tell you that tests have been done when they haven't. Example: The doctor said that the tech had already drawn blood for a test. I told him that there was no way she had because I had been there watching the entire time, and not only that but the needle and vial were still sitting, unopened, on the counter right behind him. He then got mad, opened the door and started chewing out the tech for telling him she had already done it. The tech insisted that she never said that, but said that she had asked if she needed to wear gloves when doing it. This was completely unprofessional, and crooked. We're looking for a new vet.

They are really great with my dog. It takes a while for the service. But they don't stress out the animals. I love them.

I'm sure the vet here is great. But I scheduled an appointment which got pushed back by an hour (no big deal) and as I was pulling into the parking lot, they called me to cancel my appointment and reschedule for the next day. They also were going to charge me for the appointment when originally I didn't have to. Not happy about that.

Excellent veterinary services. The staff are always friendly and informative. Its a bit busy at times, but frankly I take that as a sign of their quality.

They take really good care of my pets. Even though we've moved further away, we still make the drive to this place.

Wonderful vet. Helped us through the difficult process of saying goodbye to Angel who had been with us through thick and thin for 18 wonderful years.

Good luck getting prescriptions filled. They say they have it, you go and they don't really have it ready so they will fill it real quick. Only to return 40 minutes later to them saying they don't even have the medicine in stock.

Imagine still being so afraid you require masks. For a place that does vaccines you obviously don’t believe in your own science.

They try to sell and make money, and do not care for pets at all!!!! We are so dissatisfied with their service, especially the girl who would hang up our phone calls when we had questions about how they took care our dog when she was there today! Our puppy was crying and so scared of everything when we got her back! She drunk so much water when we gave her some, apparently they did not give her any water today for almost 8hrs while she was there!!!! I really hope they will be out of business soon if they continue to treat pets like this!

I called them to talk about neutering. They put me on hold and never came back. After about 15 or so minutes, my call went to a voicemail, so I left a message but nobody ever called me back. Horrible service. I won't bring my pet here now. If they can't treat people right, I'm worried to take my pet there.

I rarely appreciated how I was able to walk in when I need emergency care for my Pomeranian/Chihuahua. He had been picked up by the neck and thrown by a husky with food aggression.... over a small bowl of milk he was drinking. Other than being in shock at the attack and terrified, I didn't think he was injured. Later that night he kept crying... we thought she had just injured his ear or shoulder.... no blood.... YET. I noticed a little bit of seepage on a pillow he was laying on and found a deep, 1 1/2" gash on his neck and took him in the next morning... which was Sunday. The lady doctor was thorough in her examination and explanation of his wound... which was a lot worse than I could see initially. He ended up with 15 stitches and a drain tube put in. Her home care instructions were detailed and easy to follow. The cost complaints I've read in other reviews? This place is a walk-in, emergency facility... get that straight. I didn't pay any more than I would have expected to pay at his regular vet for what needed to be done! If it was my own injury that had to be fixed, it would have cost in the tens of thousand$! His follow-up visit to remove the drain tube was free. Fair pricing for pet care...?? ABSOLUTELY! STOP GRIPING!

Took my puppy here for his shots because of convenience but they are definitely overpriced and focused only on upselling things you don’t need. Now I need to get him neutered and banfield told me it would cost a minimum of $420 but probably more depending on the doctor’s recommendations. Crazy. Many other places in Utah will do the same job for around $100. Go to Spay and Neuter of Utah if possible, they’re awesome and way cheaper.

They show genuine concern and kindness for my pup. I feel safe leaving him with then when necessary

It’s so sad to think that pets get hurt but this is the best place to take them when they’re feeling sick to the tummy or coughing up hairballs or some other irregularity. You got to take care of your family first and give them all the love and treats that they need and this is the place to do it

Staff has always been caring of our cat, so I'll give them a star. But wait times are ridiculous (over an hour past our pre-scheduled appointment were we taken to a room for his check up).
