Thanks to Dr Wise, my grandsons pup lived. She was destined to be put down but Dr Wise did emergency surgery on her. Thank uou to everyone st Farmersville Veterinary Hospital.

I'm very pleased with the way Aviator was handled. My mom mentioned how kind and attentive everyone there was and I'm glad she was right. I'll definitely be bringing him back in the future. :)

I've been bringing my babies here for 20 years and I've always felt that my dogs got the best care.

Beware of a vet that discourages you from accompanying your pet into the building for its appointment. They prefer that you wait outside in your car. They say it’s because of Covid, but they seem to be the only business that has this type of restriction nowadays. However, my experience showed me that it may be because they don’t want anyone to see how inept and unprofessional they are. My animal had surgery here. I was told to stay in my vehicle when I dropped him off, and I had to insist that I enter the office to pick him up after surgery. Again, they wanted me to wait in my vehicle. The receptionist seemed more concerned about my method of payment than anything else. They were going to bring my little guy to the car with no post surgery direction. I had to ask for post surgery paperwork. I also believe that they wanted me to wait outside because they were training a new vet tech on my animal. (I was told this by the receptionist and a vet assist). I was in the lobby and could hear my baby scream for no less than 15 minutes. (Never, ever have I heard him make the sounds he was making.) During this time I became extremely agitated. I went down the hall and into the back room where my little guy was, only to see a minimum of 4 vet employees (including the vet in attendance) standing around and staring at him. Trying to figure out how to remove an IV catheter. Vet training 101 I would think. Needless to say I reached my limit and became momma bear angry. Give me my pet. Find a different way to train your new techs. I did speak to the vet the next day (of course, she left the office immediately after his surgery, so she wasn’t present to witness or manage anything). She denied everything. She was more focused on the fact that I harshly reprimanded her employees. Not the fact that her employees were hurting and scaring my pet. Typical “deny til you die” mentality. Not interested.

Been taking various pups for almost 15 years to Wylie Vet hospital. Everyone there is very caring, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to talk with.

The entire office is very caring. My dog barks a lot when he is at the vet and everyone took the time to sit with him and give him treats to make him feel more comfortable. Wylie vet charges a reasonable price for their services and I never feel like they are trying to take advantage of the situation. I have been coming here for about 20 years and have never had a bad experience.

Great place. Awesome customer service. Highly recommend this place.

I really love taking my baby here. The entire staff and Dr really love animals and it shows.

My previous vet retired prior to Covid and my 14 year old dog had a flea allergy that was so severe he could not sleep. I called the clinic and the fabulous receptionist got me squeezed in that very day and my dog got the treatment he so desperately needed! So very grateful for Dr. Volpi and her crew!

The care for my pups has always been exceptional! Everybody here is always extremely friendly and professional while explaining things in a way I can understand. Very communicative about anything and everything I would need to know. They never dismiss any feelings or suggestions I may have.

I am so glad that a friend recommended Wylie Veterinary Hospital. We recently moved to the area and have a new puppy in need of a great vet. Everyone is so friendly. They went a live and beyond welcoming us and answering all of my questions. I highly recommend them!

This was the most amazing visit for my fur-babies. Mt pittie has always been so scared going to the vet that she needed to be knocked out to do anything! Dr Johnson was amazing with her...never even had to use a muzzle! I so wish we had gone here long ago!

My regular vet was not able to get me in when it was time to put my baby Hank to rest. Laurie and Dr. Johnson got my husband and me in and were the most amazing, caring, loving people I have ever met. They made my fur baby comfortable and were so kind and compassionate. This will now be my vet hospital of choice. Thank you for being so amazing in such a difficult time for me and my husband.

Excellent care! Attentive, provided advice and listened to our concerns with our dog’s separation anxiety. Great service! Our pup loves going to the vet! She doesn’t even pay attention to any of the poking/prodding! She’s too excited about the treats and attention she receives.

I love this place - I hear horror stories of vets and vet clinics. I have the utmost faith in what goes on at this place. Lori - the office manager rocks and she's been there forever! I've been taking different dogs there for over 40 years and dealt with many different vets, and I've never left with an unsatisfactory feeling. These people (vet techs, vets, office staff) care so much for our fur babies. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone seeking a vet. Dr. Johnson and Dr. Volpi and Lori are the best!

We just switched over to this clinic a few months ago after having used a different vet for years, and I’m glad that we did. Our dogs are seniors; Dr. Johnson goes really does do a thorough job with each examination and taking a holistic approach in order to ensure that our dogs are healthy.

We have taken our fur babies to more than a few vets, and Wylie vet is the best for us. They take time to talk to us and we love that.

We love Dr.. Johnson!!! She is so thorough and takes her time with our fur babies. We can definitely tell she has a passion for what she is doing and it is reflected in her quality of work!!!

Our first visit was not a pleasant one purely for the reason. Our pet was sick! He had emergency surgery, I cannot express the love and attention the vets and techs gave our kitty. I felt so reassured and comfortable. The care here is 100% top notch. We have found our vets for life! You can't go wrong here.

Carroll and I have been bringing our babies to Wylie Vet for 30 years and wouldn’t consider taking them anywhere else. It’s like home for us, the staff has always been caring, friendly and always helpful. Everyone there has always loved our babies and cared for them as if they were their own!! Dr. Volpi and Dr. Johnson go out of their way to give the best care possible. If there’s ever a concern, the doctors call me personally rather than leaving it up to the office staff, which is a service rarely seen these days.
