Everyone is very nice and informative.

Only been there for vaccines but lately they've been slacking hard on calls and call backs. Tried booking an appointment 3 times. 2 times where trying to reach their phones and no one answered even though I've called multiple times. And 1 time going through their website and filling out their form to call me back. Never got a call or email. Bouta just go to PetSmart or something

Always take care of us with kindness and compassion.

We brought our senior Chihuahua, Eddie, in for his yearly exam and shots. We saw Dr. Palmer, but would feel comfortable seeing any of the veterinarians there. They and their staff are all very knowledgeable and caring. We have taken our pets there for many years.

Heart break day. Doc Plamer and staff were so kind and understanding. They've taken care of our fur babies for close to 15 years. Wouldn't go anywhere else Thank you to these wonderful professionals. ❤

Dr. Stoker is the most compassionate vet that I have ever met. They are great and have helped us with so many of our dogs.

I've been going to this veterinarian clinic for more than 11 years. I love every one of them because they take really good care of Rascal and Nash. The staff is very professional and extremely caring.

Dr. Decker is my absolute favorite! I have brought all my fur babies to her over the past 15 years! She is extremely knowledgeable and caring for all animals! Great staff as well, has always been kind to us. I highly recommend this hospital!

The staff are amazing! We have an older dog and they did an amazing job with her nails, thank you ladies.

I think their amazing and always get me in for emergencies if within hours. The staff is thorough and gentle even when Ruby is full of energy. Ruby is a repeat offender sadly but I love her and will always bring her here.

I recently visited north ogden animal hospital. The staff was very professional and very helpful with my pet. They actually called a week later to make sure my dog was doing better. I really appreciated their services. Highly recommend them

They are pricier than other vets, but they're always trying to show you how much they care. They're very kind to you and your animals. I've gone to cheaper places, but the service wasn't the same. You get what you pay for.

There service is good but a little pricey!

I have been using this vet for over a year now. the service and treatment of my dogs has been adequate. They are nice people. However, they don’t monitor their prescription call in line. Have made three calls in 10 days and have yet to get a response. In general, they are difficult to get on the phone. Being busy is no excuse. High call volume is no excuse. Please respect the abundant business coming your way by improving; hire more people if need be.

These people are awesome. We had an emergency and they were awesome to get our dog in right away.

Amazing care! I go here instead of my closest place because they're so good

I absolutely love this hospital. They have helped me through someone rough times with animals and through some amazing times with my animals. I first started going here when I frantically called multiple vet clinics including "our" vet clinic we'd always brought our animals to. This was the only place that would see my pup who was actively passing away. They have since been our vet clinic for all of our animal needs. The staff is always amazing and compassionate and caring. The vet assistants are so kind, understanding, and patient with some of my more unusual questions. They take the time to listen to me and they are always willing to explain to me things that others, I'm sure, just accept with no questions. They have been there with my family through two fur family members dying and another extended fur family member. They have been there through checks up and vaccinations of our animals. They ate absolutely amazing.

Great staff. They were friendly, kind and clearly loved the animals. The vet was knowledgeable and explained things clearly.

I like taking my pets there, just not convinced that everything needs to be so expensive. $200+ for an infected ear cleaning , shot and cream application to the ear. I paid because it was needed according to the vet. Perhaps being upfront with costs would be a nice addition.

We have two dogs that have received care here, from routine puppy vaccines and spaying to broken legs to intestinal trouble. They collaborate with their co-workers (other Dr.) And confirm the best and plan and route is taken to treat and care for your animal. They are kind, listen and give options.

Love this place staff always friendly. A little pricey, but what pets aren't? Lol
