Let me start by saying I’m a truck driver and not part of this community and this was an emergency visit, with that being said dr.Francisco was amazing he responded as soon as possible when he was done with another emergency patient was kind caring and very fast service. My dog had got something in her eye while we were on a walk and ended up needing to be seen to take care of it as it wasn’t something I or my husband could handle by our selfs on the road. We were in and out in under 30 minutes were able to park our tractor trailer right out front and had excellent care with extremely reasonable prices for an emergency visit. I can’t thank him or his staff that was there last night enough for the wonder care that was give to my dog but that I also saw him give to the other animals that were on their was out as we were on our way in.

Took our puppy there (from Las Vegas) to repair a torn ACL. Staff and doctor couldn't have treated us or Iris (our puppy) any better. She is doing great .. getting better every day. I will recommend them to anyone.

About 16 months ago, Dr. Francisco and his staff gave our elderly kitty a new lease on life that let us love her longer. Recently, when the time came to end her pain, they accomplished it quickly and painlessly.

My issue was the front desk lady. I think her name is Angela. She can't do simple math and tried to double charge me for a few days of dog boarding. I did the math in my head and questioned her. She proceeded to argue with me and acted like I was stupid. After using a calculator to finally figure it out, she realized I was right. No apology. I was so upset at her behavior I made a phone call the next day and made a complaint. Also, dont leave a dog bed if your dogs are boarded in an outside kennel. They have a special needs guy that cleans kennels and he sprays the kennels down and also sprays your dogs and dog beds til they are soaked. We made a complaint about that and the front desk lady blamed the special needs guy- it's really not his fault though!

We have loved Dr Francisco and his team. Dr Esplin is great as well. Always willing to help even if they are slammed and so professional and friendly. Everyone from the front desk to the techs to the doctors are fantastic. Thank you for helping us take care of our animals and making it such a great experience!

Excellent service and staff. Esplin has always done really well for my entire family for a lot if years.

I have been taking my fur babies here since we moved here in 2007. Dr. Esplin has saved my babies more than once. Unfortunately he can not reverse the aging process and so some went to visit their siblings and cousins over the rainbow bridge. A good responsible and caring vet. He has a new vet working with him for awhile now. He is also good. I trust this office otherwise I would of left it years ago.

NO STARS. If you care about your pets, don’t board them here. My kitten came home to me covered in pee and diarrhea. My kitten didn’t have diarrhea when I dropped her off…. so that’s concerning. I was told she just sat in a crate for four days. So sad. There’s more but instead of writing about how traumatic this experience was for my kitten and our family, I’m just going to say that if you love your pets, DON’T BOARD THEM HERE.

I had to take my very beloved cat in to have her put down. They were super busy but were so sensitive to my grief and told me that I could have time with her before and after. I was crying and very upset but the doctor and entire staff were so comforting. Today I got a sympathy card from them all. That means the entire world to me. Thank you so much Southern Utah Animal Hospital.

They consistently take great care of my pets. I feel very lucky to have found them.

Our 6 month old puppy broke her femur and we were told by several vets that we should just put her down. Dr Francisco performed surgery on it and she is happy and healthy. He was very affordable and so helpful with any questions we had. Update: it’s been almost a year and she is running around like nothing happened and is so health and happy!

Dr. Francisco was extremely kind hearted in helping our family when our dog passed unexpectedly on a Sunday...we live in Minnesota and so it was hard to find help when staying near Bryce. I so appreciate Dr. Francisco 's kindness and wiilingness to meet us at the clinic when it was closed and support us in our grief. I will forever be grateful in a time of great sadness for our family.
