I'm very disappointed in them. This is the worst customer service ever. My little dog accidently got bowled over by our other dog and hurt his leg. I had to use a weekend emergency vet to have him looked at. They recommended possible surgery. I contacted Draper Animal hospital as Chapman has been his regular vet in the past. I wanted to get his opinion to see if the surgery is necessary. It's been 4 days and I have yet to hear from them. I have called them 3 times to ask if they could just get Dr. Chapman to even look at the X-rays, they were sent to him from the other facility. Nothing. I don’t understand? It’s not like I’m trying to get him bumped ahead for shots. He possibly needs surgery. I contacted another Animal hospital and got an appointment right away. I have never been treated this way. He’s been the vet for most of our family dogs! I'm very disappointed in them. Again, this is the worst customer service ever.

We called, desperately seeking a vet who would help us put our beloved 18 year old kitty down since she has deteriorated over the last little while. She has been suffering for 4 days now unable to eat or drink or walk or move or communicate. She has not eaten in that time. Now she is quite unresponsive but still trying to meow silently. We tried to find a vet clinic who would help her before she suffered this much, but get this: Draper Animal Hospital and 2 others wouldn't help because they weren't accepting new patients! WHAT??? We are only asking for 5-10 minutes in a quiet room to help this precious soul to move on. This is beyond disgusting to me. We did not come to this decision lightly. As a matter of fact, I've dreaded it so much knowing it was eminent but trying to be a grown up and do what was best for her. She currently lies on my bed, completely dehydrated yet hanging on. Your policy of not helping a dying animal to move through this process quicker because you cannot accept a new patient makes no sense. Thanks for nothing, Draper Animal Hospital.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Draper Animal Hospital. We have multiple special needs animals, and Dr. Chapman and the staff have taken great care of them. They always go the extra mile and make every effort to make going to the vet a great experience for the pets and the people. This is one of those special places where everyone is passionate about helping animals to have the best life possible. I highly recommend Draper Animal Hospital.

I would give them a million stars if I could! Because of the quarantine they had come to my car, pick up my puppy and then bring him back. This was our very first visit and I was a little nervous. I gave the vet assistant a list of questions I had for the doctor and she was VERY sweet and welcoming. The doctor called me after the exam/shots (he actually had my puppy with him when he called ????) and was just the kindest and most caring veterinarian ever. He never rushed me and answered all my questions thoroughly. I would highly recommend them to ANYONE who wants the very best care for their fur babies!

Very happy to return to UT after a little over 2yrs only to find out they are not accepting patients that they haven’t seen in over 2 years, even though they still have records & was a patient for 5 years. Their loss

I have been going here for several years now. Unfortunately both my senior pets (cat and dog) had to be put down within 3 months of eachother and both times Dr. Chapman and his staff were so sweet to us. They did such a wonderful job with something that was such a tender and heartbreaking time for us. Dr. Chapman was kind, attentive, didn't try to rush us and really seemed to care about us and our furbabies. Thank you so much Dr. Chapman and your team.

Eric Chapman has no business practicing veterinary medicine. He missed a simple bowel obstruction, easily identified on an x-ray, which lead to the death of my otherwise healthy 11wk old puppy. DO NOT BRING YOUR ANIMALS TO THIS PLACE.

I can't speak highly enough for Dr. Chapman and his entire staff. Our beloved Stella had been having some issues for 2 months and was receiving regular treatment and everytime Stella showed up, they treated her as if she were their own pet. Today, we had to let our Stella go and I could see the sadness in Dr. Chapman's & his entire staffs faces...they cared for Stella! My wife & I couldn't be more thankful for your caring and compassion. We will surely recommend and endorse Draper Animal Hospital! Best regards...Trevor K. Brown

The front desk receptionist was rude. Looked at me like I was an idiot. I immediately left and went to cottonwood animal hospital. Very disappointed.

I finally found a veterinarian for Danni that I love. Draper Animal Hospital! Danni jumped off the high part of our couch a little over a year ago. When he did it seemed like he hurt his shoulder because he would hold up his right front leg and wouldn't pick his neck up. We were going to Banfield Pet Hospital (don't recommend) and after doing X-rays and not seeing anything, they put him on pain Meds and muscle relaxers for almost 2 months! The issue has never fully gone away. Sometimes he will scratch on the door and start yiping, he walks with his head down a lot, it has been so sad to not know what to do. I thought maybe he would be like this forever... until yesterday. I have hope now! Dr Chapman at Draper Animal Hospital is a pet chiropractic and after I explained all of this to him, he examined Danni and found his cervical spine was out at his neck. He did a complete adjustment on him from neck to tail. Danni was super brave. We came home and he was a new dog! Holding his head up higher than I've seen in a year and he seemed happier. I never knew Pets could get chiropractic but I'm so happy I found this vet! It may take a couple more adjustments before it's a permanent fix but I have hope now that my lil guy won't be in pain anymore. The hardest part for me is realizing he's been having neck pain and probably headaches for over a year and I had no idea what to do. Can you imagine having a cricked neck for a year! I also want to add that not only is Dr Chapman great, so is the whole staff at DAH. Everyone is super friendly and they love on my Danni and talk to him and comfort him. It's nice to not feel like just another number and actually feel cared for. #sothankfuleveryday

No doubt they have great customer service. But their pricing structure is ridiculous. I asked while my puppy was under if they can remove a small claw left from birth. They said they would take care of it free of charge. When I picked him …

Dr. Chapman has been great to help our senior dog get to a place where he isn't so sore walking around. He has also been more than willing to answer any question I have and explaining his answer fully and easy to understand. Thanks Draper Animal Hospital for being so great!!!

The staff at Draper Animal Hospital is extremely friendly and make the whole experience an excellent and memorable one. I've received a followup phone call after every appointment, sometimes even on the weekend when the clinic is closed. After our first visit for a wellness checkup on a brand new puppy, I received a welcome card in the mail with welcome messages from the clinic staff. Every appointment is very personalized when you check in, with the staff greeting your pet by name. Our first wellness checkup with Dr. Chapman was excellent, and he took all the time necessary to explain in great detail everything I'd need to be a successful first-time puppy owner. It wasn't rushed, and he does a great job at investing time and energy in a positive, long-term relationship with his patients and their owners. I'm a first-time dog owner, so the price of the wellness exam seemed a little steep, but in my opinion it's worth every penny to have an experience where my dog doesn't fear going to the vet, and where the vet is very personable and is happy to answer every last lingering question you may have. Siggy and I highly recommend Draper Animal Hospital.

He is so sweet. My girl had ear problems, and he fixed her right up. Plus Generous! He donated some benches to the new dog park in Draper!

Dr. Chapman.. Where do I begin?! Since day one of meeting him he had blown us away with how personable and patient he was with all of our many questions concerning our little pups. He takes the time to get to know you and make your animals comfortable with him. We always knew Dr. Chapman was the best hence why we drive such a far distance just to see him, we have tried other vets and literally NOBODY comes close to Dr. Chapman! From the excellent ladies upfront, to the technicians every person in this office makes you want to come back for more! Even in the scariest situations with our pups they have made us feel comfortable in their care!

Super helpful on the phone as I was looking for quotes on a dental cleaning. Navigating the maze of cat-health is daunting, especially when the dollars keep adding up. The tech spent a lot of time answering my questions and I appreciated her patience and candor.

My Dog Fritz got a little too friendly with an nervous porcupine. Long story short, Fritz received a painful beard of quills. Dr Chapman and his team were fantastic, if Fritz could talk, which he thinks he can, he'did give them 5 STARS
