The staff here is amazing. They go above and beyond to care for your pet. The vet and the staff treaty animals as if they were there own.

They worked us in quickly. They took timeto get to know our dog before they examined or treated her.

If there were a choice for no star review I would choose that. Before they got the new lady vet here, I would take my black lab here for his needs and every single time the staff would be rude and not very caring or understanding. My dog has a hard time at the vet and you would think working with animals daily they would be a bit understanding and a little more passionate about the situation. I cannot control my dogs fear of the vet. One time I full on started crying because of the stress my dog was feeling and how the staff was talking to me. Today I just took my same black lab to a different vet and he didn’t growl when they first walked in and they tried to get to know him and they were very helpful and patient with me and my dog. Country View needs caring staff if they want to progress with clients who have harder to deal with animals at the vet. Big thumbs down.

I used to go here a few years ago when I had a diffrent dog and had a great experience. The receptionist would interact with my dog and give him a treat. I think the new girl up front is rude and doesn't seem to be very caring.

This is a great place that take care of your dog. They are not the usual personnel with the bubbly personality, which I'm okay with. The vet was really concerned about the health of my husky and provided me with options. I was calling different places to find and urgent appointment, it was the cheapest place for an appointment of this kind and the ones who were able to find me a spot the same day.

Country View works to get my dog seen in a timely manner and are very patient with her skittish nature (they're kind but no nonsense, and I feel like animals respect that). The staff also educate along the way! I always leave impressed. My favorite is that they offer to email reminders for when shots are due, so it's easy to stay current.

We've worked with this veterinary clinic for nearly 15 years. They have taken care of 3 of my dogs. They are amazing. However, their teeth cleaning went up. But awesome vet and great staff!

Great care. Our dog has bone cancer and we go in every week to have a brace replaced. Very affordable.

If you care about your pets and want them to have great thorough care look somewhere else. If you are ok with sub-par treatment you have found your spot the fact of why I feel this way are below. The simple fact that they did not follow through on promised appointments and the issue was above their ability cost the dog time that could have helped save her life. Our dog got sick over thanksgiving County View was closed (our normal vet) over the holiday, so we went to the Instacare when we left, they gave us the paperwork to give to country view to put in the dogs file. The first of Jan the dog got sick again took the dog to her normal vet at county view. We were told that the dog’s original infection was back and as was weird. We agreed and he told us we might need to do an ultrasound but would have to schedule it we talked price and said schedule it. Never heard back. The vet sent us home with another run of drugs have way though this run of drugs (about 1 week) her rear leg filled up with fluid. So, back we went to the vet he said it was not infected and her body will adsorb it. At this point we asked about an ultrasound and was told we would be called but still heard nothing. Two weeks after the dog seemed to improve the dog got sick again. At this point I had a conversation with the vet tech about if you guys cannot figure this out please refer me to someone who can, so we fix the root problem not just more drugs. She said she would have to call me back in an hour or two. When she did, I was told I needed to go somewhere else and gave me a referral. I called the referral and they got me in that day they had the dog for 45 minutes I was not able to be with the dog due to COVID. They called me and gave me the bad news after they did a quick ultrasound found a two growth on her, Spleen and Liver. At this point one was so far along that it had burst, and she had bleeding in her stomach 2 of the 4 quadrants were full of blood. At this point I also realized that I was being way over quoted for the ultrasound Country View said 4-6 hundred because they don’t own one and had to have an outside person come in. the referral did the ultrasound, Visit cost, and drugs to keep the dog comfortable for under 2 hundred. So, way different in price and actually did an ultrasound. At this point unfortunately there was no viable option to save the poor dogs life. My frustration is that if she would have had thorough care, we might have been able to save the dogs life but now we will never know. Also had a hard time getting the vet at Country View to explain and talk us through stuff he was short and blew us off on things like the ultrasound for example.

Awesome service once you get in... The receptionist lost our appointment so we had to go through the tramatizing cat carrier insertion twice.

Brought my sweet little pup in for the first time to get some shots, our nurse was awesome! She was kind, positive, and excited. Can't say the same for the actual veterinarian. He was incredibly short with his words, barely even looked me in the eye, didn't introduce himself or ask for my name, just poked my dog and left. In the end he just made me feel stupid for getting a puppy and incredibly inadequate to take care of my dog. I'll be bringing my pup back for the rest of his shots because of our nurse today, she was outstanding. Thank you to all the assistants that work at Country View, you are the ones that make me and my dog feel safe.

Understand that this is a 24-hour vet, so it will be more expensive than regular vet. My husky had severe internal problems that literally sprung up overnight. She was suffering a slow death. I'm so lucky this vet was open, because my real vet couldn't help her for 3 weeks. They were able to help me say goodbye to my beautiful, precious friend. If they weren't there, My husky would have suffered badly. The staff is wonderful and I couldn't ask for a better experience.

Got a puppy and got an appointment for his 9 week vaccines fairly easy and right away, good experience while there. However, when trying to schedule his 12 week vaccines, I initially called about 2 and a half weeks in advance to make sure I could get an appointment when would work best for me. I get told they don’t schedule anything out more than 10 days, which is odd and a bit stupid of a scheduling practice in my opinion. Whatever, I then wait until a week before my pup turns 12 weeks because that is within 10 days but still quite a bit of notice to get him in fairly easy. This time I’m told that they’re booked for the next 2 weeks and to try again next month? I thought they only scheduled 10 days in advance? The quality of care seemed solid from my first visit but the ridiculous way they handle this schedule is off putting...

Really great experience!!! I got my dog, MuMu, neutered here. All of the nurses were so sweet towards him. I really liked that the vet called me after MuMu’s surgery was over to let me know that he was doing well. That was an unexpected gesture that I appreciated. I called around to several vets to compare cost. Country View Hospital was the cheapest. I think their rates are very reasonable. Highly recommend!
