My wife and I got a rescue dog a few years ago, and w didn't know she had Epilepsy. She passed away a few days ago due to these seizures. Looking back on her life and all the vet visits we had, I could not have asked for a better Vet than Dr. Johnson. We were always nervous when Nala had to be seen for her seizures, but our worries and anxiety left quickly when the staff answered the phone to hear our situation and even more so when Dr. Johnson and her staff came onto the exam room. She and all the staff we interacted with cared for our Nala so much, always went the extra mile to try and find the best solutions, and were extremely knowledgeable. If anyone were to ask me for a vet recommendation, I wouldn't even hesitate to say Dr. Johnson.

So everyone with this vet office if you want even a SLIGHT Quotes for there service's you have to go to the office and pay a fee of$ 28.00. this is the kind of veterinarian office that doesn't give a s about your pets only the money please please do not bring your animals to them..

When we moved to Utah we started taking our dog to this vet. The doctor seemed nice, caring, willing to answer all my questions, and their Covid precautions were on point. When we started our dog on reconcile they were even willing to mail our prescription to us since we lived over an hour away. However, when we moved we had to update our address in their system everytime we requested a refill. This last month when I requested a refill all seemed to be fine untill they sent our dog's prescription to our old house. By the time we sorted this problem out our dog had a two week gap in her anxiety medication. When I said I wanted to stop the medication and requested a refund the clinic said they would refund me the medication but not the shipping. When I pointed out the fact that they had sent it to an old address that I had changed with them months ago they said they could not refund me because it was part of their policy (their arbitrary made up policy). The head vet tech then told me that it was only $8 that wouldn't be refunded. How a clinic can make a mistake like sending medications to an old address that had been updated months before and then say that I only had to pay $8 for their mistake is unfathomable to me. I would not recommend this clinic, their record keeping is poor, and their customer service when it counts is even worse. I hope $8 was worth the loss of a client and a review warning others about how this clinic handles mistakes. Update: Doctor Johnson did refund the shipping costs after several calls were made to the clinic and I had left a request to be contacted. The clinic sent me a link to save our dog's medical history. In the records were the notes about their conversation with me: "Returned owner's call as requested regarding refund.  No answer, left VM.  Refunded Reconcile and Postage and Handling through Card Pointe.  O was unhappy due to the package being sent to his physical address rather than the PO Box that is listed under xxxxxxxx name.  Let owner know that postage and handling is not typically refunded but I am not going to argue with him about it.  O mentioned earlier that due to the package being sent to the physical address rather that the PO Box and that we were not going to refund the shipping that he would like his pet's records sent to him and to discontinue service with Cedar Veterinary Clinic.  I let owner know that I will send those records to him so that he can continue care at whichever clinic he so chooses." Unfortunately what is missed here is that the physical address that our package was sent to was actually our old address that had not been updated, so it wasn't even our address anymore. I had, as mentioned earlier, given them our new physical address several times. I am removing another star because it is clear that this clinic just does not care about their clients; otherwise they would have taken the time to understand the situation.

Took my family cat to Cedar Veterinary Clinic because she was all colicky and in pain to touch. I honestly thought she was a goner. They fixed her up with a shot or two, and sent her on her way that same day. The ten year old cat pulled through. Thanks ladies.

Did a better job of diagnosing my cats illness. Unlike cedar vet hospital. Was a little more expensive, but worth it.

SAVED our English bulldog’s life. In the middle of our summer road trip our dear bulldog started struggling to breath. After being turned away from the closest Vet to us, Cedar Vet Clinic agreed to see us immediately. The staff at Cedar Vet Clinic gave emergency care and helped stabilize our bulldog. They even sent all the medical records to our hometown Vet. The Vet and Staff here truly care about the animals under their care.

Excellent service, best vet in town

Dr.Johnson and the rest of the staff are absolutely 100% amazing!!! They were so amazing with my dog that absolutely does not like going to the vets by the time they were done he was literally eating out of their hands!! And when it came time to help my other dog end her pain permanently they were very gracious and very patient and so kind. I would highly recommend this veterinarian clinic to everyone!!!!

Everyone I've encountered here have been compassionate and kind and my pets (who are very skiddish) cooperate with them and respond lovingly with them. I've had 3 pets seen here and all services were fairly priced and discussed with me the whole way.

My dog doesn't like going there cause he gets shots. Always clean and nice.

We had to put our dog down in February and the Dr let us come in after hours so me and my husband could both be there with him. She was so caring! We just received a card signed by the staff ❤️ I don’t know if that’s routine or not but doesn’t matter, it was so sweet and we are so thankful!

Drove thru 2 states without one vet so much as to asking why I needed to see a vet until I called cedar not only that they fitted Ace in an got him feeling better. Thank you!

We've been coming here for years and even through switching owners, the service never changed. Top notch and the only place we go for our animals. Wouldn't recommend anywhere else.
