Had a great experience with these guys! Got right in at scheduled time, awesome vet that explained everything we wanted to know and made recommendations that felt appropriate and not like they care about money but the quality of life of our pets. Their nurses and techs were great too! Honest pricing. If you’re looking for a vet, look no further.

In the process of moving and realized I missed my Dog's Vax this fall. Had less than a week to get her in, and they got me in the Day I called. They were able to do her toenails too, which saved me more time for packing to move. They were Wonderful.

The staff was super friendly and helped me with my dog that was very nervous about the visit. She is a rescue that was abused and has a lot of anxiety problems around strangers and unfamiliar animals. The staff completely understood and brought us in through a separate entrance and straight to a room for her exam. They didn’t push her too hard with anything that made her too nervous, and made sure she was comfortable as they checked her out and gave her some shots. I would recommend this clinic to anyone.

My first time here with my first puppy so I was a little nervous but they were amazing and went over all of her shots and explained everything made sure I knew what she was getting , I’ll definitely be sticking with them.

The wait was a little long to get in. They took our puppy in and kept him for a bit while they checked on him to see what was going on. I got a call a few hours later with the results and that we can pick him up. They did check on him the next day. The only thing I would say is that I felt it was a little pricey and I was not sure what to expect with it being out first animal to take to the vet. I would recommend going, and will think about going back after I do my research on different vets and pricing and how caring staff is. With how they are willing to take care of our pup.

I was looking online for a vet that specializes in cats. I was directed to this office. She sees other animals but has received extra training for cats. The entire experience was awesome! Also, they offer a military discount.

Everyone at Wasatch Hollow Animal Hospital is amazingly wonderful at what they do. I have been to other local vets and animal hospitals in the area and never been happier that the care and concern at this organization. Dr. Mel is a very personable and brilliant vet. She always takes the time needed no matter what the situation. I also appreciate that the technician took the time needed to properly trim Margarita's nails. These are why I continue to bring my pets to Wasatch Hollow.

My 3 yr old pup threw up blood and I needed to find her a vet. I called several locations and all were booked out except here. They had time to see her and I was able to drop her off and pick her up all within the same day. It’s heart wrenching to see your best friend in such a bad way but the staff here were amazing. One of her nurses even called a few days after to check in and make sure all was going well. It’s never great to see any medical bill but I’m so grateful for their handling of the situation and the genuine care given.

Honestly, I’m never taking my animals anywhere else. They were extremely friendly and they actually spent time with our cat while he was there all day. Not only that, but they did everything they could for him and were able to diagnose what was wrong with him. 10/10 recommend this place.

I've previously left a 4 star review on my other email account, and didn't want to change that because they truly are a fantastic vet and take great care of all animals in their care. Unfortunately, they are unreliable when it comes to boarding. I was called while I was out of state and informed that their Christmas Eve hours had changed to not being open at all, and I could either fly back within the next 24 hours, or wait several days until they opened up again to pick up my cat. Paid for a flight change, arrived just before close, and was given a free day of boarding for my troubles. It was confirmed multiple times that they would be open until 12 on Christmas Eve and I'm not sure who decided to change the hours of operation while they had an animal in their care who was scheduled to check out Christmas Eve. Terrible communication, ruined family holiday plans, and made for a stressful day. I'll continue to take my cat here for all her needs, but boarding is a no go. I hope this doesn't happen to any other pet parents, and if it does, they ought to give them a free plane ticket, free boarding, and maybe a free vet visit too.

A very busy veterinarian office, and worth any delay you might experience. We feel that the Doctors and staff provide excellent treatment for our two brother/sister cats.

Seemed like a great facility, if just a little backed up ... Couldn't get a regular appointment because they were backed up for the next month. After some insisting they give me a drop off appointment, where they would try and see my animal at some point but no guarantee. It has worked out ok so far but still makes me nervous if there were ever an emergency....

I’ve never met a staff or doctors who love my pets more! And always exceptional service. Even my anxious dogs love it here!

I love Wasatch hollow. They've always been there no matter the circumstances. Very professional and they take their time with you and your babies. I know I'll never go to another vet ever again, I've found my place for my babies.

Very good vetanary hospital I will take my pet there again

I took my pet to this clinic today as a drop in because my vet was closed for COVID quarantine. My pet is quite ill and I wanted to avoid the Emergency vet. My pet was dropped off at at 10am and I called to check status at noon, 2:00 (was told my pet was next), again at 3:30, and then 4:00 and my pet still had not been seen. I called at 4:30 and was on hold for 15 minutes and then the nurse came on and said it would he $565 for blood work and an x-Ray. I declined their services because my vet will now be open in the morning and they definitely would not charge almost $600. They did not indicate that my pets temperature was taken. Did my pet eat, drink, use the litter box? When I got my pet home the pet carrier and all of my pets fur was soiled, did my pet stay in the carrier all day!? I’ve had to use drop in services before and other vets treat with compassion for both the Sock pet and the owner. After reading other negative reviews, this seems to be the modus operandi for this clinic. I was sadly disappointed and I look forward to my vet reopening. Please don’t bother to call me to discuss further, there isn’t anything to discuss. It is what it is, I just won’t use your clinic again and I won’t refer to my friends and family.

They did exactly what was requested and gave me a very thorough detailed quote to have dental work done. Thank you!

I called Wasatch Hollow because we got a new puppy and the vet we normally see was 3 weeks booked out on vaccinations. Wasatch Hollow was able to get us in a few days after I called and the service was amazing. We loved Dr. Mel! She was so experienced, informative and caring. We can't wait to start taking our other fur babies to this clinic!

I love this place! I just switched all four of my pets to these guys and they are so loving, gentle, and genuine. I trust them with my pets and know they have their best interest in mind.

My puppy struggled with distemper and we had to let him go. The staff here were kind and warm during this hard time.

After too many years of going to a different vet clinic that was hit or miss with service and hit or miss with caring staff, we are happy to have found Wasatch Hollow. After only two visits with my elderly dog, I feel like I have received more attention and care than ever before. Dr. Mel, Kylie, Brittany especially have listened and expressed compassion in ways that make my heart smile. I trust the care they are giving my little Rocco currently and feel like any future care we'll need for our other dogs will be just as awesome. Thank you very, very much to all the staff there! <3

Just moved here from Pa., so very new to the area. My 9 yr. old Labradoodle, Jenna, had blood her in urine, as she has had a history of crystallization. The Wasatch Hollow Staff and Mel were so comforting, caring, and did not take advantage of us being "new" patients financially. I was pleased with their true caring and professionalism! Thank you for taking care of Jeanna & me!

They took care of my puppy when we had to put him to sleep a week ago today they've taken care of my mom's cat and taking care of my daughter's dog they're wonderful they're very personable I would recommend them to everyone

I love this practice so very much, they’re always so happy to see Marlee and are always forthcoming with information and answering all my questions.

My experience is mostly with Sam, their groomer. I bring my poodle in on a regular basis. She absolutely LOVES Sam - I don't have to struggle with her when I leave her because she runs right to Sam. The cut is always exactly right.

Staff is very kind and professional. When you walk in the door it doesn't give off that vet office feeling. It felt like I was walking into a friends home. I have been coming here for a couple years and I remember after the second visit they knew my dogs name. As to some vets ask "who do we have here?" after they have seen my dog for over a year. They really do care about your pet, even when it's close to closing time. Thanks guys, you have saved me and my pets a couple times.

I have never felt so welcomed at a vet clinic and the staff truly felt caring and attentive. The vet was great about informing me about diagnosis, options, and prices. I didn't feel rushed in my decision to let our sweet old boy go. The room they put us in was perfect for spending our last moments together. There was no hurry and there was no shortage of treats. They handled all of the aftercare, sent him out for cremation, and we were able to pick him up a week later. I most appreciate that they also took a moment to mail me a sympathy card with hand written notes in it. I will forever be grateful for the care we received from all of the staff here and will highly recommend them to anyone in need of top notch pet care. I also left this review on their Facebook page. I had used Google reviews to find a place to take my boy (our vet wasn't able to see him sooner) and I'm so glad I trusted the reviews here.
